Been using Bulwark for years now! Mistakes affordable pest control service out there and David Dolphyn is always willing to help out when needed! Always super friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

We have been using Bulwark for a couple of years now and couldn't be more pleased. We have had very few bugs in the house and when we have, Bulwark has come quickly to take care of it. Zack has done a great job for us. He always sends a message with the schedule and always checks with us to make sure we are happy with the service. He does a thorough job of spraying and knocking down spider webs. Thank you Zack for the service you always provide!

We were recommended Bulwark by my father-in-law. 100% would recommended to anyone. They come out I believe every 2 months and on-call in between. When a technician arrives they introduce themselves and asks where are you needing treatment. Love it! Daniel N. came by today and went the extra mile by telling us where else he noticed pests may be entering the house and applied extra treatment!

We have been using their bimonthly service for a year now (from the Peoria office). Everyone at the company has always been so polite and friendly. We requested an extra treatment once which was very easy to schedule. Zachary texts us when he is on his way and again after he leaves, if we are not home when treatment is done. We are very happy with the service and all interactions with the company. Thank you, Zachary.

This review is far overdue. Our technician, Mr. Joel, came to visit today. As always he provided exemplary service. Over the years Joel has become a welcome member of our community, and I'd dare even to say a friend. Joel is always on time, thorough and professional. I have tremendous confidence in his abilities knowing that I'll have no pest issues between visits, and even then, he's more than willing to return for a respray. I welcome Joel in my home, and you can be assured that you can too.

I had an ant problem and Evan came out to treat my property. He did a thorough job and was quick and timely. He made sure to let me know to keep my dog inside while he treated with granules and was all around a great experience. 10/10 would recommend. Service: Ant extermination

Easy to schedule an appointment over the phone. Evan M. arrived on-time at the scheduled appointment time. He asked if there were any pest concerns, and was also respectful of the home asking if it was okay to go into all of the rooms. He spent a good amount of time spraying the inside of the home, and I appreciated his attention to detail spraying the yards and not damaging the landscaping plants by dragging the spray hose over them. The rate was fair, and I will contact Bulwark Exterminating for the next service appointment. Thank you.

I had not heard of this company before until I saw their ad on Facebook offering a special price on their services. I did some research and saw that they had phenomenal ratings on several review sites. I decided to give them a try and was not disappointed. Absolutely the best service! A gentleman (I can't remember his name) came exactly on time and was very courteous. We had lots of cob webs and wasp nests that he cleaned up. Took off outlet covers and sprayed inside them. A very thorough job. Would absolutely recommend them.

Bulwark exterminating always does a very good job for us. We use them at all of our properties and they do an excellent job. Scott in the Prescott location does a superlative job ensuring that the property is very well protected from rodents, bugs, insects, and other pests.

Timothy, from Bulwark Pest Control, did a great job. I called them on Monday and they were out Tuesday to take care of some pest problems. Centipedes, scorpions, and ants, oh my! They guarantee their work and will be back in a week to make sure the problem is in the resolution stage. Friendly and thorough and a fair price. Couldn't ask for more.

Brittany has been our service provider for multiple ongoing pest control issues we have at our home, and we have absolutely loved having her. Her patience, knowledge, confidence and genuine concern for our home and family has been demonstrated by her attention to details, dedication to working with us to resolve our pest issues no matter how many times she has to visit our home to solve the problems.

You can't find another company willing to dedicate to their customers' satisfaction in this manner, with no additional visitation charges. This is a gem. Unfortunately for us, Brittany will be promoted to another role in this company, but because of the trust we have in her expertise we hope we will be taken care of by another caring Bulwark professional much like Brittany. We have used Bulwark since moving to PV for peat control. We just received our first treatment for weeds by David and he was so professional, thorough and friendly. We recommend this business for both services.

We use Bulwark to help control a mouse problem in our house in Timberline, and are set up for "treatments" every two months. Not only is the technician always on time (sometimes even early!), but they still come out even during snow storms. Wayne in particular is great. If I'm not home when he comes by for the treatment, he makes a point to text me a photo of the gate to our backyard, with assurances that made sure the gate was latched before leaving. This kind of customer service is so hard to find! Very happy!

A few Bulwark employees have serviced our home and they've all been great at eliminating the pests around our house. However, I'd like to highlight Sam for the last two visits and further educating us on specific problems and the sources. Thanks to all the employees.

James dropped by the house today for our first treatment! He did a fantastic job! James was highly educated on all the insects we had running around the property, he informed us on our treatment and the results we should see soon. Very satisfied with all James and Bulwalk have to offer!

I have waited to write my review as I wanted to give the little pets I inherited when I moved into this house a chance to peacefully leave. The hubs had done everything he could to get rid of these pests for almost a month. We were at our wits end as they were appearing nightly and were getting bigger and bigger. We called Bulwark after receiving many outrageous quotes from other companies in Yelp.

When we spoke to Alonso he was very friendly, not pushy and knowledgeable. I can thankfully say it has been four weeks since Britney first came to our home. We have seen a couple baby roaches, some dead some alive but nothing like we had before. After the initial treatment, they came back seven days later to retreat any areas of concern, they have also called to check up.

When we told them we had seen one or two they came back out the next day and checked the area. As far as safety is concern, Britney wears a mask, booties and maintains her distance while working. She is thorough, speedy, and punctual. I will continue to support this business as they are few like them around. Thank you. Update: it has been six weeks since the initial treatment.

We are seeing an increase in activity again. The technicians have come out each time; however, their retreat is not as through or effective as the initial. I am beginning to question their methods and poison as it doesn't seem to last more than 7 days.

