Over the years, we have developed several custom programs to solve the variety of pest control problems we encounter on the East End. Our tick and mosquito control programs are very successful and our monthly service programs provide both seasonal and year-round pest management for your home or business.
The Deer, Brown, and Dog Ticks are a great problem for Eastern Long Island residents, humans and animals alike. Sixty years ago, Robert Nardy Sr. began to study the Tick on the East End while working for the NYS Department of Entomology under the Department of Natural History. As he studied the tick and published scientific articles, he set the path that Nardy Pest Control would later take--the scientific approach.
Mosquito control has come to be an integral part of a safe and healthy summer. With its increased attention in the media because of mosquito-borne illnesses, mosquito control has become one of our most requested services. Nardy has available for use, the latest in non-chemical and botanical solutions for its mosquito control applications.
Locally, the East End of Long Island is affected by raccoons, opossums, squirrels, moles, voles, rats, mice, and chipmunks. All of these pests can be trapped and effectively controlled when the right techniques are used. On our staff, we have five certified NYS animal trappers who are readily available to first explain the process involved in nuisance wildlife trapping and then to do the service the right way. The right way is the humane way. NYS law mandates that an animal trapper check his traps each day to check for trapped animals.

I agree with other post. The driver in the truck was tailgating me on sunrise hwy. I have my 3 year old in the car and this guy is aggressively on my bumper. License plates 11922 MN. This is a poor reflection of your company. You should be ashamed.

Critical: Professionalism The guy in your company truck in the Shirley area needs to relax plate number 11922 drives like a you know what, 50 mph around a school yelling at the people infront of him out the window for that reason I won't be calling your company congratulations carful who you hire

From the first phone call they were professional and knew what they were talking about. I had a severe wasp invasion, I called several other local pest control companies I either didn't get a call back or they wanted $350.00 just to secure appointment. bottom line Nardy was at my house within 48 hours and took care of the problem completely. The tech was friendly, professional and competent. I was billed only $200.00 and and would highly recommend and will use myself again.

I have been calling for 3 weeks to get mosquito spray for my property. Each time they say (with lots of attitude) they need to have a contract in place before they can make an appointment. I inform them I have had numerous contracts with them over the last ten years. Additionally I inform them I have called repeatedly and they never follow up with sending me a contract! I finally realized I should not be doing this much calling to give THEM money.

Since June I've been calling Nardy, I informed them that their rep leaves yellow flag in front of mailbox and does not do the spraying, although they do not fail to send bills, whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO BANK I NFO OR CREDIT CARD, I've called a total of 9 times and I've arranged to be at home when rep arrives, on 4 occasions I have been assured that he would be there to no avail. I don 't know what is going on, office staff totally incompetent and rude.

Have a situation with "CARPENTER BEES"! The exterminator that came was extremely RUDE and INDIFFERENT to the problem and couldn't be bother and really didn't want to do it! Kept mumbling under his breath to and from his truck! AND! Did a botched job! The bees are still flying in and out of the roof frame work! His so called application did nothing to remedy the problem! Very unprofessional!

Office manager one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to in my life. Completely overcharged us and had the nerve to shout, talk over me and put me on hold over and over again. We wanted ONE spray and she charged us $600! Said we didn't read the fine print - Outrageous! I try to use small businesses when I can but will NEVER recommend Nardy to anyone.

Horrible experience. Employees have no idea what they are doing they are super inexperienced. Nardy came to my house and left poison to kill the rodents and never helped try to solve the issue that I was having with mice. I am now left with a bigger problem and poison all over my house. Don't call them.

Horrible experience. We have black ants. Nardy came twice and the ants still came into our home. I called a 3rd time and the woman told me they would not bill us as it was a follow up visit. They still billed us claiming it was a different area of the yard. We only have one back yard. And the ants still persist. You can buy the same chemicals they use at Home Depot for $20.

Simply put - no more ticks. Service guy is friendly and engaging. No BS. Their price is significantly better than the others. Couldn't ask for more.

They arrived quicker than I expected and thank god! I'm not the bravest person when it comes to rodents no matter how small they may be. They took care of the immediate problem and have been servicing my home quarterly. I have not seen a single rodent inside of my house since. They were much less expensive than the previous company I had used, and left me feeling comfortable and relaxed in MY HOME again.! Excellent Service. A+++++

Great experiences with Nardy, have been using them for years. Technicians are very knowledgeable and the products work very well. The other review of Ann in the office was not a normal occurrence. I find her to be very courteous, even when they are extremely busy and you can hear the phone ringing off the hook in the background.

I have a wonderful experience with the technician (John), but my experience with Ann, in the office, was disappointing. Every question that I had was met with defensiveness and, frankly a very poor customer service attitude. It was so unpleasant that, over the phone, I asked that my contract be terminated. Life is just too short for this.

Not a good experience. Was charged $300 for mole removal, but their traps made no impact and problem is much worse two months after they've been and gone. Regrettable.
