My wife and I have had Black Diamond service across two houses for years now (5+ if memory serves). Always a pleasure to deal with and have always went above and beyond with exceptional customer service. Recent service was a general spray inside the house performed by Kaleb who was both professional and personable. Great guy to work with.

Great experience with Black Diamond! Recently discovered we had a small termite issue in our home. Jim came out quickly and helped diagnose the problem and got me on the schedule for a couple of weeks out. He also helped me figure out a way to keep the termites from swarming into my office and the rest of our home. I had called one other company before calling Black Diamond and they quoted me $995 for treatment without even sending anyone out to my home!
Plus it was going to be $240/yr after that! Jim gave me 3 treatment options, 2 of them a lot cheaper than $995 and didn't try to upsell me. He told me what he'd go with, which was not the most expensive option. This was refreshing because I was expecting an upsell like most companies do. After a couple of weeks Seth came out and did a full chemical treatment.
I can't recall the other technician's name but he was very nice and professional as was Seth. I thought initially that the holes they were going to be drilled in the driveway and back patio were going to be several feet apart but they said they were going to be 12 inches apart. I was nervous about how our driveway and patio would look since our patio is stamped concrete. Well, this should tell you the quality of their work.
My wife got home and she said "I thought they were going to drill into the concrete?" You can barely tell where they drilled! They really did a great job and took the time to answer several questions I had while they were here. Top notch service!

Absolutely love the work that Dustin and Adam did to my old home. I had bats and an old home that needed sealed up good. There was nothing worse than coming home from work and getting dive bombed from bats of an evening. Dustin and Adam were passionate and professional about the work they did and were respectful. They cleaned, sealed, and removed the bats and santiized. Very thankful now that I have a healthy pest free house.

I live between an infested rooming house and an abandoned house and I was going through the most fighting THEIR infestations. I was able to contact BLACK DIAMOND every time I had an issue and had them come out, evaluate, exterminate, an alleviate ALL my issues all the while being respectful, honest, affordable and friendly. They are so laid back but at the same time PROFESSIONAL.
They didn't act like I was a whiner or complainer. They didn't give me the old, "Your just a customer, were the pros here" spill. If I couldn't afford something they were patient and gave me solutions, advice and/or suggestions. I love this company and the employees and appreciate how warm they are. I DEFINITELY suggest and/or advise you to give them a try.

I love the employee who comes to my house monthly. She is friendly, informative, and just a awesome person who is great at this job! The company is always responsive to any concerns and they put there customers first! Tiffani is the best and if she comes to your house your lucky! I recommend these people to everyone.

James typically provides my monthly preventative pest control treatment and is punctual, professional, thorough, and friendly. Black Diamond recently completed a mold remediation project at my home as well, and despite some unforeseen complications, the team tailored interventions to my situation to ensure a positive outcome. Had a bed bug inspection for peace of mind after finding a few. Robert and Maverick were polite, professional, and experienced. Black Diamond was very under standing of our situation. We tried self-treating at first and now wish we had called them right away, Robert educated us about the CimeXa powder we set down, and was understanding and non-judgemental when he found more of the self treatment powder (a big no-no for the dog) that we had forgotten about or didn't clean well enough. Embarrassment beside, we feel very pleased with the job Robert, Maverick, and the rest of the team did. Would recommend.

This was for our quarterly inspection and treatment. The end of our house faces the south and is always an issue with ants. It's an old house and the exterior wall is close to the ground. Our professional listened to my wife explain the issues that she had and he quickly set about doing the service. We both appreciated how quickly and thoroughly Malachi took care of us. He left us with a few suggestions to help us more effectively limit the ant exposure. Thanks. We will use Black Diamond again.
