Bugout is a company that has excellent customer service. They're reasonably priced and have quick response.

We had ground bees that were taking over our yard. With a single service bugout sprayed the holes and they were gone in a few days. No call backs required. Very polite, professional and timely. Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

I asked Bugout to come and help us deal with crickets! Both camel backs and the black crickets. My wife and I tried to deal with them using different methods for years. While it worked it was never quite enough and we were always reapplying the sprays. When Bugout came, we walked them through the request and they did a cursory inspection, mentioned a price and immediately set to work. We haven't had to have them come back in almost 2 years thanks to their service. I do know that if they do come back I will be calling Bugout again.

We used Bugout for a termite inspection. Troy is wonderfully professional and truly an expert in his field. He was very patient with questions and distractions. If you need an inspection for a home loan 100% recommend using Bugout.

Was told I was being signed up for the monthly services and the $185 was and entry fee well now its my faults they want $85 a month instead of $55 because my wife didn't sign up when handed the pamphlet or something called and told a Manger would call me still waiting. this has been months now so if you want to pay $185 for a quick one time ant treatment this is your place if you want actual help look elsewhere Edit : we never received 5 treatments I signed up for monthly and I guess your office told me I was on the schedule but didn't do anything but sign me up for one ant treatment for $185 and acted like it was a fee for starting the service.

My wife was at home with our son taking care of him hence why I called the office and talked out dates logistics and fees only to find out all that was hot air and this paper is some sad excuse you have my name number and address if there was an issue Hahaha they replied and then deleted the reply after finally realizing they are wrong we will see what happens next not gonna hold my breath on people who act so shady though just glad didn't sign any contracts

We were having trouble with ants and mosquitoes. Ashley got someone out to us right away, next day. They have the ant problem under control, treated same day. The exterminator came out the next day and sprayed for the mosquitoes. Mosquitoes always came in off the deck and were on my ceiling. It's been a week and now I have none. Professional and nice, both exterminators. I am going to continue through summer for their once a month service. Definitely recommend!

April 2020, sold one home bought another. Used "Bugout" for both homes. Troy the owner was super professional and extremely informative, friendly and had lots of good advise. May 20 2021 6pm while cooking dinner we see a man wondering in our back yard. Find out it's a guy from Bugout coming to pick up the "bait traps". No call before, not even a knock on the door!? He just let himself inside my gated back yard! WTH kind of company thinks this is OK? Not happy

As a tenant, I highly recommend Bugout. My landlord had been using Orkin for nearly a year and it seemed like literally nothing was changing with the pest issue. After complaining that the issue was not being properly addressed, our landlord contracted Bugout to fix the problem. Our issue was 90% improved within a few treatments. We have had several different employees treat our home and they each are extremely courteous and professional.

They leave a comprehensive report of the treatment and the chemicals that were utilized that day. Whereas we literally had to ask the Orkin man to spray in certain areas, the Bugout people knew exactly where to look and spray. The Bugout company seems much more knowledgeable in solving pest infestations. They have always arrived in their provided time window and are usually in and out within 5-10 minutes. Overall, I am not sure what my landlord pays, but I can tell you that as a tenant I am much more satisfied with this company and would recommend it to anyone in the local area.

We have been customers of Bugout's for over 10 years. The service, knowledge, and professionalism continues to be outstanding. They treat not only our home, but several businesses for us as well. We started using Bugout after having a cricket problem in a previous home. Since the day of their first visit we've never seen a bug, rodent, or creepy crawly in or around our house.

We haven't even seen a single ant in all these years! Having a child it gives us great comfort knowing our home is protected from insects. Ben is outstanding! He always remembers to ask about our daughter's activities and school, as well as our businesses. It's not a transactional relationship. This is a family that cares about our family and we can't recommend them enough.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This is the worst company in terms of responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work. The owner does not return calls and is very rude and so is the receptionist. PLEASE RUN FAST from this company.

We've been using them for a year just so we never get any bugs or mice at all. With 3 kids I don't wanna take any chances at all. They are so friendly and so nice. My one kid is a talker and loves to follow whoever comes around and We've never had a issue. They go along with it. So 5 stars always. They also always work with your schedule :D i would 100% recommend

I recently purchased a home in the area and wanted to be sure some droppings I noticed in the detached garage were not related to termites. I was prepared to face some hefty charges for a termite treatment, but was pleasantly surprised to hear that Bugout does not automatically treat for termites without an inspection first, AND the inspection was free of charge.

The employee arrived right on time and he was very knowledgeable of the industry and common issues other local homeowners face. The employee determined that he did NOT see any signs of termite activity (luckily it was just some cricket poop.) and he offered some options of proactive termite treatment plans if I was interested, but did not pressure me.

I would definitely recommend their services and I appreciate the accurate inspection instead of a company just lying and saying I need their services when I truly don't. Thank you!

Easy to get a hold of on the phone or email. Went over what I wanted done and they went over the plans and service. Came out for an initial treatment and termite treatment inspection. Dennis did a great job going over everything and explaining the process as well as answering any questions I had. Set up a flexible treatment schedule for a good price. Highly recommend for their service and customer support.

These guys took care of our tenants' infestation that another service couldn't put a dent in. They are quick and professional and listen to your feedback to ensure you don't have to deal with any recurring issues.

Bugout Termite and Pest Control, Inc. Was a lifesaver for our family. We have lived in our home for over 20 years and never had a problem with roaches. We had new neighbors move in next door who brought a roach problem to us. It was awful! We called Bugout and our problem was solved in a few quick months. We have retained their services to ensure if the problem returns we are ready. They call faithfully each month and come on time. They are very efficient and friendly. We have been very pleased. We have been customers for over 1 year!

Hands down one of the BEST companies I've dealt with. Our home was built in 1922 and we have a "cellar" basement, which is consistently damp (even w/a dehumidifier), and we were always seeing crickets, spiders & spider crickets (mole crickets) - that is until I had BugOut come and treat our home. They are extremely professional and thorough. They spray the ENTIRE house (all 3 floors) as well as the outside, they also lay "sticky houses" which catch the spiders & mole crickets that escape the spray; and their pricing is extremely reasonable.

We have 2 dogs & a cat and their product is animal & kid friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone! I've signed up for the quarterly treatment just for the peace of mind it gives me - no more crickets, spiders, mole crickets, etc. Great company! #nomorebugs #bugoutis#1

I have been using Bugout for years. I use them for my home and business. They are simply the best. I recently had a problem with ants and after 1 treatment I have not seen a single ant. I recommend them to anyone look for pest control. Keep up the great work!

I am only giving this horrible place one star because I have to. The are by far the worst company I have ever been subjected to. They take payments from your landlord to act as if they are actually spraying when really they dont do anything. I walked from my front door to my car and by the time I reached my car this so called exterminator was done and out of my house.

My house is still full of an infestation of bed bugs and roaches. Pretty much my landlord just wanted to save his butt and have paper stating he hired someone for these problems. These are horrible people. I wouldn't subject my worst enemy to this place.

I agree that I wold also give negative stars to this company if I could. They applied pesticides in the rain. After several conversations with the technician they initially promised to reapply the pesticides and would call me. They never called. When I called back after 2 weeks later they gave me the runaround again saying a technition would call.of course they never called! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
