Ants have long been a problem for home owners and property owners alike. They certainly can cause stress, bites with side effects and food damage. Lincoln Pest & Property Solutions's staff has been trained to eliminate ants and has become premier ant exterminator servicing the RI and MA areas. There are many different species of ants and identifying the type can be difficult. At Lincoln Pest & Property Solutions we specialize in bat removal in RI. We have trained specialists ready to help with any situation. Bats can find their way into most buildings and will typically reside in an attic or chimney. As soon as bats are suspected, Lincoln Pest & Property Solutions should be contacted for removal.

A squirrel fell and got stuck in my chimney over the weekend. Called 20+ different pest control companies and Lincoln Pest Control called me back on Monday and had someone come out an hour later to handle the issue. When their worker arrived, he discovered that I only had a chimney cap on the furnace side, but none on the fireplace side which the chimney company I hired never communicated to me.
The squirrel was stuck up in the flue right above the fireplace and was too afraid to come out. But an hour later, the worker was able to find and coax the squirrel out. He released the squirrel outside and it was reunited with its squirrel family. It was like a moment on The Dodo Facebook page. Thanks Lincoln Pest Control for saving this squirrel's life and also only charging me $100 while other pest control companies were too overwhelmingly busy to care about this squirrel's life and also wanted to charge me a few hundred more.

The tech was great, the office staff/scheduler not so much. Apparently they give a 3 hour window but fail to give an industry standard courtesy call to say they are on their way or a 20-30 min heads up. When the tech was missed due to this as we had to step out for 20 minutes, the woman simply stated "we just don't do that" when asked about a call ahead and rescheduled another week out.
Extremely poor customer service on their part and for an industry where every company does the same thing and what can set you apart is the customer experience. Definitely a missed opportunity to stand out.

I have a large yard and unfortunately stray animals (everything from cats, dogs, skunks, woodchucks, etc.) come through. Last year I had a bad infestation of bugs. I ended up calling Lincoln Pest and Andre came out. He walked the entire length of the property and explained so much to me. He told me that I should have service repeated this spring. I totally forgot and the problem resurfaced.
I called and spoke with Pat late Wednesday afternoon and she set up an appointment for Friday from 3-5. Andre was here at 2:55. He asked if I was ready for service and immediately got to work. Its only been a few hours and I can already see a difference. Service was exceptional as always. I will be calling them again next spring.

Thanks to Shannon for helping to safely and quickly remove a bat from our loft! We noticed him flying around last night, and called Lincoln in the early AM hours. They got back to us right after they opened and arrived within the hour. Amazing service. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again!

Don't waste your time. I called them and they set an appointment for 3-5 pm the next day. The appointment came and went leaving me sitting there doing nothing waiting for them. They NEVER SHOWED UP! I'm going to stay far away from this company since they're not dependable and will leave you stranded. I've now lost another few days on trying to control our pest problem. Thanks Lincoln Pest Control. They must be so busy they don't need your business.

If your pest control company actually does what is stated in the contract and is paid for their services there really is no reason why multiple residents of a condo community would have termites. Lincoln Pest refused to take responsibility and would not pay for the financial damages done. Will never use this company again. Have been using a company that is 50% less a year and the results have been nothing but positive and no reports of any infestations.

We had a squirrel take up residence in our house while we were out of town. When we returned I called every company I could find. Several came out but I'm so happy I decided to go with Lincoln Pest Control. There are some business that are easy to evaluate but pest control isn't one of them. You have to rely on their expertise and make a decision, and hope for the best. Joe made professional recommendations and the pros and cons of each.
He gave me his cell phone number and advised me on the next steps. He caught my furry visitor in less than a day. Some companies don't give you options on the fate of the animal. Lincoln Pest Control does, and I like that. I hope I don't need them again but if I do they'll be the only call I make.
