We all love to sit and watch the wildlife that is so abundant in this area. Unfortunately, when that wildlife decides to take up residence in our home or on our property well then they are not quite so cute. There is no shortage of wildlife in the area. Raccoons, squirrels, flying squirrels, skunks, opossums, groundhogs, bats, birds, pigeons, snakes, rats and mice can be seen in and around our yards. From time to time new homes and businesses are built and the natural habitat of these creatures is encroached upon.

Very happy with service. Front office was prompt to reply, offer quote, and schedule service. DC pest guru JP arrived on time and a total professional. Helped us with our birds nest issue, above and beyond. Rates are competitive from the quotes I got. I'm using them again for another issue you should to. Service: General wildlife removal

Aaron and them team from Adcock's did an amazing job removing a momma raccoon and her babies from my chimney. They were onsite within a day of me contacting them, provided great communication about the inspection and next steps, and followed up daily to check traps and then safely remove the animals without damaging my house. 100% recommend. Thank you!

We recently used Adcock's for a mice problem and they were, as always, responsive, efficient and 100% professional. We had used them back in 2006 or 2007 for a racoon problem--and when I contacted them this time, Stephanie on the phone dug up the previous records in a matter of seconds. Chris, who came for the inspection (and initial round of traps) was detailed in his inspection and explanation of proposed repairs. John, who came for the actual repairs, was swift and totally efficient and thorough in his work. Joseph, who came for the second set of traps, was painstaking in his work.
All in all, a 100% profession and efficient time--who even managed to get us an earlier time slot on not one but two occasions. Will ABSOLUTELY use them for all needs on this front in the future.

Adcock's has helped us out three times over the years we've lived in our 1921 bungalow -- squirrels in the attic in 2010, then mouse concerns in 2012 and this month. In each case they were efficient, professional, and thorough. Bob took the time to explain what was going on, point out and resolve problem areas, and offer advice for what to do going forward; Aaron just finished an elegant and tidy fix for our basement door threshold. I'm so glad we've got them nearby and unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone who needs rodent exclusion work.

I almost do not want to write this review, because I don't want to give away my 'secret.' But Adcocks seems to be growing steadily and the quality of service is always stellar. Adcocks has shown up for us and done an amazing job through two homes and over 35 years of service.both of our homes were/are nestled in trees and lush gardens, and Adcocks has helped us to remove critters of all description on three or four different occasions.
They will do needed small repairs/upgrades to get your home in top shape. They've capped our chimney and sealed the parameter of our house, replacing old caulk with cement and silicone, and they've added facing to roof/gutter areas- all of the work was quality and for the latest job they created custom metal facing fabricated right there on the the truck.
The latest call was from John Adcock, who must be a son or a grandson of the original Adcocks. He was, as they all have been, professional, on time, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He didn't tell me he was an Adcock- I asked- and he clearly considered himself just another member of the team. Thank you Adcocks, for carrying on a family tradition of quality work and great customer service. I'm glad you are out there!

Reclaim your garden! Day 1 - customer for life! I found all phone contact pleasant and professional. I was set up for service to begin a couple of days after I called. Aaron showed up with baited squirrel traps on friday that sat open through the weekend. Monday was the first day of trapping. Three traps set after noon. Three squirrels caught before evening. I didn't even realize how distracting and irritating the squirrels were until they were gone. Never enjoyed the view of the garden so much! Great service!

Would highly recommend Adcock Trapping Service, again! Used them 25 years ago to remove squirrels from the attack and trap one in the basement. They also wrapped the roof with a 5 year guarantee that is still holding up decades later. Other neighbors have also used them. Called Adcock again recently for a squirrel that sometimes visited. Bob, who is very experienced was professional, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable.
He provided a reasonable estimate, plus found the fan required banding [that was overlooked by another company]. Bob also first checked for a couple of days to determine if trapping was even necessary. [The other company wanted to set traps immediately, etc. for a much higher price upon securing payment] Trapping wasn't needed and the Construction crew (Aaron and Willie) that came to do the final repair of banding the fan was also great and informative.

I had very bad experience with Adcocks. I have the issue with flying squirrels. Technicians came and offered to seal the roof. After they did it, in two weeks, I captured 4 more flyers in the attic. Clearly, sealing did not work. When I complained, they came, checked everything and suggested that flyers come via firewall from neighbors. This implied I should seal their roofs as well and share the costs with them.
I did not do this as flyers seem to be gone and it sealing is expensive. After sealing the roof, my attic fan stopped working. I called Adcocks, they came and fixed it. However, attic fan started leaking and I spent already 500 USD trying to fix it. When I called Adcocks they said that it was not them, but the fan never leaked before and started leaking after they rodent-proved the roof.

