WRM was referred to me by a neighbor and I have to say Robert was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Went the extra mile to make sure we were well served and prepared well for the house tenting. The crew that performed the tenting was friendly, on time and efficient in their work. No mess or damage when they left. It's difficult to find a contractor with this level of service and confidence. I would recommend WRM to anyone!

I won't repeat all the 5-star reviews given to WRM Termite Control, but I am very much in agreement. The company is excellent! Robert and the crew followed up every step of the way without fail. As mentioned by others, we were a little worried about our plants, etc., but they came through the process with very little damage. This is the third time that we have had our home fumigated and this company was by far the best in detail and follow through! The price was excellent and the job was perfect! Look no further.

It was my first time having my home fumigated and I was lucky to find this company. I contacted Robert--the owner and received the best service from him. Robert is very professional, patient and responsive when I texted/called him (out of business hour) for any questions regarding how to prepare my home prior to fumigation or if I have any concerns. Robert is also an honest service provider who is willing to provide you with helpful information and great advices.

He understands your concerns and would not recommend you to sign up for some services that are unnecessary and costly to budget. Due to my hectic scheduling, I had to switch schedules around and he happily accommodated my request. After the fumigation completed, he also made sure the work was done properly and his customer was satisfied with the service.

This was by far the best termite company I have ever dealt with for having work done on my home. Robert is the one who came to give me the run down on the tenting process and on any wood repair that needed to be done. the price they gave me was very very good, I knew there needed to be wood repair already, I was expecting a lot, but when our meeting was over I took what they quoted right away.

They are very fair on their prices and definitely know what they are doing. Robert even came down to my work to give me all the supplies I needed for the tenting because I was working and couldn't find time for the meeting. that is above and beyond. the crew that was sent was great, they really made sure to try n not let my nice plumeria plants die.

I already knew they might but he got the tent behind all my plants because they knew it meant a lot to me. that made my day already. when they finished the wood repair they were fast and efficient. They did amazing work I was shocked to see how great it looked. I had one area that I let rot away for years and never thought I would see it look so nice ever again. they proved me wrong on that. the house looks great and I would recommend WRM TERMITE to anyone who needed tenting and repair work. thank you guys again.

Very professional. Robert did an outstanding job, very prompt and thoroughly. We are happy with the work done and the service given.

Just called for an appointment. The person I spoke with (didn't offer his name) said they really only deal with customers requiring tenting which I didn't want. Just an fyi. Could take a lesson in sounding friendlier on phone. Obviously, from the other reviews they are good at that service.

I was going to use Western exterminators or Terminix until I read their Yelp reviews. Both of those companies had terrible customer reviews. I found nothing but five star responses and glowing recommendations for Robert and his company WRM. I am so glad that I checked Yelp before I committed to either of the larger companies. Robert gave me the lowest bid and the best warranty of the three!

Also took care of the gas co. shut off and provided plenty of large heavy bags for food and meds. When I called to set up a time to do the job, he let me tell him when I wanted it done, not tell me when they would be available. Called Robert a couple of times with questions, he answered himself, not an assistant. The job was done quick an clean. Robert is an honest man and you can trust him. I highly recommend WRM.

No doubt that Robert would have done a great job. While I did not use Robert, I called asking for a quote because I thought I had termites. Instead of just scheduling an appointment with me, he inquired as to why I thought I had termites and asked me to text a picture. Once I got home hours later, I texted Robert the picture. He called back and told me the little "pebbles" was due to ants and told me how I could fix the problem.

Like another reviewer wrote, Robert could have came over and told me anything but instead he save us both time but letting me know what it was. He was truthful and knowledgeable which seems to be harder and harder to find these days. I was really impressed by Robert that I asked if he could take care of my ant problem and he reminded me that he only deals with termites, too bad I really would have liked to use him. But if I ever have a termite problem (hopefully not) Robert will be the one I will call.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT! I was looking for a termite inspection and called WRM and talked to Robert. I ended up not using Robert's service, but that is exactly why I want to write a 5-star review. I needed to get a termite inspection and there was the opportunity for Robert, who is state licensed, and as you can tell from the other Yelp reviews does quite excellent work, there was an opportunity for Robert to come over and do the inspection.

Yet Robert identified to me a better way to achieve the goal I had in mind rather than taking the job and charging me for his services, which he could have easily done. It is very rare, yet at the same time quite rewarding, to run into a business person such as Robert that conducts his business with such integrity and regard for the customer. I have every confidence writing this that if you were to use Robert and his Services you would be quite pleased.

My husband and I went in over our heads on our first home purchase. Our Realtor did no bargaining For us so we ended up with a home full of termite damage and no termite inspection in our contract. On top of having to fix up our home, we now had a headache of terminate damage everywhere! I had a few inspections from other companies and none nearly as great as WRM! Kilter on the other hand inspected my home and left so much damage on the window, window seals, and garage, from poking at the eaten areas. everywhere there was termite damage and holes from Kilter company! Robert came in the next day and pointed out the unnecessary damages, scheduled an immediate tenting for the that same weekend, and really helped us out on his price! It's now been a year and I have not experienced a such great customer service since! He is the best with the best price!

Robert did an outstanding job. no termites just wood rot he had two guys come out the following week did the repairs looks grate. this the guy you want to call and i like that hes local too.

Spoke to Robert on he phone from WRM termite control, he's a very knowledgeable person. He answered all the questions that I had as well as the different options that I could use plus pros and cons for those options. Due to being in a condo I didn't end up being serviced by WRM termite but he did lead me in the right direction. Seems to be trustworthy and very honest. Thank you.

Could not have asked for a better experience getting rid of my termites with WRM Termite Control. Finally made it around to tenting my house after a delay worrying about the price and leaving the house for 3-4 days. So I called 3 termite Co.'s which included 2 National firms that we see on TV and a local firm. The difference is personal care and service from WRM.

Of the 3 only Robert called me back to confirm our appointment. Of the 3 only Robert sent me the quote that night even though the other 2 said they would email a quote right away. Robert sat down and explained all about the process, the termite's habits and why their exterminating process is just as good as the other guys. Of the 3, WRM had the lowest quote by a few hundred $$$. WRM was professional, accurate and had a personal touch that I want to do it all over again and certainly will recommend WRM to any friends in the neighborhood.

We discovered we had a rat hanging out in Grammy's room. I called a dozen different exterminator practically in tears this morning, and couldn't get anyone to come to our house. I called and spoke with Robert and he said he would get to my house by 1:00, which he did. After a inspection, he determined we could trap this little bastard on our own with traps.
