Excellent customer service. Been using their services and products for many years.

Not much to say. They are polite over the phone. The service workers that came out were nice as well. They came out did the job and that was it.

The low price service call included a followup! Honest business with no tricks or surprises that is expert at what they do. They found the mouse entry point so they set pet proof/kid proof traps and I blocked it immediately. The followup appointment showed it was a success. One and done - no more mice. I really hate to leave bad reviews because I always like to give the benefit of the doubt. But they came for a follow up, we have a mouse issue. Claimed they didn't need to go up in the attic despite the first visit they did, and I know there are mice in the attic. Then they threw down poison packs on my kitchen floor, out in the open, (the object was under the dishwasher but they did not push them fully under) despite the fact it is evident (and they recorded the first time) that I have a dog and small child. I hope this is not consistent. Now I don't know where there are poison traps accessible to my pet and my child.

I suspected for awhile that I had carpenter ants infesting my house, so I used the texting service Speed Exterminating advertise on their site. Send them a pic of the pest and they'll tell you what it is. I sent them a pic one evening and first thing the next morning I got a response that confirmed my suspicions. They told me the price of the treatment (very reasonable) and when they were available.

I called them and made an appointment for the very same day. They were at my house promptly at the promised time. I cannot stress how respectful they were of my property and health. He changed his shoes when he came in, he wore a mask, and he went right to work after I explained my situation. He answered all of my questions and alleviated my fears.

I have 3 animals and 2 kids, I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to poison my household, especially since the ants were living in the wall of my kids' room. He was very careful when applying the ant killer and explained how long it would take the kill the colony. He stayed and answered all of my questions without making me feel like he was rushing to get out.

It's been almost 3 weeks and I'm happy to report that I haven't seen an ant in days, and even if I do, Speed has a good warranty. I hope I never have another pest problem, but if I do, I'm calling up these guys.

Excellent service, great products and super nice employees! Both Dave and Chris have come to my house and were EXTREMELY nice! My neighborhood has bee/wasp and spider problems so most of my neighbors have exterminating companies come to their homes to spray. I have watched the application of these others companies and they are typically finished within 5 mins.

Any time Speed has come out, they take their time and ensure every nook and cranny is sprayed! You definitely get what you pay for! They also stand by their services and have a warranty. I will 100% continue to use their services.

Couldn't be happier with the service we received a couple of weeks ago. We didn't have to wait too long. The representative that came out was such a nice guy. Very Thorough and answered all our questions. No pressure with this stable company. Office personnel great to work with and price was reasonable. Had called Ehrlich 1st and was pressured by rep on phone. Shud have known to go to Speed 1st.

Very nice people. Affordable, reliable and they do the job right! Very happy with the quarterly plan.have been with them as long as I can remember.

Best in town. Had some unwanted critters and problem solved. Support small business! The entire staff we met was courteous and knowledgeable. Had one issue that came up and the owner dealt with it directly and to our satisfaction. Plan to start year round service this summer to stay free of critters with more legs than I.