We had birds in our fourth floor bathroom vent. From the onset the company demonstrated professionalism. The person was able to give me a quote on what was needed and the day of service, Eric and Matt were really professional and got the job done. They arrived early, assessed the house and gave feedback on current problem areas and areas that could use service in the future, and were able to remove the birds nest without issue.
They were honest hard working and explained things thoroughly. Although adcocks is more pricy than other companies, but the professionalism and costumer service were well worth it. Would highly recommend if you find yourself in need for wild life removal!

We used Adcock's Trapping last year, and they were great. They successfully and humanely removed a squirrel mama and her four babies from our attic, then performed a full inspection of the house and secured all possible access points properly to prevent other potential "intruders" from taking up residence in the attic space or anywhere else in the future. Quick response time, follow up, reasonable price, all that good stuff.

Please do not use this service. We recently had them come out to check on exclusion work they did for us last fall because we saw a number of birds in the area. There is always a $95 inspection fee to come out no matter the reason, including when it is to inspect their own work. (Note: The services we used them for last year were a $125 repair. We were not told at that time the inspection fee would not apply to that repair and they adjusted it for us.
I am an honest homeowner trying to take care of repairs - I pay all bills fully and promptly. I appreciated the adjustment at that time although found it frustrating there was this miscommunication. But as a result, we really tried to get it right this time! We double checked and were told the inspection fee would apply to repairs over $250 - so we thought it would be applied it our repair.) We paid the fee and decided to do the work so because we had already put $95 towards it.
I received a bill in the mail yesterday for the full cost, without the $95 adjustment. I figured it was an error and called today to sort it out. Wow. Wow. Wow. The customer service at this place is nonexistent. After explaining my issue, I was transferred to Michelle who is possibly the owner? She answered the phone and asked me what my issue was. "Did your assistant not explain it to you?" "Yes, she did. "Ok so.?" It was incredibly awkward and rude.
It honestly felt like she thought I was some sort of scammer or lowlife. So I then explained it again to her and she informed me that inspection fees are only applied to repairs that cost over $250, which is now their minimum repair. I advised her that $250 was the cost of our repair. Apparently, that means that for your inspection fee to get fully applied, your repair has to cost $345! Incredibly misleading language and deceptive to the consumer.
A very easy thing to correct with clear language IN WRITING ON THE ESTIMATE. A very easy thing to explain in KIND language to a paying customer! She eventually angrily offered to adjust it, but I was so angry and floored by the customer service experience I declined. I do not plan to use them again.

If you have a snake problem in your property DO NOT call them. They advertise snake trapping but they only come and get it if it is IN YOUR HOUSE. I told them I was seeing 3 snakes come in and out of a hole in my step slab from my house to the Patio, over the course of 1 week, and they said they cant help me. I have to be looking at the snake the exact second I am calling them and they will send a technician IF THEY HAVE ONE in the area. Really? the snake is going to wait around till Adcock's technician's calendar frees up?
What if one of these snakes is a venomous one? what if it bites me as I step out into my patio? What's the point of this company of you cannot help someone who is literally pointing to you where the snakes are.

Squirrels in the attic/roof. Ugh. Hearing them crawl and whine was driving me nuts (no pun intended). My landlord and his home owner's association were dragging their feet a bit, but as soon as Adcock got involved I felt at ease. I called at 9:30am and they sent out a rep by 10:30am. He explained the process of squirrel removal and was patient with all my questions.
I appreciate how knowledgeable they are! Super professional. Each weekday day, they'd come out daily to set traps, observe, remove squirrels, work their magic, Idk what they did. But after a few weeks, the squirrels were gone and the hole was completely patched up. Finally I'm at peace!

Poor Customer Service and Lack of communication within the office! Michelle the Owner and Nikki both lack communication and basic office etiquette! Their lack of follow through impacts both their customers and their field employees and the arrogant nonchalant attitudes they have.is just disgusting! After previously using their services a few years ago and highly recommending them. my most recent interactions have been deplorable! Take your business elsewhere!

