The company accommodated the timetable of my tenant who has one year old at home who needed to vacate for the job to be done. This happened to be very important. The technician Eli was very customer oriented, reviewed the work he would be doing, and kept his promise to communicate status so that tenant knew when it was safe to return home with the baby.

We couldn't have asked for a better inspector than Scott. My partner and I are first-time home owners and were very worried when we discovered the presence of carpet beetles in our home. Other companies we called spoke about expensive high toxicity treatment programs, but Scott went above and beyond explaining the solutions available to us and that we could actually tackle the carpet beetles ourselves which would get to the root of the problem and be a long-term solution.
Since following Scott's thoughtful instructions (which included a thorough vacuum under all our radiators, appliances, etc., then treating with a low toxicity powder (Cimexa), monitoring with glue strips, and storing natural fibers we aren't using regularly in sealed containers) the carpet beetles have all but gone away! Moreover, we now have the tools to keep them in check if they reappear in the future. We are SO impressed with Scott and F&W pest control - We saved a ton of $$ thanks to them and now have peace of mind in our home again! Hats off to this company. 10/10, A++!

I would recommend F&W Pest. Control to my friends and family. Customer service is friendly and helpful. I gentleman by the name of Scott did a the inspection inside and outside of my home. He is very professional, well mannered, and answered all of my questions. The technical Matthew set the Bait Traps, Sealed the outside of my home, and did a treatment for Carpenter Ants. I am very pleased with the service.

F&W Pest Control offers great service. We have maintenance contracts with them at our properties and they have never let us down. One phone call makes it all happen. They take care of our rentals and our personal home. They are courteous. They work around our schedules. They give plenty of notice. They ALWAYS show up when they say they will. If we ever see activity between visits they make an additional visit which is included in our contracts. Nothing but great things to say about them! One thing to keep in mind about who you use for your pest services is their location and what contracts they have in your areas.

I've had a great experience with them. They were prompt to come to my house and the techs and office staff have always been professional with me. I tend to have wasp problems every spring and did sign-up for an annual contract. I might not renew as I'm not sure how necessary that is, but to their credit have seen a lot less insects in my basement.
And when I had a weird manifestation of bugs in my bathroom they came and helped the problem and have good advice on how to prevent it in the future. (We never use our first floor tub so after 7 years of living here it was such a clear, dry path that bugs from our septic come through the pipes-gross!) I find the techs very professional and responsive.

I wish I could rate them 0 stars. They have two women you usually deal with and one of them is so extremely rude. I cancelled their service at the end of my contract and for months after they would call to have me pay for the month which again I would tell them I already cancelled. This happened for three months. The last time, the women yelled at me that I hadn't cancelled and would have to pay for the back log of months.
I told her absolutely not, not my responsibility you don't know how to manage your records. She threatened to send me to collections for the balance which she did. I spoke to the collection agency and sent over multiple records showing how long my contract was and bank statements that I had paid to my contract. They dropped it. Now months later, I get TWO charges back to back for their monthly service fee.
Terrible business practice, they said it was a "billing error." I've contacted my bank and had them change my account and debit card to keep this terrible company from falsely charging my account again.

I would not recommend this pest control company. They were hired to determine if there was extensive termite damage in a home my husband and I were in the process of purchasing. James performed the inspection and noted there was only minimal termite damage. (We have the report) Based off the information given to us we decided to move forward with the house.
The next step was to get a home inspector out which cost $500+. The Home inspector later found that there was severe termite damage that the pest inspection should have revealed. After calling James and the Owner of F&W, they were very rude and unprofessional. F&W charged $125 for useless information and in the end put us out of hundreds of dollars.

This company is a joke! They advertise as having 24/7 availability but what that means is you can leave messages for them 24/7 which they typically return 12-24 hours later with no follow up. Answered calls result in a quick analysis to see if you are in the "service area" and supposedly a follow up call to schedule, which never comes. A return phone where I asked to be scheduled ASAP resulted in being placed on hold for a few minutes, then disconnected. Finally, an answered call lets me know I'm now calling after hours and they would have to have scheduling call me back on Monday. Do yourself a favor and call someone else who takes their business seriously.

There were too many things I was dissatisfied with to put all in one review. I'll try to focus on the most upsetting. Aside from being rude and yelling at me on the phone (mostly anna, christina was great), losing our first appt time, our tech missing another (bob's elaborate explanation and apology for missing appointment time - 'I got held up'), our tech bob spraying and leaving us behind without saying goodbye, and releasing another 40+ wasps into our house. Was told AFTER this happened (on the phone, AFTER tech left without a word) that sometimes the insects all fly into the home after treatment. WHY WAS THIS NOT EXPLAINED AHEAD OF TIME?
I had already mentioned we had tried to deal with it on our own before calling F&W.why not tell me that might happen again even if there is 1% chance? When I asked this over the phone anna screamed at me saying 'they don't know what's going to happen' after treatment. She also said it was my fault because "i didnt tell her I sealed outside entry to nest' which was false, I had explained once over the phone before appt and to bob in person before treatment that this had happened - and that the wasps had dug though the caulking seal anyways and the passage was open again. Frustrating to be told its my fault that a professional pest control company doesn't know whats going to happen when they do their job. Bob claimed on visit #2 that it's company policy for him to leave without a word to client after treatment. "it's what i always do".
So now.there are still live wasps flying around here 26 hours after treatment, so 30-day guarantee is BS too, not even a 1 day-guarantee. I am hesitant to call to schedule what I would assume would be a free follow-up because of the way this entire thing has been mishandled. I appreciate the owner talking to my girlfriend after all of this happened to apologize, but would've simply preferred calling a different company in the first place (as I wanted to do) and not the cheapest solution, which is what happened.

Something had to have happened-maybe new ownership? I used them the last 2-3 years and they were great. This year after multiple calls and emails and promises that they will get to spray my yard (tick and mosquito) they still have not come by or called. Now I have missed the very important early spring application to kill the larvae. Very terrible service.

DO NOT call this place. Tech never showed up, and when I called to find out why I was told an appointment had never been made (which it had been, 4 days before) and then, instead of giving me a reason to remain a potential customer, I got nothing but attitude. WOW. I hope the pest business is good for these folks. Or, I hope they get out of it if they hate it so much. Either way, if you are in need of such a service, do yourself a favor and call someone else.
