Take your money elsewhere! The girl on the phone (Misty) is extremely rude and confrontational. As a customer I am not looking for an argument with someone I am paying a service for I expect good customer service. Unfortunately, you will not get that here. They are quick to charge your acct but not fully complete the job. I will say I've never had an issue with the field techs they were always polite and attentive. I do not recommend this business.

Have been using this company for close to a year and they are super professional and always on top of making sure I stay up to date on my quarterly service. The service techs that come out are professional, respectful and listen to any concerns I have regarding seasonal bugs. They always take their time treating inside and outside. If I have issues inside my house in between quarterly service, I just call and a tech comes out with a day or two. Would highly recommend!

We have used Cypress Pest Control for many years. This company has always been dependable to keep bugs away. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. They are also very flexible with their schedule if a rainstorm blows through and the plan is to spray the exterior. They are open to reschedule so that their product does the job. Unfortunately, I feel like I paid them for a service that was not delivered. I had issues with wasps in my backyard. I scheduled an appointment and the technician came out and shared lots of information as well as treatment options. After spraying the tech advised that he would note the ticket with his actions and recommendations. He then told me the call the office for a price on the recommended additional treatment. Well, the wasps are still here and when I called the office they said they did not provide the service that the technician offered. Additionally, I was informed that they do not provide guarantees for flying insects. Interestly this "no gaurantee" on flying insects was not emphasized when I made the initial call for wasp treatment. Also, the technician advised of the additional treatment option, but now I am told he misspoke. Well, I call BS. No worries.it won't happen again. No return service and no recommendations from me.

We've used Cypress Creek Pest Control for almost 20 years. We lost contact with them over COVID working from home, but I called back and got my account restated. Samantha was very helpful, friendly and worked with me to get an appointment the next day. Top notch service! Service: Bug & insect extermination

I have been using them for 6 years - and love that they remind me of when they need to come. I've never had a customer service issue with them. Had a spider infestation when I bought a foreclosed house - and haven't had a bug issue since. Several technicians have come to the place, and I've never had an issue with any of them. Yes- sometimes their automatic caller can be annoying - but all you have to do is call them back and say that you're not ready for treatment yet, and it's either flagged for a later date or removed.

DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS! We have been using Cypress Creek Pest Control for several years. Today, we had a problem and the girl at the office would not let me speak when trying to explain the situation. She was very rude, I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold several times. I called about the exterminator not spraying around the perimeter of my home.
He never sprayed the garage. The girl at the office contacted him while he was here. Well.he went to the backyard and I can see him through our full glass door. He never sprayed our backyard after that call. He never walked on our back porch to spray. The front porch was never sprayed. When the exterminator got here, he had dirty boots on and gave me a hard time about putting boot covers on.
The guy was very rude. Also, when I was speaking to the rude girl at the office that never let me finish a whole sentence without her interrupting. She said this service was on them but if I like for everything to be sprayed that it will be an extra charge! Like since when did this happened?!? So that's a no for me! Very rude and of course they would give this at a no charge, because he was never spraying anything the entire time he was here! Please take your time to do your research, because these people will charge you for not doing their job! Also, they charged me twice for a job.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Our subdivision Camellia has hired Cypress Creek Pest Control to do mosquito spraying in our community 1-2 times a week. I wish I could give them a 0 if possible. They never spray our section of the community. This problem has been there since the very first time they were contracted. I have called them over 30-40 times in the past year or so to get this problem resolved, and they still can't.
They never show up. They are rude and unprofessional. Owner of this company never wants to speak. They tell me that they will generate map results and speak to the driver however they never do. Never return phone calls. At the end of everything, when they don't know how to apologize and fix the problem, they say we refuse to speak to you because you are not from the HOA.

They are okay with bugs but not with rodent control. They came out to my house to do exclusions and set traps. They checked the traps twice and were done. I still see new traces of rodents in my attic. I am keeping Cypress Creek for insect control (for now) and going with a company that specializes in rodent control for rodents. I don't want to pay Cypress Creek hundreds of dollars again, only to leave me with the same issue.

The people who come to my house are always professional and friendly. However. the scheduling people are out of control! They call 3 or 4 times A DAY. I have spoken to them that my schedule is always changing and I will call back when I know what day is good. Maybe two days go by and they start in again with the calls. TWICE in the past year ( i get quarterly) it has been raining and they SAY they will come back and they DID NOT. The prices JUMPED $20 and they do NOT give my credit for those missed sprayings outside.

