Modern Pest is a great service provider. We've used them quarterly for over five years and have always received top notch service. Each technician is very professional and will call an hour or so ahead of appointment to give us a notification of their arrival later that day. Whenever we have seen additional critters around between treatments, they are very response to return to our home and re-treat areas again. Would certainly recommend them for your pest control services.

Very disappointed with the service. Had to call them out 3 times and after the 3 times there was no noticeable change in the amounts of bugs and spiders inside my home. Marcel and Jeff were extremely nice but unfortunately the service itself wasn't effective. I called to get a refund as the service wasn't cheap and it didn't work, they only offered refund of only 50% which was disappointing being that the service didn't work. You would think they would stand behind their service or refund you fully but. apparently not.

I bought my house in Katy in September of 2019. Now in May 2020 I get a "Renewal Notice" invoice of $140 addressed to "New Owner". Did the previous owner have an account with this company? Possibly, but Modern Pest Control has never contacted me for service, or came to my house to provide that service, under some prior contract - during the last 9 months that I've owned the house. I think they are simply fishing by sending me an invoice. Seeing if I'll just blindly send them a check. Shady! Shady! Shady!

I have been a Modern Pest Control customer since early 1980's. They are a wonderful organization and the service we have received has been very good. They have provided service at the 4 homes we have lived in since the 80's. Presently we get the pest control service and the Sentricon Termite control system. I think it's worth the investment.
Always treat the perimeter of home, garage and ask if we have any activity inside we want addressed. Check the attic a couple of times a year when it's cool. This one person complaining about being late 40 minutes I am not sure about. They are always on time. I get text and emails to remind about appointments. Jeff is one of the folks at Modern that has serviced my home since my 30 year old son was born. Jeff and the other techs are awesome.

I have been in Houston since 2002 and this is the first time we have found a pest control company that does such a great job. Marcel Diaz is very polite and very knowledgeable about keeping our home pest free. The staff at the office are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. The chemicals they use are pet and child friendly. Please give them a call. You will be very happy with their service. They service the Copperfield area-77095

5 solid stars. Use them quarterly for indoor and perimeter treatments for our house. We live in a green neighborhood where many bugs are present due to golf course and trees. After 3 years, no insects found inside our house. On off occasion one maybe found, but already dead. We hate roaches and there has not been a single one present. The bugs die as the try to cross the garage perimeter and don't make inside ever.
They spray the whole front lawn and back including areas wasps may build a nest. They guarantee their work and come back for a re spray for free if any issues. Had fire ants be an issue outside several times. They came out and took care of the problem. They call ahead as a reminder and are prompt with schedule. Use them quarterly for best results.

I was recommended to call Modern Pest Control in an emergency situation and am glad I did. Their office staff was helpful in explaining their quarterly service plans and answered all of my questions, and they could get someone out as early as the next day. Brian, the technician, arrived exactly at the quoted time and worked quickly. He was super friendly and helpful.
He answered all my questions and wore covers on his shoes so as not to track stuff in the house. Glad I went with them - highly recommended! Note that their service plan doesn't cover all types of pests, similar to most other companies, and they give you a list of all covered insects before you sign.

I found this company online after my original bug people could not assist me in an emergency. I had bees starting a colony and some getting into my house so I needed someone quick. I called and Joseph was out early the next morning to take care of the situation. I will call upon them again if needed. Their price was the same as others in the area. Hoping the bees are gone for good!

I am very pleased with the customer service. Jeff explained everything in detail when he came out to my house and I learned quite a bit about rodents. I highly recommend this company for sll your pest control needs. I have not met any of the other tecnicians but I hope and pray that they are all as caring and concerned and patient as Jeff. Jeff is the Bomb Diggity!

I called MODERN PEST CONTROL to ask them the price for extermination of pests from my home on a quarterly basis (every 3 months). I was given a price, I decided to use them, I paid them in advance. The date came when their exterminator was to arrive and when he got here he asked me what the problem was. I told him that I've seen small roaches and that they may be German cockroaches.
He immediately told me that the price would be triple the price I've already paid for him to cure that problem. I asked him to leave. That really made me mad. The question of pests should have been asked in the very beginning if prices change with different pests. My business is going elsewhere!
