First time you call they answer. Very polite and get straight to business. Scheduling is easy. Arrived early and got the job done quickly. Explained the process, and guarantee. Suggested certain upkeep with a problem we have. Will be calling back to schedule that upkeep this summer! Thank you prevent a pest for helping us keep our home safe and healthy.

On Saturday we found a bee problem in our basement. No local companies were open so we called one of the big companies and got horrible customer service, but they said they could come on Monday between 1-5. Monday came and I tried calling and calling and couldn't ever get a hold of anyone. No one showed up and finally when I called to cancel, they got me someone who said that my appointment was rescheduled but I was never notified.
I then called Prevent Pest Control right before they were closing and asked if there was any way they could fit me in the next day. The lady I spoke to was very nice and helpful and said she would make sure they fit me in the next day. Dario came and was extremely nice, friendly, knowledgable and helpful! I felt that I could actually trust him and he didn't try to sell me on anything Would recommend this company to anyone! They were also $100 cheaper than the other company.

When I called to order a roach treatment the woman asked if I would like to pay for two treatments now because it would save me money. I said yes and I gave her my credit card. I asked her to schedule the first visit for after 4:30 pm because that's when the resident arrives home from work. She said the appointment has to be at 3pm. I said ok the resident can get out early from work and be home at that time.
On day of inspection I receive a call from the technician that he will be there after 4:30pm. I told him the appointment was for 3pm. He said "Anytime after 3pm" No one told me about that. This is really bad organization of the office staff and possibly the manager. One month later I asked my tenant if he had rescheduled for the second roach treatment.
He said no, the inspector did not reschedule with him. The next day I get a call from a technician at 3pm saying he is on his way to retreat the house. I told him we didn't have an appointment and the resident was still at work. He said they made the appointment with me. (Not True) and that I owe $150. for it. I said I already paid for the second visit.
He called the office and was told that they never charged my credit card for 2 visits, only for the first one. I asked him to not come to the house as no one is home. Maybe the office staff could COMFIRM APPOINTMENTS! This can easily be done with automatic emails or texts. Also, they need to schedule for what is best for the customer. Not for the customer to follow the inspector's schedule and lose wages when leaving work early. Now two months later it appears that the first treatment worked and no more bugs have been sighted.

We just had an AMAZING experience with Prevent Pest Control. We had a gross situation with mice that needed to be addressed. Dario was so incredibly professional, kind, and hard working in getting the job done. He handled the job well and extremely professionally. All while explaining why he used specific products and how we can help diminish issues in the future.

Found a bees nest in the front of my house the other day. I called prevent pest because I was looking for somewhere local. Dan was great. I told him about the situation and he had someone out the very next day. The technician was in contact with me before and after the treatment as I was not home. When I came home there were no sign of the bees anywhere.
Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. And the price was very reasonable with no surprises. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future for any other pest issues.
