Hansen Services, Inc. is a family owned business. It was founded by Donald Hansen over 25 years ago and is proudly carried on by second generation owners. Our company embraces an integrated pest management (IPM) approach to pest control, is fully insured and is a state certified woman- owned business.
4 services to be completed starting in spring (MARCH/April) when pest emerge ending in fall (September/October). The Services are 4 to 6 weeks apart. We offer a misting service that covers shaded areas such as under vegetation or by/on the home. Fleas are usually brought into yard by wild animals such as Squirrels, Raccoons, Skunks, ect.

DON'T waste your money! I don't know where to begin there lack of professionalism or their inferior product. Last year they were having issues with their portal for payments and they tried double charging me. They made me prove I paid them by making me jump through hoops between them and my bank. They responded with an email saying it was completely their fault.
Cool or so I thought. 8 months later they sent me the same bill trying to get me to double pay them again after I had cancelled their service. Their secretary Robin had a disgusting attitude on top of implying that I was trying to Scam them out of a $100 dollar payment. I switched over to a different company that only has to come out once a year because their product is much more efficient.
If you get different quotes other companies are typically more expansive for one treatment but end up being about the same because Hansen need to come out 3-4 times a year and they charge about 85 a visit. Again do yourself a favor and avoid this joke of a company.

I signed up for both Indoor/outdoor service and mosquitos service for my yard. After the initial service none of the issues were fixed, so I called again for them to come out. They did and treated the house again, now 3 weeks later, I still have the same issues with silver fish, ants on my front porch, and centipede. I called them again today to see if they were willing to resolve the issue and come out again and they said if they do come out there's going to be another charge on my account.
I had to cancel since their services did not work one bit. Also no sympathy over the phone. No apologies with regards to the fact that I spent almost $200 on nothing. Really bad customer service. Edit: I called them again cause on their website it says "guaranteed service" no timeline attached to that. And I got Sheryl who decided to be really rude over the phone and raised her voice, even though I was talking very calmly to her!
I got a call back from Nick, apparently Sheryl had the wrong information and didn't know what account I was on. still was very rude though. But Nick is going to send someone else out to fix the issue hopefully. This is the only reason I've changed my 1 star to 2 stars.

My borrower used Hansen Services for a termite inspection for a VA loan. They were quick to get the inspection done and went above and beyond to get us the necessary forms when we needed them. They always answer the phone promptly which isn't always the case when calling pest control companies so this is a huge plus. Will definitely use again in the future!

Hansen is great. I've been on their home program for 2 years and I'm very satisfied. We live on a lake so that naturally brings a lot of bugs our way. Ever since they have been coming out, our house is pretty bug free. On occasion, I will find a spider in the house and they respond very quickly. Just today, I saw a spider in the kitchen. I called them at 10am and they had someone out here by 1pm to spray. The customer service is really great. I'm thoroughly satisfied and I'm glad I can rely on a local company to do a great job!