I called Adcock to come and work out with me where mice might be getting into the house. The technician spent about 10 minutes outside of my house and then wrote up an invoice for $175 (which they told me was a discounted rate) and a $475 service to put a garage sweep in. This was summer of 2020, so I understand that he didn't want to come into our laundry room to have a look at any potential entry points where I had found 3 mice, but they should have told me that over the phone prior to scheduling the appointment.
The tech then spent approximately 30 minutes sitting in his truck outside of my house. Not sure what he was doing, perhaps they'd allotted this amount of time for him to complete the service, but he spent the time sitting in his truck. A complete waste of money. Still have the mouse problem and planning to call another service recommended by a friend. Wouldn't ever use these guys again - not for mice.

I recently had a snake enter my home so I contacted Adcocks Trapping to come take a look and see if they could identify any places where the snake could have gotten in. Chris came out and not only was he very knowledgeable, he placed a few traps and checked the entire perimeter noting places where critters could enter. I would highly recommend this company and feel much more comfortable knowing that critters are less likely to enter now that the problem spots have been identified and fixed.

After exploring multiple options, Adcock's Trapping Service was the most responsive in helping us with an urgent animal removal situation. Their office's customer service was amazing.very helpful, polite, and quick to schedule a technician to come to our house. Bob was awesome! He was extremely professional and personable He was able to quickly locate and remove an animal from a very small opening in our basement that we would never have found on our own. The Adcock team went above and beyond to assist us. Their service was EXCELLENT and I HIGHLY recommend them!

I called on Thursday after 3 neighbors recommended them. I was extremely frustrated as a raccoon and something else had a fight in my attic a few days before. The woman who answered the phone didn't said "Adcock's". She said something else. I had to ask if it was Adcock's. She was very short, rude, abrasive. "We don't do row houses due to shared crawl spaces". I asked a question. She deep sighed and said: Michelle will call you back and hung up.

The tech said he could wait for my contractor to arrive and open the door for him (I knew ahead of time that contractor would Be half hour late and I told this to tech ahead of time). To make a long story short, both my contractor and I drove 30 min to the house after the tech said he would wait for us and then he never showed up; he later said he had other jobs.
I understand that we had to push back our appt time, but he could have just told us that we would have to reschedule instead of telling us he would wait and then not showing up after we both drove there. I called the Adcock's office to tell them what happened and ask to reschedule, but the lady on the phone told me was very rude and said I was wrong about what happened. They could definitely improve on their customer service. I've made a new appt with TrapPro.

We had an excellent experience with Adcock's Trapping. They recently did a great job removing a squirrel from our attic duct vent, inspecting the entire house for any other animals and possible access points, and placing new vent covers over both the attic duct vent and dryer vent holes (both of these had been covered with plastic mesh types by previous owners, yet both had fallen off completely in recent months due to poor materials and construction). Adcock's team was efficient and responsive throughout the process of trapping, removal, inspection and sealing of potential future access points (including the aforementioned installation of animal and fire proof "dual door" style exterior vent covers on both attic and dryer vents).
They got trappers over to our house within 24 hours of my initial call, caught the squirrel promptly, and then followed up with the vent cover placement the day after the squirrel was removed (once we were sure we weren't trapping anything else IN the house at that point). The guys were very nice and informative and arrived as expected every time (four visits total).
Price was reasonable and in line with or lower than other estimates we received initially. Note: They also offer 24 hour emergency service for urgent wildlife removal situations if necessary. And--at least in my experience--they actually answer the phone during non-business hours so you can in fact get someone to perform such service if necessary. OR so you can simply talk to someone about the scary noises you're hearing and have them confirm that they're not likely coming from the deadly raptors they sound like, and are in fact from one small animal that you can safely wait another day to remove.
Our situation fell into the latter category and was therefore not urgent enough to require on site service in this case. But it's reassuring to know this is an option if necessary, and I imagine others might feel the same. (Two other companies I called initially claim to offer 24 hour service as well, but did not answer the phone or even respond to my messages until late the next day. Adcock's answered. And they do offer that.) Winners.

I can't speak to their trapping capabilities, but if you suspect you have rodents, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. $225 for an inspection of the perimeter of the house is steep. Better to go with a Pest Control company who will charge less, lay and replace traps as needed and provide bait stations.