I have been with this company now for almost a year. Service started out really really well and very thorough. I believe at that time, my technician was Tara. In the last few months I have been challenged by not the customer service but the technician that has been visiting my home. I don't feel like the treatments were thorough as evidenced by seeing spiders in my dining room and having one drop on one of my guest at a dinner party.

That was embarrassing to say the least! However.today, a gentleman named Maurice came to my home to give me a termite inspection, he knew that I was an existing customer, And also knew that he was there for the termite inspection, no actual pest treatment. While doing the inspection in my garage he noticed spiderwebs, lots of them! This is the very thing that I have been sharing with Bulwark the last few months!

I have called bulwark at least twice recently about the spiderwebs, and the spiders that I have been seeing on the exterior and the interior. Although Maurice was here for the termite inspection, this gentleman took the time to completely clear every spiderweb out of my garage, on the side of my home, and my deck. I can't tell you how much it meant to me that he took the time to do that.

He also Visually showed me where they were and advised me what to look out for. This is the VERY definition of Customer Service! Actually this is beyond Customer Service. This is just being a good human. Taking the time to care for someone else! This really made my day and I now feel better that I am protected from these things that were taking over! Bulwark, you have an excellent employee in Maurice!

Brittany and her crew are the best! She has been our 'bug' girl for the last year and always does a great job. Friendly, knowledgeable, polite and just all around good natured. She knows her stuff! She has been extremely careful and well equipped throughout this pandemic so we have no issues having her walk through our home if necessary. Great job Brittany!

This is my first time using a pest control service. After reading reviews I felt like Bulwark would be the best choice and so far so good. The technician David Dolphyn was great. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

They've been coming to my home for almost 2 years. I've had Chris come most of those 2 years and he's been very reliable and trustworthy! Also, overall great customer service from Bulwark. They call ahead of time and they also call after to make sure it was done correctly. You can also call anytime to have them come back (no additional cost if you're on a plan) if something wasn't done right or if you see a bug.

I have had monthly service with Bulwark for the past four years. I have had very few times where I needed to ask them to come out for any infestation. They keep the bugs at bay, for sure! Once, I had fire ants come in my home. They took care of it promptly! This past week, I had a big cockroach on my porch. It was on its back but alive. Bulwark sent out a very sweet girl named Brittany.

She told my niece and I that the bug was on its back because it got the poison they'd put on our perimeter and was, in fact, dying. We then grilled her about cockroaches because my great-niece has experienced them in apartments here. Brittany cheerfully informed us about what is needed to roach proof apartments and left her business card in case my great niece needed Bulwark's services.

Also of note, Bulwark's office service person called me today to see if I'd had any more problems. I had not. I'll just leave this here: only confident and caring companies will call you in a week to check back. Let that sink in. I am so happy I signed up with Bulwark services four years ago. I never have to worry about bugs again.

I used to think after starting service with this company a year ago it was great. Technicians and their services are top-notch, But customer service and their online customer portal is seriously lacking and poor, and continues to go downhill.

I have been using Bulwark for the past 2 years and have had great service and friendly, knowledgeable techs. Brittany was my tech for my last visit and she was certainly a delight to work with. She was extremely personable and very helpful!

Kevin Housman came out to our house not only for "new home treatment" but also to handle an ant issue we are having in a couple areas of the home. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He worked quickly to get our home treated and left me a card to let me know he would come out in between visits, free of charge. He even noted that we had mousetraps in a few places around the house that weren't set and inquired about them.

I told him that the house did previously have a rat issue, but it was supposed to have been taken care of. I appreciated him asking after it, though. He pointed out a window to me that was gaping a bit and suggested in these winter months, we do something to cover that gap as to not let out heat. Great service. Thank you, Kevin!

Our Tech Jason is the best! He explained everything to us and did a great job of spraying. We signed up for the membership because it just makes sense. I hope he's always our tech!

I've been using Bulwark to service my home for almost three years now, not one negative thing to say. Jason has been extremely helpful and kind every time I've had a service appointment. He always does a fantastic job and takes care of anything I need!

My first service was great but after that, I had to reach out as to when my next scheduled service was (the company did not let me know without my reaching out to them). The exterminator was a no show (no call). When I called to understand what happened I was told it would be more than a week before someone would be back in my area (Flagstaff). Bulwark does not have staff in the local area and does not communicate with customers. Cancelled my regular service. Do not recommend.

Have been using Bulwark Exterminating since we bought our house last year, and would never use anyone else! Toinia (our tech) is awesome, always listens to our concerns and even gives us suggestions to help keep any pest problems from starting. We are new to owning a larger property (more than just a small lot for just a house and yard), so having more land to deal with more types of pests has at times been a challenge for us.

She has never tried to upsell us on anything we didn't need, and she's never been annoyed with all of our questions, even the silly ones. We have seen far less ants and other annoying pests (especially the spiders in our well shed - ewwww) since she has been coming out. Totally recommend Bulwark to anyone!

Scott is a great tech.always arrives within window supplied via text the day prior (which is welcomed as well!). Checks to confirm no specific issues to address and as in using the last visit as an example. When I mentioned that I had handled an attack of blister beetles a couple weeks before by making a run for pesticides to annihilate the crowd before I no longer would require a landscape maintenance team, he made sure I was aware that he or someone would be out within a day of my call for back up (possibly sooner if a tech was in QW when I sent out my SOS! So great to see Bulwark Pest Control has expanded to service the White Mountain, Show Low area. Contacted service technician, Danny Merritt and was extremely pleased with his professionalism. He arrived as scheduled and was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our needs and recommended the proper application to control our weed problem. We had been seeing a big jump in Spiders around the house this year and decided to call a pest Company. Bulwark was able to come out right away. We have now had our second service by them and are very happy with our choice. Toinia came today and was so friendly and professional. She did a thorough spray inside and out in a timely manner.
