I have been a customer for many years. Rose provides excellent customer service and their technicians are friendly and responsive.

Called and made an appointment on 3/1 and was given the first available appointment which was 3/2 form 8am-10am. I came in and waited and no one showed up. I got a call at 10:01 from a rep asking about our call on 3/1 and stated he had no idea they had given me an appointment. I'd you'd like to take time out of your day to wait for service that doesn't show up then definitely pick these guys. I'll personally not be using them again.

Good afternoon, Technician was on site yesterday and completed service but based on my previous experience with pests control, few things were missing on service report that could lead to failure with our audit. 1) Technician stated that he treated one area for roaches activity. Shouldn't he include on report what type of pesticide or bait did he use? 2) Report states that three mice were found and removed, but nothing was documented on Pests Finding log. 3) all IRTs must be scanned and showing on service report while report shows 0 of 25 devices were serviced. So based on service report 15.63% of devices were inspected yesterday. Regards,

Jeff Floody is a seasoned and knowledgeable exterminator. He is very thorough and understands the geographical service area. He knows what to apply and how often to control pests. I wholeheartedly recommend Jeff as an employee who makes his employer shine.

We have used Rose since we built our house in the woods in 1985. Quarterly service has kept us pest free. For the last many years, Jeff Floody has been our technician. He is prompt, friendly, efficient, good with our pets, very knowledgeable and always comes right away when we occasionally have to have extra service. It's a pleasure to have Rose working for us.

Jeff is terrific, he has been our guy for years. He is the main reason we have stayed with the company for years. He does the job, within our schedule, and gets in and out. He comes quarterly. Knows his job and never a problem.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Hired them for mice, specifically, even though their service fee includes all pests. Our mice situation actually worsened after they treated our home. They also charged us a premium due to the size of our house, yet when the technician came, he very systematically placed just 3 bait traps in the same place they do for any size home - garage, attic, basement.

He was here for no more than 15 minutes. I asked "what about the treatment for spiders, bees, which is included in the price?" And he said "well I didn't see signs of activity but if you want me to, I can". Hello! We paid $275 for a 30 day plan, OF COURSE we want you to give us the full treatment! Yet we got NO results. On day 14 we heard more mice, the technician returned and said "well I did see some activity in the bait stations but they are still full of food so you are good".

So he did nothing and left. Then on day 31 we heard mice scratching and they refused to come back. This company offers a "one size fits all" approach and does not listen to your specific problem. For example, we heard mice upstairs in our bedroom. They still insisted on putting the only traps in the basement and attic.

We have been using Rose for a long time and on multiple properties. Jeff from Rose hi as always been open and available for us. He's punctual and fast and always friendly. We are very greatful for his service and the support we've gotten from Rose. Our house has been bug free and we plan to keep it that way. Rose helps us by reaching out when its time for our treatment and always works in our schedule. Thanks Rose! (And Jeff!)

This was the first visit of our annual maintenance plan. My initial call was for a specific issue, which they came out to inspect for and start a treatment plan. They were out in within 1 day! I feel confident that this issue will be resolved as well as other issues that may occur throughout the year. From ants, spiders, bees, rodents and more! I will be compeletly pest free! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it's too soon to see results from one visit.

We hadve been with the company for many years when it was Harris Pest Control. Vance is our technician who does an amazing job. He is friendly, curious, and follows up if we have an issue before our next quarterly service. We are very pleased with the company and sign up for a year contract. We have used Rose Pest Control for many years, in my opinion there are none better! We have had the same servicer for the entire time, his name is 'Gary'! Technician(Vance)was very efficient concerning the ways of the rodent. Which was humorous and helpful towards getting rid of the rodent problem. Service: Rodents

Dave did a great job and offered great advice. However I have been calling for several days now for 2 replacement feeder black boxes that either an animal ran off with it or they were stolen from outside. Service personnel can just leave them at my door but, no one answers or return calls Services: Ants, Rodents

The technician took the time to explain the process, what he was using and why the treatment is successful. Warren was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. Price wise was competitive with others I shopped around. Glad I select Rose Pest Control. Service: Ants

Very happy with the service due to Jeff who is a warm and engaging representative of your company. He always takes the time to explain what he did and as a result, we are seldom bothered by insects. Services: Spiders, Inspection

Very thorough inspection at first followed by a complete spray for ants and spiders. After they sprayed didn't see any ants or spiders for the rest of the summer. They used an organic spray with no odor and was very effective. Will use them again next Spring. Services: Spiders, Ants

Our technician, Reggie is such a pleasure to work with. He's very thorough and explains everything we ask about. Since our treatments our new house is much more inviting. I would definitely recommend Rose Pest control and especially Reggie. Services: Spiders, Rodents, Inspection, Hornets or wasps

I signed a contract with them for our 10 unit building. the technician showed up 15 minute before I did and he said that he was done. I told him that I was supposed to go in with him while he was doing the application, and that was when he admitted to him miss treating 2 of the 10 units. He went in and he treated the 2 units with the same tube of jell you get at Home Depot, no spraying, no going into the bathroom, and into any bedrooms or closets. An hour later I asked the tenants for their input, and I was told by two more tenants that he never came into their units, so it looks like he treated 6 units, and was forced to treat the other 4.

