Our Service Tech, Courtney, is very prompt and texts before he arrives each time so we can put our dogs up and open the gate. He is quick, friendly and helpful, taking time to chat with me and my husband about any concerns we have. We would recommend his services to all friends and family. Ive used Northwest for years for termite and pest control. They have always been professional, courteous and most importantly effective. Cory is an awesome technician. Cory is mild mannered, professional yet friendly without being overwhelming, I love that Cory is extremely knowledgeable, loves sharing that knowledge and what he doesn't know he finds out and gets back to me. Cory obviously loves the challenge, loves his job and, I repeat effective so I am able to rest assured that I am pest free!

Customer service is pleasant to work with as well. They exhibit true concern for my needs and are quick to schedule visits in between the quarter. I truly appreciate their services and the ease I experience doing business with northwest.

I had another company try for over a year to get rid of my German roaches. Northwest came in, had a plan, and they were finally gone after a few short months. Thank you! Service: Cockroaches

If you are seeking employment here I would go elsewhere. I had an interview with these people a couple weeks ago which was conducted military style (I'm prior military). The two women interrogated me on why I had I switched jobs so much, gaps in employment and they guy at the end of the table looked uninterested. If a resume isn't impressive to you do not waste an applicant's time. No one wants to feel like they under an investigation just to get a job.

After 14 years of service by, they decided the Office Manager needed to come and personally attempt to collect from me cause I had made timely payment. The intimidation tactic and MAFIA method are not professional and unacceptable. If they want to win back my service I hope the OWNER will take notice and not a MANAGER to discuss this. Otherwise, they might find me calling the local Law Enforcement next time they step foot on my property.

Not a fan of being charged for termite services when they never come to inspect the traps. Glad Covid had me working from home over the past year or so and can see who comes and goes at my house and NW definitely does not stop by but likes to send a bill quarterly for services they do not do. Makes you wonder how many YEARS this had being going on.

Third year but service started to be very unprofessional and disappointing. - customers are treated with no respect, appointments changed without notification, agent throw the blame on us for things like carpenter bees and would not address the issue. - we have big cockroaches issue now and they are everywhere in the house but still calling for. over a week.

They cancel the appointment without note even after I called the office to complain. I take the day of waiting for them to do the cockroaches treatment but they changed the appointment without letting me know! - spider webs are everywhere around the house. - we start to see bugs, flays and mosquitoes for first time in years coming into the house. - I now doubt that they do the termite treatment right as I never note (like before) the containers are serviced. - Service is getting bad in last year even tough they are not cheap comparing to other Atlanta providers. very disappointing service.

We have had the same technician for as long as I can remember. He's very nice and we frequently have quick conversations while he's here. I like the stability and the personal touch. Services: Termite inspection, Spiders, Ants, Cockroaches, Inspection, Hornets or wasps, Termites

Techs are knowledgeagle and professional. Very eager to help, inform and take care of problems. Can't say the same for the website on which to pay invoices. Hard to read, VERY slow and frustrating. Company slogans point to customer service but it ends at the website. When it becomes work to pay the bill, I have to wonder about a commitment to customers,

DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT use these people for a termite inspection on a property you're buying. The price will be great, but that's because they know they're going to recommend a treatment, even if they find no evidence of termites. If there's an area of the property they can get away with calling "inaccessible, " they will, and they will tell. you that you need to treat the building, home, etc., which will be close to $600, before they can possibly release a letter for you to move forward with buying your home.

They did this to me, and I got another inspector out after them who guessed what they told me before I even had to tell him. He says it's how they make money. He also told me that.

On April 20th, 2021 I received a survey request and I provided my honest opinion. I am not satisfied with the quality of the products (sticky traps) used to catch mice. The traps appear to be less sticky than in the past. On April 21, 2021, I received a call from Northwest with an alternative solution. They will provide me with different traps. They also offered me a one-month credit.

Although I do not know if these traps will be more successful, I am very pleased with the prompt response by Northwest and the courteous manner in which they handled my dissatisfaction. If anyone is looking for a pest control company, I highly recommend Northwest.

Was skeptical when Northwest purchased Home Team, and concerned quality might suffer. Who likes change? We've been with Northwest a couple of years now and I feel like nothing has changed - same great service, same great ttention to detail & same great custoemr experience all the way around. Chris is very thorough, very professional, always on time and does a GREAT job. We had one issue surrounding a termite bait and prinkler line which was quickly and easily resolved. I would highly recommend Northwest!

And quality of work performed is always exceptional. Keith, who is with the Northwest Commercial Sales team was present for the large install to make sure everything was completed as promised. I just want to take the time and show recognition and give a great great thank you to one of your technicians JD. I was on my way home from the hospital from seeing my father and ran out of fuel on the side of the road and JD did not hesitate to help he is such an awesome person and genuine and I just want to say thank you I do recommend this company not only because he helped us at a time of need but he was very knowledgeable and let us know the type of things they do and he's just a great awesome person I totally recommend these people

The fact that I'm taking the time to post a review about exterminating says a lot in itself. joe murray is a very knowledgeable, helpful and delightful young man. I's apparent he loves his job and is eager to help!

Our 2 acre yard used to be one fireant hill after another. You couldn't walk through it without being stung. We called Northwest Exterminating Company and they went right to work. They came by today to treat and couldn't find any mounds to treat. Awesome job guys! I highly recommend
