I contacted Invader Pest Management this morning for issues with beetles from the monsoon and they had a technician out by the afternoon. The kind woman who answered our call listened to our issue, was able to provide a quote, schedule an appointment by the late afternoon, and discuss pricing for ongoing service. When our technician arrived, he was super friendly and thorough from start to finish. Best of all, he was able to take care of our issue. Our business will never venture away from this family owned business, thank you for providing such outstanding service!

This is a great company! Very personable, friendly, good customer skills and professional! I am very happy with Adam because he does an outstanding job keeping the pest away. He is very professional, personable and a great representative for Invader Pest Control. All of their staff have been so helpful and they are keeping the bugs, spiders and scorpions outside of the inside of my home! I'm very pleased with this company and their prices. I dropped the ball and needed a termite inspection performed ASAP. I phoned several companies, but none could get me on the schedule soon enough. Thanksgiving was quickly approaching, so it was understandable. I received the termite report within 6 hours after the inspection. They were empathic to my need to turn in the inspection STAT. I plan on using them for other services and will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Invader Pest Management!

I had this company for service did ok for awhile but then just quit coming when I called said they didn't even have me in the system then finally they somehow magically found me. I went ahead and resumed services understanding that things happen well unfortunately several months went by and the same thing happened. They have done nothing to make it right neither have they given me a reason as to why I keep falling off the books.
When I declined to continue services they now are sending me a bill from February which I am pretty sure I never even got service in Feb as I always pay with a check at the time of service. In my opinion this is a business that really doesnt care about their customers.

Since I posted the original review in 2019, we have used Invader Pest Management also in 2020 and for 2021 as well. The first 2 years, everything they sprayed for was handily dealt with to the point we were able to maneuver annual treatments (ants is primarily the only infestation we deal with). This year we called them because we had a new kind of ant crop up in our back yard that were making mounds underneath the earth.
As such, it was creating lots of pits and holes in a decent sized area from how they were working from underneath. After both of the initial treatments and a follow up under the warranty, these ants were still active and damaging our yard. I submitted my concerns online explaining this and was promptly scheduled for a follow-up. Due to a conflicting appointment, I called to reschedule and was told that whoever made the appointment did so by mistake.
The options given us were to cancel or pay for annual service. The change to a 3 Star review is twofold. One is the very problem we paid them to help us with was never resolved and then they withdrew on agreed service. The other is that this year (unlike the previous 2 years), everyone peddled the annual service at every turn which bordered on unwanted sales pressure.
We have lived in this house for 15/yrs now and have never required annual treatment for anything. The way this has played out, it kind of felt like a long game to coerce us into signing a contract. All we wanted was our initial concern to be dealt with. Show us you can do something about it and then if these type ants recur every 2 or 3 months, then yes I could see the upside for potential long term treatment.
Instead nothing was dealt with and they wanted more money. I am still giving the company 3 stars because they have otherwise been professional in the sense of their accessibility, punctuality, and quality of actual service technicians (not to mention the prior 2 years in which we felt like they were our go-to company to use). The hard selling aside, making appointments for an unresolved matter, saying we're there for you, and then reneging unless we sign a contract is not exactly award winning customer service. Going forward, we will be taking our pest business elsewhere.

I had a double whammy of termites in one room and a bee nest on the back of the house. They came out same day I called to do the inspection for both. A tech was able to come out the following day and take care of the bee's nest quickly, professionally, and very clean. I have the termite service schedule and I don't expect any issues with it because every aspect of service from this company has been top notch, from the call to the inspection and the service itself.

We are very pleased with our experience with Invader Pest Management. They were recommended to us by the previous home owner so we scheduled our 1st service appointment. Joey who had consistently taken care of the previous owners, showed up at the early end of the time frame provided to us and was so helpful. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, took his time showing my husband the location of all the bait traps and explained everything about pest behavior specific to our property and to Arizona. Plus he had a great sense of humor which we enjoyed! We could not have been more pleased and are looking forward to our next visit from Joey!

UPDATE: They called me today and had the gall to say they never set up an appointment. They denied giving me a time, a day and the guy's name who was suppose to come. I am a writer, and I couldn't dream this stuff up. Where would I have gotten this info. Then the woman Lisa said she was the only one I spoke to which was NOT the case. This is why we have had so many issues with this.
The fish smells from the head down, and that office manager is a real problem for them. We waited all day, moved entire rooms in the middle of the room so they could get to all the places without question; this was after speaking to them writing down on my calendar RIGHT AFTER THE PHONE CALL all the information I was given. Get another pest control. They are not worth it.

Have used their service for over a year now and they are always on time. Their service men are very courteous as is the people in the office. We also use their service for weed control too and it's doing a fine job. No complaints from this household at all and completely recommend this company. Thanks so much for the brilliant job you do.

At 2:30 p.m. on a Friday, I discovered an infestation of little black bugs in our guest house, and we were expecting guests THAT EVENING! We receive a quarterly service from one of the large extermination companies, but they were not able to send anyone until Saturday afternoon. I called two other large companies and got the same answer. I called Invader, and despite not having a prior customer relationship with them, they sent someone out by 4:30! Nathan was polite and knowledgeable and gave us lots of information.
The bugs turned out to be harmless, but he treated the area and gave us advice regarding cleaning for that evening and what to look for moving forward. We will probably shift our quarterly service to this company, given this great response. We really appreciated them going the extra mile on a Friday evening!

From the inspection, to the payment arrangements, and finally to the treatment everything was wonderful! Both the inspector and "exterminator" (Not sure of the correct terminology) where very knowledgeable. We had a few other quotes, and they where 300-400 dollars more than Invader! They did not use scare tactics, and they where very respectful. It was overall a great experience and if any one I know gets termites, I would STRONGLY recommend them!

I have nothing but good things to say about Invader Pest. I called them last week to shedule an appointment and Wally was very knowledgable and friendly. He gave me the history of the company and explained the types of chemicals they used which was very helpful to me. The sprays are safe for pets which I loved. When he said that he was going to email me a quote, he did it right away.
He didn't have any hidden fees on the quote. He didn't pressure me into a contract, which I loved, and the staff was just great to work with. The tech was also great when he came to the house and explained what he was doing. They send you a report after the visit also. I highly recommend Invader Pest. You don't come across very many honest companies these days, but this is one of them.
