Updating this from a year ago because I called today and they told me no they have too much service to do and don't know if they can help me in the future either because they had a technician leave the business. If they had told me they are going to have to work me in a bit down the road would have understood. If they had referred me elsewhere would have definitely been impressed.

As it was, I can't see bothering to contact them again. Past Review: We didnt love that the person on the phone seemed to rushed to answer our questions but we loved the guy who came named Jin. He was respectful and instilled confidence in answering all of our questions.

They were very professional and had great communication. We needed a clear pest report to purchase the home we have been renting. They tented, fixed the damage, and referred us to a reasonable roofer for the work they don't do. One item still needed to be fixed and once we took care of that they expedited a clear report, giving us smooth sailing to close escrow.

Thank you to Sean, who inspected, and the office staff who coordinated everything, Martha, Kerri, Kristine, Brittney. Sorry if I missed any of you who helped get us over the line.

DeAnza came out today to replace fascia. They did a wonderful job and were very professional. They even came right back to answer a question we had about the work performed, and they didn't seemed annoyed or bothered. They corrected a slight oversight, and were on their way within minutes. The price for the job was right also. I recommend DeAnza.

I called to set up an appointment and on the day set, was a no show and told that the appointment wasn't booked. Poor customer service.

I have used them for over 8 years. Excellant response, great follow through and fair pricing on all Termite Inspections. We even use them in our own home for pest control.

I used De Anza for type one termite inspection. They told me I had dry rot and it would be 1800 in repairs for clearance. I trusted them. Two guys came out for 5 hours. The materials cost no more than 200.00. That left 1600.00 for labor. Afterwards I called them and asked why it cost so much. They told me it was because I signed a contract agreeing to pay that. Boy what a sucker I was! Don't be a sucker. Don't trust De Anza termite!

Good morning Dee Anza termite. I am writing you this to express how pleased I am with the inspection, scheduling, and service performed yesterday August 11th at 756 Laxford rd. In San Jacinto. I am a believer in giving credit where it's due, so here is your "at-a-boy" As you know, we needed our balcony treated for hardwood termites, and a section of eaves replaced(about 12') on the second story of our home due to wood rot.

Your technicians arrived and performed with a high level of professionalism, and completed the task in a timely, and attentive manner. I literally was outside for 10 minutes looking for the seam where they removed and replaced the section of eaves. I could not find the seam! The paint is a spot on match of what was originally there. I have had poor experiences with contractors in the past (not from you) in regards to professionalism and craftsmanship.

Some contractors just do not take pride in their work. This obviously is not how you at De Anza conduct your business at all! The inspector, Sean Mobly, was very thorough in his inspection and recommendation. Whoever was scheduling and e-mailing back to me did so in a very efficient timely manner. And as I said before, I am impressed on how clean, and well performed the repairs were done by the two guys on the construction side! So maybe you can pass this on to let all the members of the team that were involved read this. Thank you again! God Bless you all