The sales rep was told about it, and so was the manager and I told the rep that I had this issue with the previous company and I will not accept this from them especially on the initial visit. He offered a free reapplication trip, but I had told him that the trust is not there any more, and that I am cancelling the contract, which he agreed to do so. NOW I keep getting billed for the service, and they manager was informed about it, but she passes the buck to the sales rep and does not return my calls. So the bottom line is I don't recommend this company.

Off to a great start with Rose Pest Solutions. Had a great call to set up service. Today the technician came out and sprayed. He called to let us know his ETA and was even early. We are excited and hopeful to get rid of ants/spiders/centipedes from our garden condo!

Terrible customer service, call center is bogus and disrespectful, and the company does not take care of their customers. Management says their fix the problem and they never do even though it's their mess up. I would never recommend this company to anybody definitely next time will go with Orkin.

Spent several minutes yesterday waiting on the line. Finally spoke with someone who assessed the issue and told me someone would call back. Not only no call back but they didn't hit "save" on all my information. Ugh. Starting over with a new place.

First time client and they were a no call no show! I called to find out what happened and they said the scheduler would call me back in a few minutes and they never did.really disappointing.

I woke up to a swarm of wasps in my carport, and Rose sent over a technician within a few hours to inspect. The wasps must have known what was coming, because they quickly fled the scene. Dean provided excellent customer service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he walked around the house with me to make sure there were no wasps nests.

Rose has been the primary pest control provider for our condo building for years. Service has been great & I'm happy to report that our 100 year old building remains bug & rodent free. Emil was our most recent technician & he was fantastic -- on time, professional & extremely patient with all of my pesky questions. Happy to recommend Rose & definitely will continue using them.

Fantastic experience during the service appointment. Rose made it very easy to set up the time to visit and our service technician (Matt) was friendly and explained everything that he was doing for us. I'd highly recommend Rose to anyone who needs to have a new home checked for pests.

I had a problem with mice getting into the house, garage and my car! It was horrible, I was under siege! I called Rose Pest Solutions and they came out, inspected, founds points of entry and set bait, etc. They were very thorough and made follow up visits at no charge to make the problem was being fixed. I highly recommend Dave who is very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional.

I have to admit, I wasn't happy with the first guy they sent because he was aloof, in a hurry and missed a key point of entry. However, my experience with Rose changed once they put Dave on the case who found all the points of entry to keep the mice from getting in.

Rose Pest Solutions Northfield has been taking care of my home for a couple of years now. It has generally been a great experience working with them. The office is fairly easy to get in touch with. Our current technician is very polite and conscientious. I initially contacted them because I was worried that I had a mouse problem that I ended up not having.

Even so, I hired them for routine maintenance. Their pesticide has proven to work very well. In my older home's finished basement, insects have been reduced dramatically. Rose also provides services to my city, Evanston. I have been pleased with their efforts to reduce the rat population in our alleys.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Rose Pest Control in Northfield. The office people scheduling the visit and the technician, Dave, were very efficient and pleasant and the company absolutely delivered on their promise. Also, they were very competitively priced. I'm a repeat customer. Don't look any further. They won't try to sell you unnecessary services like many of the others.

They were very helpful during my initial phone call, the technician was here when expected and very professional. Found our problem and have begun to treat.

These guys have been great with a mouse issue we had in our home. They came out for the initial visit and did a great job explaining how they would help with the situation. They plugged holes and set traps and promised a follow ups. They have completed at least 2 follow ups that were included in the original price of $225. They are true professionals and also so kind.

My wife has been mainly dealing with them and she told him that I had removed a few of mice after their demise and he immediately told her just to call him next time and he'll come right out. Such a nice gesture and definitely above and beyond the expectations. Also they even removed a bunch of insulation that had been covered in mouse "stuff." Anyway I would highly recommend this company should you ever have a pest problem.

The service man that came to our home was friendly, professional, knowledgable and thorough. It has only been one day so we are optimistic that we will not have anymore ants in the house or bees in the mulch. I guess only time will tell. Will upgrade the service to a full 5 when I see the problem has been taken care of.

Rose has done an amazing job for us! We found something one day and they were here within 30 minutes of our call. I would highly recommend them to a friend. Chris was great! He is very professional and discrete. He was also very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. He was able to answer all of my questions and he obviously knew what he was talking about. Overall, my experience was great and I have no complaints.
