Steven was our technician today, treated our property for mosquitoes and ticks. He was professional, efficient, and considerate - covered the whole yard and made sure to check that the gates in the fences were fully closed (important for our young children and dogs' safety!). He made sure to tell me how long the dogs need to stay off the grass for their safety. We're happy D&T customers.

This was my first experience with D&T Pest & Termite Control. Mike represented the company very well and I was very pleased with his service, I would definitely recommend D & T Pest Control to anyone in need. Mike was extremely thorough with his inspection. He was also friendly, pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable about his line of work and very professional. Thank you, Mike, I'll request you as the technician IF I'm ever in need of pest control services again!

Nick arrived on time (if not a few minutes early) and was professional and courteous. He did a great job explaining the services he was providing, he had clearly done his homework and read through our history before he arrived and knew exactly what questions to ask and the answers to provide. Kudos separately to the home office staff who rescheduled my appointment due to covid exposure in my house without any issue, and the electronic billing service that D+T is now using is straightforward and easy to use.

I can't thank Danielle and John at D & T Pest and Termite Control enough for their service! We had a bee problem in our baby's room. They were coming from the attic hatch, through the light fixtures, it was a nightmare! After several failed attempts through Terminix to find the issue, their lack of concern for the severity of this issue and them ensuring us there was no hive and we just had to "give it time" for the spray to work, we had enough. Weeks of "giving it time" had come and gone and we still actively saw bees in my baby's room.
Immediately after arguing with Terminix of their lack of treatment and lack of service, I decided to contact someone local. I contacted D & T Pest and Termite Control and they had a technician out that Monday morning (on time). In less than 5 minutes after explaining the issue, John the technician found a hive in our attic. Not only was he informative, but he was personable and made us feel comfortable since he knew EXACTLY what he was doing and EXACTLY how to take care of it.
In under 30 minutes, he had removed the hive and treated the affected area appropriately. I wish I had contacted D & T Pest and Termite Control in the first place! I cannot rate them high enough for the service they provided, and how they accommodated my freak out. I can't thank them enough!

We have used D&T exclusively since 1999.about 18 services in all. Never had an issue, responsive and professional.until August. We contracted D&T to install a squirrel trap at my roof. It was to stay there about a month. It worked fine but it's installation coincided with a last minute schedule change with our roofer completing our new roof. No problem, the roofer took the trap down, and when Christina from D&T called to inform us they were coming to remove it, I told her of the situation.
I informed her there was no need for them to come out to finish, as the trap has been removed. (it was about 18" square of steel mesh and a poly tube) I mentioned I assumed there would be some kind of adjustment in our service as the second visit would not be required. Christina told me there is no adjustment as the "homeowner" took it upon himself to remove it.
I explained to her that's not quite fair as it's pretty much the same work to remove the trap on the second visit as it was on the first.drive to home, set up ladder, climb up and remove trap, take down trap and leave. ( I was with the men when they installed it) I told her I felt some consideration should be required with only about 1/2 the service done.
She said Danielle would call me. Received an email from Danielle stating she could reach not me on the number I left with Christina (the same number Christina has used to schedule with us). She gave a curt message that "since the contractors took the trap down.we can't refund when the homeowner takes it upon themselves (to remove it)." Hmmm. No attempt to work with the situation except to say we have your $500 and none of it is coming back.no matter if you are long term customer and not all the work is performed. Fair enough. I'll find another.

I am impressed with this company. I called because I noticed A LOT of earwigs coming into our house when the weather got warmer. I was literally finding them alive in every room- yuck! D&T sent someone out on a Saturday morning (so convenient for those who work full-time during the week!) and I will admit the first visit wasn't exactly what I hoped BUT when I called and told them my concerns they immediately apologized and sent someone out again today, another Saturday morning, to spray the entire house (again) and address my concerns.
Their customer service is wonderful. Danielle (I hope I got her name correct) works in their office - she is great. She listened to my "complaints" and addressed the situation promptly. We will be using D&T in the future and I would highly recommend - they really want to do a good job and make the customer happy.

Initially I was happy with D and T. Came soon after my phone call to access problem (bats), back within a week to put traps out. It was after this that I became dissatisfied. They did not come back to remove traps until my umpteenth call. Each time I called I was told next week I was on the schedule. Finally end of Jan. after yet another phone call someone finished the job. I believe we started in Aug/Sept. also I had to pay upfront $900, shame on me! There was no delay in cashing my check, just a delay in finishing the job!
