Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness They came out for part 1 of the 1st treatment then promised to come back in 2 weeks for part 2. Two months later (the ants are back) and still no response to my multiple calls/messages. I can no longer leave messages because there "mailbox is full". Service: Ant extermination

Pierre, the technician, was prompt and courteous. He did a thorough job. I used this service before and have been away from my condo for about 2yrs. I was expecting to see all kinds of bugs crawling around when I opened the door. There were maybe 5 all dead in the corners. I was very surprised and happy!
