Waiting over #1 month to receive a contract for my apartment building. I called #3 times, nothing so far. A customer should not be forced to "beg" for service when other choices are available.

I had a problem with mice infestation. They were inside the walls of my house, in our shed, and in our grill. Called them and they came out the next day to give us a quote. Sounded reasonable and hired them. They placed traps and sprayed around the house. Now I don't hear the scratching in the walls like I did in the past. Thank God. I'm so happy I placed a call.

Have used Bowco for years, and I have had very few bugs since then. The service people are always polite and efficient -- Gamal is great!

The squirrels love our house. They keep finding ways in and Matt comes quickly every time I call and works with me to get them to leave. Very friendly service and local which is great.

Found a large number of Yellow Jackets coming in and out of an area by my back sliding glass doors, under my siding, and in a very difficult place to access. Being the guy who thinks he can handle any issue like this- I went to work on them with every wasp and bee spray possible. After trying for a week to kill off these jackets it appeared that the number just kept increasing and made accessing the back door a challenge.

I knew there must be some large nest under there and I could see myself getting stung trying to play exterminator. I called BOWCO and Barry had a guy there in hours who eradicated my problem quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price.

Called for free estimate on a Saturday morning thinking we possibly found a bed bug in our bed. The technician came within half an hour and saw that it was actually a flea. What would've been a $2000 treatment for bed bugs turned out to be something he suggested we simply monitor. If we do need a treatment it would be around $200. His honesty was greatly appreciated.

When I woke up to find an ant invasion in my living room wall socket I called my grandma and she gave me the number for Bowco. They came out the next day and hooked me up. The guy said its a common issue when the temp come up each spring so not to worry. He treated my house inside and out with two different chemicals. Price was reasonable and service was friendly.
