Inspections Report

If you see what you might consider a sign of termite infestation or don't know what to look for, United National will send a licensed inspector to thoroughly investigate your home or structure FREE of charge. Inspections are conducted by appointment only. Our team can schedule an inspection any time between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday- Friday.

Tenting Report

If you have an especially large termite infestation, United National may suggest a fumigation or termite tenting for your home or commercial building. Tenting and fumigation are the most effective way to eliminate a termite infestation. The process will rid your structure of termites immediately and protect the wood for months and even years in the future.

Maintenance Plan Report

Like having an annual check-up with your doctor, it would be a proactive move to schedule your home or commercial structure for an annual inspection for termite activity. United National will schedule a licensed inspector to visit you every year. If need be, they will prescribe any measures needed to keep your building or home rid of termites.

Construction and Repairs Report

United National is licensed to repair or rebuild any exterior and interior woodwork that may have been damaged by termites such as fascia board, eaves, roof trusses, rafters, framing, patio covers, floor joists and siding. Quotes for repair can be included in your service estimate. Your inspector will review with you any damage that may need to be repaired.

Critical: Quality, Value They were the cheapest for a reason. I let the seller pick them, and it was a HUGE mistake. Subpar work, didnt do all the work that was promised. Still left damaged wood in very visible places, major damage they just puttied over.my home looks TERRIBLE now and will need someone to come fix their work now. STAY AWAY!