We had our first negative experience with Cypress Creek Exterminators who we have used for many years. We used them in our first house in Canyon Gate and developed a relationship with Robert who always treated our house. In 2017 we moved and we were told we couldn't have Robert because he stays south of Tomball and we were now north of Tomball.
We had to go thru several of the "new folks" and each time we got a different one. We finally developed a relationship with Kevin who we liked to the point we always would give him a tip. We called Cypress Creek and told them no more surprises and to always send us Kevin. That didn't happen and yesterday we got another person. We are not interested in having whoever they want to send out here walking thru the house.
After he left we called and of course they had no record of the request for the same technician. We also found out that the rate does change once you move to a new resident. There isn't 100 sq feet of difference and Cypress Creek doesn't want to acknowledge we have been a "loyal customer" to them for close to 10 years. Loyalty only goes one way and that is customer to company; not the company to the customer. Moving along we will leave them since they no longer have our "program" that we previously had. Go figure. Lots of exterminators in the area and we too will not be loyal and will call another company when we need the next quarterly service.

I called a few years ago because this business was highly rated and I had termites. A representative came by and agreed with me but told me I needed to call the original company. I had not purchased the house new and could not find the original receipts, until today. We had Terminex come out 3 years ago and they retreated and have come out yearly since then.
The other company I "should have" called when Cypress Creek refused to treat the house? Why Cypress Creek, of course. Yes, hire them. Just don't expect them to stand behind their work

Cypress creek pest control talks up the service to get you hooked. After the first service though, you'll get a basic treatment nowhere worth the price. I was told I'd get a better service with their "premium" plan but now that I'm on my 2nd service all of a sudden that plan only gets you a warranty for more bugs. Same treatment, but now a warranty despite the chemicals or quality of service not changing.
Talk about a rip off. They also claimed that sprayed my wasp nest but there's about 5 wasps happily flying around it still. My doorbell video shows they did a couple sprays around my door and that's it. Save yourself some trouble and some expense. Avoid them. I'll be filling a BBB report for false claims!

Overall the bug control is great. We are pleased with our quarterly service. Customer service is wanting. We've had multiple incidents with seemingly untrained staff - including inappropriate questions on the phone about a family member's death and leaving our gate open allowing the dogs to escape AFTER letting the tech know to make sure to close it. Also, they call incessantly to schedule appointments.

We have been using CCPC quarterly since April 2015 and are very pleased. Every single technician has been friendly and professional. They are very thorough and always ask if you have any issues and address them. Often when they call to set the next appointment I'm not near a calendar so I need to ask them to call back. And they actually do call back!
So many other businesses in general never bother to call back. Everyone I have dealt with on the phone has been terrific. They also service our entire neighborhood for mosquitos. I have been jogging in the dark when the fogger truck comes around. They are very considerate and wait for me to get out of the path completely before resuming.

Outstanding service! We had Bill at our house yesterday afternoon to spray the home and set some mouse "traps". He took his time to explain to us what he was doing and show us that the mouse traps were tamper proof and that our kids could not get into them. Our appointment was set for arrival between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. The office called about 2:00pm to say that Bill was on his way and would be there in about 30 minutes. Early is always better in my opinion! Way to go guys!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! Cy Creek Pest Control came out to my house on 6/12/15. I paid $208.79 to exterminate the inside of my house and spray my yard for mosquitos. They talked me into the $99.75 mosquito treatment when I made the original appointment. Robert was the technician. He was very nice and took his time. When he left he told me that there was a 21 day warranty.
Not even two weeks later the mosquitos are awful. I called them back today and was told there is no warranty because of the light, heat and rain. Really? When isnt' there light, heat and rain in Houston?!?! I was told if I signed up for treatment plan every 21 days then there would be a warranty. So basically it's a scam. They lie to you up front to get your business and then don't uphold their warranty unless you sign up for the 21 day program. Pathetic! UPDATE: Cy Creek Pest Control contacted me again after they saw my Yelp review to try and resolve the issue.
The technician came back out to perform the mosquito treatment again. Unfortunately I still have mosquitoes all over my back patio. I see absolutely no difference so the $99.75 is down the drain. :
