Great experience all the way around. Darryl Gagnon the service tech was outstanding. Called ahead to let me know the timing, showed up on time, did the inspection and explained what he identified very clearly. Every once in a while you have an experience that is worth sharing. Today was that day. Awesome experience, very satisfied, and yes I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Steve Cox was so kind and willing to work with my schedule. He made a late visit just to accommodate me. He arrived when he said he would, was extremely patient, and very thorough. He explained how to monitor pest and rodent traffic and checked all the areas I let him know I had seen pests. I highly commend him and recommend Bettee Termite & Pest Control.

We've been using Better Termite and Pest Control for a year or so and I highly recommend their services. Steve is so thorough and also very friendly! He even helped with a big spider inside the house the morning of a service. I placed a glass over it because I didn't want to handle it! Steve took care of the spider webs outside too. Felipe is a nice young man who applied my Mosquito Treatment today. He was very professional and took the time to tell me areas of concern to watch for where there are drains and excessive foliage- places where mosquitos love to gather. I appreciated his time today to explain these things to me. He was an excellent listener about my concerns and had the answers I was looking to find out. I had Felipe as my technician and he was great! He called me when arriving to my house and proceeded to spray my backyard, Front yard and the bushes by my driveway. He avoided my vegetable garden as I had instructed. He took his time doing the treatment and was very polite. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend FELIPE as the Technician, excellent customer service.

I have been using better termites and pest control since 1995 when I was recommended to them by the builder that built my home back then. Since then I moved and I went into a townhouse development where you have neighbors and those neighbors affect how you care for your property. Better termites and pest control has been providing me yearly termite inspections, I do exterior treatments for all sorts of different pests six times a year and if I ever have a problem, which I have not, they will come out and identify the problem and tend to it. George the owner is responsive, and caring and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is an industry where you really have to know what is being provided, the chemicals that are being used, and that services are being done, especially if you're not home for every visit. Better termites and pest control is also quite fair in their pricing and it's a small family-run business. I recommend them highly.

I was looking for a refinance termite inspection and Better came up in my search, I was helped by Michelle via chat and received a call in less than an hour from Brian who had a slot available the next day. Totally awesome! Less than 24 hours from when I searched to having a terrific affordable and prompt service completed. Unfortunately, I have cancelled my service with Better Termite & Pest Control today. I was notified today that technicians have been servicing the exterior of my property for the last two months without any authorization or confirmation. I have NOT receive any notification via email or phone. The technicians did not leave a note or knock on my door to let me know they were on property.

I have been working from home for the last two months and have NOT seen the technicians cars/trucks or the technician(s)s on site. I was quite pleased with the service until today. When I contacted the customer service representative to discuss my concerns, she was very matter of fact about it. Extremely disappointed and frustrated by the situation. I have written the company to cancel my contract effective immediately, today, Friday, May 8, 2020.
