Allied Exterminating

Have an unknown animal in the soffit and the first guy looked around for it's entry point. He put the trap on the ground under where we believe it gets in but something kept taking the bait out without springing the trap. I asked if there were other options and never really got a response excepta secondguy came out twice to re-bait the trap. Left an annoyed message yesterday and today the second guy picked up the trap without a word to me. I get its not guaranteed to be successful, but $175 to have someone point out the opening i already knew about and set a trap that didn't spring once is a bit ridiculous.

First treatment was not effective. Allied did come out and retreat the home with a different pesticide. Update: Allied continues to treat my home with ineffective pesticides. Only temporary detecting pests and causing nests to split into multiples. Do not recommend

Very disappointing experience. They came and spayed for ants, there was a guarantee that if ants returned within 3 months they would treat again for free, which was needed, so we called for a followup - We were rescheduled 3 times (once due to rain, the other two there was no excuse and they called AFTER they were supposed to show). I called and threatened a chargeback if they rescheduled again, and they managed to show up that time. Will not do business with them again.

I have used this company for almost 30 years. They answer the phone on weekends and holidays. They always come out the next day and take care of the problem. The staff is professional, courteous and answer all my questions
