Because of my own situation, I probably won't be able to use them at the moment. But in speaking with Matt, I got very specific and credible information, and I am grateful for his expertise, competence and professionalism.

Called + emailed them. I wanted them because my neighbor use them and I thought it will be easy for them to come to the same place at the same time. They called me back and asked what I need. Then said he will call me back to schedule. Never heard from them again Edit: been over few months now since they replay and still never contact

I live in a condo complex with only 5 units and we have had a problem with pigeons in the attics. The problem has since been resolved but they are still flying around so we were notified that someone would be coming to inspect our attics. Ezekiel was the tech and I have to tell you, he was very kind and professional. He explained everything he was doing and because people have complained about the foul smell coming into their homes from opening the attic door, he brought spray.

He was sure to let me know the ingredients and why he was spraying. I thought that was so thoughtful because we live in a time where people have allergies to almost everything. It's the little things that really stand out and I wanted to say thank you to Ezekiel.

Bedbugs. Even though we found only 3, this has been quite the little nightmare, and Josh and his crew have been total mensches about it all. Bonus: inspection the day after by extremely cute and serious beagle, who seemed a little sad not to find anything alive in my apartment.

PERSISTENT ROACH AND RODENT INFESTATION When I first moved into The Chadwick in Koreatown, I was blown away by the "luxury" apartment prices, pool and beautiful landscaping. However, once I settled in, the pest problems started to pile up. Roaches appeared my first week in the building and quickly became an apartment and complex wide infestation. Roaches and mice routinely scatter around the complex and surrounding sidewalks.

The leasing office sent ISO TECH several times, but the problem persisted. It was ONLY when I contacted the LA Health Department to file a formal complaint, did they take more action. After that, I paid for my own treatments, because of their missed appointments, late arrivals and ineffective treatment. All of this is to say, DO NOT TO HIRE ISO TECH. They send incompetent, lazy workers who are ill-equipped to deal with pest control in apartment complexes and individual apartments.

We have been working with this company for a few years and have always been sympathetic to our demand and quick response to problems. Very professional In the space of the last 4 months, we were assigned a new technician Mr. Jeremy Amor and we are really happy with the work that has been done and its attentions with professionalism. Thank you Jeremy, for the excellent work.

I hired this company to inspect one of my apartment buildings for bed bugs but the individuals working for this company destroyed half of the tenants furniture. Also, one the employees for this company was caught stealing on video. If your a landlord, do yourself a favor, and do not hire this company.

I reccomend this company for commercial and residential (apartment complexes). I have been using them for years and appreciate that they are always on time and have specialists for every kind of pest issue (roaches, mice, termites, bees, etc).

Their workers are unprofessional, rude and aholes. One of them almost ran me out the road and I honked, well he flipped me off and flipped off the other car to his right. The company should teach then how to drive and be professional License plate 76200K1. #176

They killed the bed bugs but also destroyed our furniture. We have broken drawers in our bed and dresser. They also stained our carpet put our outlet covers on upside down. They melted a fire detector. Ripped the paint off our walls when romoving our outlets. There is two things they are good at killing bed bugs for $1600 and causing $$$ in damaged furniture.
