Second time needing Zwaag. Cage out and tented my mom's house in Simi. Did a bang up job on that and kept in communication through every step of the process. Highly recommended. Just came to do an inspection again so we could sell the house and were super quick with the scheduling.

They were prompt and courteous. Did a very thorough assessment of my homes. I really appreciated that he pointed out things I need to fix or do that weren't even pest control related.

I highly recommend Bill Peterson and Zwaag Termite Control. During my many years of real estate experience I was exposed to many termite companies. It is difficult to determine the honest from the dishonest ones as you are at their mercy regarding their findings. I have seen two companies give conflicting reports for the same house within a week of each other.

I found that having the right inspector was more important than the company they worked for. I recently had to track down Bill Peterson who has established himself over many years as an honest and reliable person to do business with. Bill is now working with Zwaag Termite Control. Recently had a termite inspection conducted and Zwagg did excellent evaluation and honest repair of minor wood rot to a rear door. Would and have recommend this local company for these sevices in a minute.

Used them for my home sale, very expensive repairs, with loads of extras found, by then they have you over a barrel. Failed to replace gutters they removed so we had to do that ourselves. Reported things wrong that just weren't and outside their area of expertise - Frankly they were a disappointment.
