I used to be with another local company and Casey was my technician. One day I went to schedule and the company told me he no longer worked for them. I tried to continue with the original company only to be disappointed every time they came. I started shopping for a new company and happened to run into Casey one night coming out of the grocery store.

I asked if he was with a different company so I could make the switch and he told me they had opened their own business! They had my contact info and easily could have contacted me to come to their new business but they're ethical and professional. Luckily for me, I ran into him and got his new business info and I've been with Code 3 ever since. I trust them enough to give them my garage code to gain access to my home while I'm at work. They're excellent at what they do but even more importantly, they're good people. You won't regret hiring Code 3!

Valerie & Casey Moore have taken care of all of my pest control needs for years. They are prompt and accommodating, but most of all they treat me and all my living things like family. I have lots of animals (dogs, chickens, turtle, children) and have never once had a problem with the chemicals. We used to have a pretty serious scorpion problem and I haven't seen one (alive) in years. I would HIGHLY recommend you give them a try!

So, I did our pest control for YEARS, when my health kept me from doing it anymore, I hired someone in our community who owns his own business (owner/operator). He was coming every other month for quite awhile. My son would complain about seeing spiders, crickets, etc but usually it was near the time he was supposed to come back so I didn't think too much about it. Well, one night my son found TWO live scorpions IN THE HOUSE (in 14 years we have NEVER had scorpions here!)!

Then checked outside with a blacklight and found 7 more! So, as I was ready to burn the house down, I called our current company who couldn't come out for 3 days (after I pushed, I did get it down to 2 days) and wanted to charge me (even though it was in between and they say they come out if we see anything). A friend recommended Code 3 and I sent them a text on a Sunday night, they actually answered on a SUNDAY!

By Monday morning they called me and sent me a pricing sheet. I scheduled service and they came out Tuesday afternoon (talk about a fast response time!). I explained the problem and decided to have them do a flush. Boy when they say flush they mean flush! They were spraying under my flower pots, behind leaves, you name it and were here for a little over an hour and a half doing the inside and outside of my home. Made me promise if we saw anything still moving in 3 days to give them a call and they would come back out and treat again at no charge. So, Sunday night (before Code 3 came) we found 7 scorpions outside plus 2 inside, Monday my son found 5 outside, Tuesday (the day Code 3 did a flush) we found 3 outside, Wednesday and Thursday we found ZERO woohoo!

And I have seen a cricket in the garage. DEAD, and we went outside today and found another cricket in the process of dying so great signs! I am beyond thrilled with the customer service, kindness, attention to detail, that Code 3 has shown. They obviously know what they're doing, do it well, with a smile, and even texted me 2 days later to see if they needed to do another treatment so they could get us on the schedule.

As long as this type of service continues we will definitely continue with monthly service from Code 3, no question about it! UPDATE: So, it has been almost 4 weeks since Code 3 came and did our first treatment plus a flush. Due to our scorpion issue I have had to call them 2 additional times in 4 weeks and both times they came back out within 24-48 hours, no questions asked, retreated to build a barrier and continued to say they would keep coming out until we stopped seeing live activity.

We will be having our second paid service with them this coming week and true to their word they just sent a text with the date and time to make sure that worked for us. Super caring, helpful, and efficient. The scorpions we have seen have been outside and have either been dead or dying, but their goal is to get to the point where we're not seeing them at all. 4 month update: It has now been almost 4 months since we started using Code 3. Granted we are still in winter, but they have been fantastic!

They show up on time, are willing to work with you on times/days that work for you, always text a few days beforehand to make sure all is still a go and are very easy to reschedule if needed. So far, all pests are gone (again it is winter, although we've had a warmer winter this year and we're still pest free). Pest wise, I couldn't be happier, but personally wise I am thrilled as well. Valerie is such a sweetheart, a hardworking wife and mom and business woman so she understands if you are busy or you're running around like a chicken with your head cut off LoL.

Always a smile, kind words, hugs and understanding. Casey is just as awesome, pet friendly (my dog is NOT thrilled about a strange man spraying weird stuff around the house LoL) even when my dog sounds like he wants to kill him, always thorough with spraying in the house, makes conversation, down to earth, friendly, kind. I wish all companies were like Code 3!

OUTSTANDING! Outstanding in every way possible! Professional expertise both inside and outside our home. From dealing with roaches, spiders, crickets etc we've had them and now they are gone! We've been using Val and Casey for years and they are known in their field to be absolutely meticulous in wiping out every last bug, they don't stop til the job is done. Prices are fantastic and cheaper than their competitors. They are so accommodating, and fit into my schedule. I just can't say enough great things about this company! Give them a try, you will not be sorry!

This company may be new but blows the competition away! You know how you always want a company with amazing customer service? Someone who listens and actually does what they promise? This is the one! Amazing prices. Amazing work. Amazing overall. If you're on the fence please do not hesitate to use this company for all of your pest control and weed control needs.

They have gone above and beyond for me with a smile and I appreciate that more then I can say! As for the bogus review from "Sam Jackson" really? Yes this company used to be part of another. But they were the ones to service me each and every time. They worked around my schedule, my needs and my ridiculous requests. Can I just say too many dogs and too many kids?

But they did it with a smile! I wish I could post gold stars on here because I love them so much! The Moore's are honest, hard working and really after being screwed out of a business deal took it on the chin and moved onward and upward to help the residents in need to control the bug population. What do we have issues with here in AZ? Bugs and weeds right? Do yourself a favor and call them. Book them. Let them do their magic and I promise you will not be disappointed!

Everyone should know this new pest control company (Code 3) was either previously employees of another pest control company or has previous employees of another pest control company and is now illegally contacting customers of that previous pest control company and lying to those customers in an attempt to convince those customers to switch over to this new Code 3.

While starting a new business is totally acceptable and understandable to market and establish new clientele, contacting customers using confidential records of a previous employer, that was obtained during your tenure with that previous employer, is considered unethical! So everyone be very aware of this so-called "honest" and reputable (Code 3). It has already been established and confirmed that contacts were made and many customers have refused to switch while some have made the switch.
