I have had the good fortune of working with Jennifer and Hampton Pest Management for over 10 years. What I thought was a 1 time rodent issue (a neighbors dock construction) has turned into over a decade of excellent, professional service. They handle the tick and mosquito maintenance on my property (keeping my backyard inhabitable during the summer months), as well as deal with the various wasps/yellow jackets/carpenter bees that love to nest at my home. In my opinion, they are the best at what they do on the East End.

Patrick is so wonderful! Identifies insect quickly and expertly and knows exactly what to do. Fast results which are guaranteed. And Patrick is especially personable. This company is so responsive. Patrick is the gentlemen who services my home and he is very professional. Paige who sets the appointments is also great to work with and I feel very secure that my home is kept pest free. esp in winter months!

I woke up the other morning to discover a mouse in my house. What a way to start the day. I called Hampton Pest Management and spoke with Jennifer. She was extremely professional and was able to answer all of my questions. She had a technician to my house that next morning to set traps. Patrick came the next morning. He was very thorough and inspected my house to check for points of entry.

He set up traps and said that they would be back to check them. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Hampton Pest Management and would highly recommend them.

I have been using Hampton Pest Management for the past 4 years and I am very happy with the service. The main service performed is tick spraying. Their office emails before they plan to spray so everyone on the property knows to stay inside. All the technicians show up on time, well dressed and are very professional. I could not be any happier with HPM!

This place is such a scam. I spoke with Jennifer on the phone regarding my fathers property Bc we had a large amount of ants. They came, the guy was here for 10 mins. Got charged a crazy price, the ants are the gel. and then bloomed again. They told me to wait, so I did. In that first month the ants never went away. So when I called back she told me it was too late, I should have called earlier. She was extremely rude to me on the phone, and basically screamed until she got her way. I never write reviews, but for this I had too. Absolutely awful.

I had carpenter bees that have been treated yearly for years each spring. Again this may. They came back in force I noticed 4th of July. I called to have a retreatmdnt which was always part of the original service a week or so later. I realize it's a month, but they wanted to charge me. We we questioned this with Jennifer, she told us that was not their policy.

We complained that we called a week later and then the issue was abated. Now the bees are back in force. We wanted a free retreatment. She argued with us and hung up the phone. I'm not sure I want the bees or Hampton pests back on my property!