They were nice and prompt in their service when I first called them with my rodent problem. They did their follow ups as scheduled and seemed to have the problem fixed until I heard activity in my attic which was the problem in the first place.(squirrels) When I called to explain the situation the rep assured me that all the squirrels were gone and had sealed the point if entry for the pests.
She was not friendly this time around, the trapper never called back to discuss a solution. A few weeks later the hvac technician was in the attic servicing the ac when he informed me of a dead squirrel that we may want to remove. They sure are what they say they are they trapped the poor squirrel inside my attic until his death, they had the audacity to argue with me about this so please look elsewhere thanks for your time! They get 4/5 squirrels and 1 poor star

We called Adcock because we had wildlife in the attic. The technician came, identified the issue and proposed the solution. We ok'd it and paid the inspection. They were supposed to call us back to schedule follow up but didn't. I then called the office and their system said we had not authorized the service. Service rep was curt and dismissive, as if this was my fault. Not. Anyways, it took another 10 days for the service to be carried out. We hope the solution works. A little bit more customer friendliness would go a long way.

A long but thorough review: I hired Adcock's last fall because I heard something rummaging around in the walls of my townhouse. They came out and identified the squirrels - plus their entrance, near my roof - and explained their trapping system (humane, effective, etc.). So I paid the $425+ and they took care of the issue. Expensive, but I would probably rate around 4 stars for the initial experience.
The guy talked to me about guarantees, etc, where if they came back and re-entered, they would come back and re-trap, no problem. Fast forward a year, to today. I see the same squirrels (mangy leader) rummaging around on - this time - the opposite corner of my roof and confirm they are now living in my attic - again. So I call up Adcock's and ask about their follow up procedures.
The woman who answered the phone INSISTS it's not the same squirrels or in any way related, so there is no follow up besides a brand new service. There were no further questions, no more of an explanation besides "coincidence, " only outright denial that these squirrels are related or the same. So to do the same job agian they quote me the $425+ to come back out.
But because I'm a "repeat customer, " they'll offer me a $25 discount.how generous. Here's the reason for the poor overall rating: I've never had an issue with squirrels prior to last year when I hired Adcock's, and "it's coincidence" is not an explanation for repeat service from a company whose business is to profit off of service. Further questions about the scenario(s), an explanation to back up their immediate refusal that it's not the same squirrels, or a refresher on what does/does not qualify for the guarantee/warranty on my past service would have been the appropriate response. Without that, it seem pretty clear they care less about quality of service and more about gaining "repeat customers."

Whoooo, LAWD Jesus, 'twas a raccoon on my deck! Too much? Really? (Sigh) I just can't say it without the hillbilly twang, ya know? It just don't seem fittin! Ok.it's true. I had a raccoon using my back deck as a bathroom! Ewwww! After a lackluster performance as Annie Oakley, which consisted of buying a trap, watching my mom navigate around all the "gifts" said culprit left so we could get to just the right spot for trappin', I called several companies.
I had to accept that I was a) way out of my stilettos and fine wine environment b) at a loss as to what to do with it once it was caught as I didn't know anyone who would shoot it and, to be clear, nothing less would do AND c).it smelled. Adcock to the rescue. Out of all the companies I tried, they called back immediately, priced $300 for three nights and made the appointment.
The day of trapping.it snowed. *roll eyes*. No raccoon for 5 days. I knew the bill was running up so I called them to say no raccoon and come grab the trap before I'm broke. Though it was after hours (not sure how we should know what after hours are since they don't post hours anywhere!) the management called me back immediately to let me know, due to the weather they only charged me for one day and so I still had two more in my package.
Now that the snow was gone, the raccoon was likely to show in the next two days covered under my fee. I arrived home same day and low and behold.,t hat nasty sucker was in the trap spitting mad and making a racket. My cat, Sir Louboutin Del Moscato Furbritches of the house Shecosta, who had felt some odd connection to his daily visitor was inside.singing the songs of his people, in solidarity, I suppose. Sigh. Had to call Adcock back to say, mission accomplished. Again, it was after hours and no one (other than me and my neighbors eardrums from the racket) was in danger so they would wait until the am to get the raccoon and the trap.
It was a loooong night. The cat finally threw up his power paw to his fallen comrade and retired to his scratching room, around 9 PM but the raccoon didn't give up the fight until about 4 am. Around 8 am, the next day, raccoon and trap were picked up by Adcock and all is right with the world. I bet ya next time, my neighbors will volunteer to send it on to glory just to avoid the noise. I slept well thanks to a lil brown likka and some ear plugs.

Around 8 am, the next day, raccoon and trap were picked up by Adcock and all is right with the world. I bet ya next time, my neighbors will volunteer to send it on to glory just to avoid the noise. I slept well thanks to a lil brown likka and some ear plugs.
