Tri-Pacific Termite

I called Tri-Pacific because a neighbour recommended them as very thorough and I can only confirm that. The inspection was more detailed than what I'd seen from another company, and also the findings were more detailed, including small spots that others might have overlooked, but for a good price too. I asked many questions and went through every finding with them, they came out multiple times, always friendly and responsive, until I understood it all. The jobs were all done very professionally and thoroughly - great service overall!

I had my home fumigated which included my deck. The fumigation process went well but having my deck rebuilt was exceptional. I highly recommend Tri-Pacific if you need fumigation and especially your deck. Well done!

Tri-Pacific Termite was great - super-professional in both the assessment and quoting process, and also when the work was actually performed. They brought two teams, one for treatment and a second one to replace finish the damaged wood. Both teams were knowledgeable, professional and fast! Impressed with their work and integrity.

("The cat's meow, " an expression referring to something that is considered outstanding; coined by American cartoonist Thomas A. Dorgan (1877-1929). If you need a termite inspection or work done, you can't do any better.

My realtor had suggested a different company but when I read their reviews I said no way. I found Tri-Pacific and am so glad I opted to use them. High 5's and a 5 star rating for Jeff (the owner), Andrew and Carlo they are all top notch.

I've been using the services of Tri-Pacific Termite for decades now, since I purchased my apartment building in Los Feliz. Some of the reasons why I won't even consider calling another company: they are ready to accommodate my schedule and work around my tenants; they are fast and reliable, and back up their work with a guarantee; the offer me alternatives to any particular siutation; and, to top it off, are some of the nicest, most congenial folks I've worked with in my 38 years as a property owner. Plus, most important of all, they get the job done right!

Got the money. Never completed the job. They are waste of time and money.

Everyone that I've worked with at the company has been very thorough. I had numerous inspections done of my home prior to Contracting with Tri- Pacific. Their inspection was by far the most thorough and pictures were very detailed. All of their employees were very polite and also took the time to explain what they were doing while onsite. There were some repairs that needed to be done two days prior to the house actually being tented.

The day work began the owners themselves actually came out to walk with the workers pointing out exactly where and what needed to be done. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who actually needs termite services. Much thanks!

Jeff McCauley at Tri Pacific was awesome and easy to work with during our escrow process and even after closing. He was available to answer all my questions, and did a great job taking care of all the repairs at a fair price. Easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Very happy with this company. The guy that came out (Jeff) was super professional and very honest and gave me multiple options of treatment. We ended up doing some spot treatments for now and will be doing a full fumigation during the holidays. I had some other companies come out and give me their "sales pitch" and tried to make me do the work that day. I never got that feeling from TRI-Pacific. They made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend these guys.

If I could give six stars I would. Every member of the Tri-Pacific team is totally professional and a pleasure to work with. They took the time to walk through all of their findings and explain exactly what needs to be done. As it happened, I had already gotten an estimate and inspection report from another termite company. Tri-Pacific confirmed the other inspector's work and did all the required remediation for about half the cost.

Then after the job was done, Jeff, the owner, called me up make sure I understood small moisture issue that, although not urgent, might warrant some further attention. To help me understand it better, he offered to send a man out, free of charge, to go back to the crawl space to take photos. Now how awesome is that!

We bought a house and the seller did the termite inspection with Tri-Pacific Termite Control. They saw no need to tent the house, even though it would have been the perfect time. Upon moving in we found flooring destroyed by termites, termites in the ceiling, termites flying in the kitchen. I called Tri-Pacific and John McCauley came out, he was fine and offered to spot treat problem areas.

He was courteous and professional. I called back to schedule spot treating and his son (maybe Jeff) came out and refused to treat the problem areas even though I showed him evidence of termites - poop and pictures. He came out, had a beam replaced, never treated the area and said he would vacuum because it was old debris. When they showed up, they didn't even bring a vacuum, they had to use ours. Jeff was not pleasant to work with. Well, every 2 weeks we find new evidence of both drywood and subterrenean termites.

We had another company come out and they found multiple active infestations in the house. We have to tent and treat subterranean termites. When I called to talk to John McCauley, the female receptionist asked me why I need to talk to him and refused to let me communicate with him. This company is so incredibly dishonest. If they do your inspection DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Hire someone else. We are out THOUSANDS of DOLLARS because we have to move out and home our pets for multiple days. They are chummy with sellers agents and not responsible. This is our home and they were so disrespectful and dishonest with their work.

James showed up on time (early actually) to re-inspect a job they did 10 months ago. No signs of any termites and that's all I wanted to hear. The warranty is for two years so I'll have them out again once more before that two year mark, and hope I get James again. Great people skills, and anyone I've dealt with on the phone at Tri Pacific has been professional and informative. Our realtor of 30 years has always used Tri Pacific so that's good enough for me. I'd def recommend them.

Tri Pacific Termite. Hands down the best company to hire when looking for an inspection or work done to your home. They were swift, precise and on time. They explain exactly what needs to be done and in a way everybody and understand. I was very pleased with the level of service and communication as they always pick up the phone. I will definitely be using them again. Ask for Jeff, hes the man.

I recommended Tri-Pacific to a friend after having them once. I was pleased with their inspection, and I think they do a good job on inspection - but - the contractor did NOT do the repiar job and Tri-Pacific did NOT stand behind his work (or lack of). First they suggested my friend deal directly with their contractor (which shocked her, she paid Tri-Pacific, not a contractor to them).

After 2+ months of calls and emails they finally (and begrudingly) agreed to reimburse her the money that she got a quote on from another company. This was distressing and should have been resolved differently.

If I can rate this company 0 stars I would! The inspector that came out created more damage to my property then there was.when he did the inspection he purposely made holes in work that another company had already finished.not only did he do that he had the ardacity to try to charge me for damaging it. I would not recommend this company.

They should be a Ten Star Company because they are the best termite company in the area. I have been referring Tri-Pacific Termite Company to my business associates, home sellers/buyers, friends and family for the past 12 years and would be lost without them. As busy as they are, they always make me feel like I am their only customer. They answer the phones and are very attentive to questions and quick to respond intelligently.

The owners are down-to-earth and treat others as they would like to be treated. Above all, Tri-Pacific Termite Company is always honest and they never find termite damage that is simply not there. They take care of business with integrity, knowledge and skill. This company is vital to my customers and I wish every business had the same practices and principals as Tri-Pacific Termite. I never hesitate when recommending them and will continue to do so for years to come.
