Lisa has an awful customer service I been with them for about 3 years now they do change person to person definitely 5 different tech came out Since we been with them i called to see if i could get sprayed beginning of the Month instead of last of the month Lisa said no, I say okay do i have any balance she said $1, I responded by saying I would like to take care of it now she gathered my credit card information then returned back to the call saying that she will just credit the $1 because they would charge them more I ask for an Invoice that would state 0 balance she said *quote* I will not send it to you through mail not going to waste 50 cents on a stamp, I will just email it Wow so in professional.
