We've been using E & R since we moved into our new house about 2 years ago. And it's been such a great service, we no longer see bugs, on the rarity we do it's dead. They even set up traps for mice when we saw a mouse in the house. I believe our Service Man is Alex, he does a terrific job, is very professional, on time, and always in a great mood. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a pest problem. We were just finding too many bugs in our new house, and this company immediately resolved that issue.

We were absolutely happy with E&R Exterminating Co !!! We asked several companies to come out, have a look and give us a proposal for an annual termite control. Not only that E&R responded very fast and came out every time exactly on time, they also gave us a very good price ! And on top they checked basically for free the complete crawlspace and detected several weak spots.

For very little money they completely insulated then also the crawlspace underneath the whole house, attached 2 loose air condition ducts and completely removed dead animals and their feces as well. All this for exactly the same price as other companies, who even didn't bother coming out and having a look. 2 men worked here for a whole day, very professionally. And when you call them, you even speak with real humans and not with silly machines. We absolutely recommend this fabulous company !!!

We had a very good experience with this company today. We had wasps showing up in our house and I was worried that there was a nest in our attic. They sent a technician out to our home and he found the nest in our guest bathroom exhaust and treated the wasp nests internally (from the attic) and externally for us. He was very professional and had everything done within 80 minutes. They also have a 30 day warranty where they will come back out at no cost if the treatment doesn't take care of the problem.

I was a long standing member of another pest control company since I had moved into my house about seven years ago. The service over time became worse and worse to the point that the company claimed to have removed some roof rats, only to have them come back and not offer to fix the problem. E&R came recommended from a family member as quality service to remove the roof rats and they did a great job.

They caught two of the rats in as many days and after a couple of weeks the problem was gone. My wife and I decided since they did such a good job with that problem, we would switch to them for our termite and general pest control service as well. We had some bugs in the house and each time that our technician, Alex, came out he was very receptive waited patiently through while I described the location and types of bugs I saw.

After the first treatment we hardly noticed any of the bugs and when we did notice one, we called E&R and Alex came right back out to put some additional measures in place. Since then, we haven't seen any bugs in the house and each time Alex comes out he goes around the house and thoroughly removes any spider webs. I would absolutely recommend E&R to anyone who is looking to either switch service or start a service. Their customer support is second to none and everyone is very professional.

Had them come out for a refinance pest inspection. He was detailed and taught me about what to look / look out for. Good attitude and respectful. Will use them again in the future.

We have used E&R's quarterly service for the year we have lived in Yorktown since moving here from the West Coast. From the very first service, Alex has been very knowledgeable and forthcoming with advice on how we can continue to prevent bugs after he's finished spraying, before he returns the following quarter. I love that they always send the same tech, and they are wonderful at calling to schedule your appointment. We will continue to use them and highly recommend their services. We have been using E&R Exterminating for several years now. They are honest and do an amazing job. I do quarterly sprays and termite inspections with them. This is a professional business that cares about taking care of the customer. The owner will come out and complete your inspection and repair as quickly and as expertly as the people who work for him. He stand behind his promised services. David, a pest control technician, has completed my pest control inspections for many years and he does an excellent job. He is thorough and explains the status of everything around and under my house. He is the greatest!

The technician they sent was fast and efficient. We haven't had any issues with bugs. We really like that they do a two week follow up to make sure your issue is resolved. One minor issue is that they don't call or send any email to remind you of your appointment. They say they call but no record of missed call or voicemail. I had to call both times to confirm that they were still coming- one time was during the hurricane warning where they had cancelled but didn't tell me.

We we're having issues with German roaches due to our neighbors bombing and using a pest control company, so a close friend recommended E&R Exterminating. From the moment they answered the phone, they were polite, courteous and extremely professional. They explained how everything would work, set up my appointment, and went over several different options for treatment.

They were very thorough in their explanations to the point I had no questions at the end of the call. We received a courtesy call from our technician Alex to let us know he was finished earlier than expected with his previous call, and wanted to know if we would be available earlier. When he showed up he parked at the roadside instead of in the driveway as to not block anyone in.

He was polite and appreciative when I offered for him to use the driveway to shorten trips to the truck. He explained everything in great detail in relation to our pest problem, went over everything he was going to do and inspect, left us with absolutely no questions on what was to be done. Once he set to work, he was very neat and meticulous, and respectful of our home.

After treatment, he explained what we could expect over the course of the next week or 2 until his return visit. Alex returned today for our secondary treatment, and we received the exact same exceptional service! It was the first visit all over again with the same meticulous care and left us again with absolutely no questions on anything. Our pest problem is slightly larger than most, but the reduction was drastic after the first visit, as well as our spiders are gone in the garage, and all other typical pests are nowhere to be found.

This is hands down the most professional pest control company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, they produce results, and I will make sure that they get the credit they deserve! Called E & R on Tuesday and they were able to squeeze us in the next day. The technician, Brandon, was very punctual and was very thorough explaining the initial service. As discussed, Brandon sprayed our house inside and out and knocked down all the spider webs. Although it's too early to tell if the spraying has helped deter the spiders, we are very happy with the service so far.based on the great experience, we committed to a quarterly service agreement.
