No consideration for being on time. Did not respond to a call at my complex for over a week, and once the raccoon left they still insisted on setting a trap and charging over $500 dollars to do so. Then, proceeded to leave the raccoon in the cold rain for over 15 hours after calling multiple times. Terrible service, will not use again. Even though they state they work with animals and PESTS, they don't.
