Chip and Paul are some of the most honest and helpful people in this industry. I have been calling from company to company all morning they are the only ones that picked up on a Saturday. Besides that they were happy to send out a technician but also educated me on my snake problem after I found a 5 foot long snake shed in my backyard and of course not knowing anything about snakes became immediately concerned.

They shared a lot of knowledge about the benefits and of course the unpleasantness of snakes and why I should not be concerned. And the things I should look out for. Not all snakes are bad and I was happy to learn that this snake in particular would help keep rodents and other Venomous snakes off my property. If I left it alone it would do nothing but benefit us.

Unfortunately there was no need to hire them this time but if I ever do have another issue I will be sure to call them first. These people are very knowledgeable and could have easily come to my house and charged me to share this information and not catch a snake. They were honest and earn my business in the future and my recommendation to anyone else I know needing exterminating or relocation help. Thanks again guys!

I personally can not say enough good things about this company! I just moved into my house and realized that I had a serious need to have some serious pest control. The office staff I spoke with was friendly and courteous (yes I got to speak to a real person!) & had me scheduled in minutes. When the young man that completed my service, Austin I believe, arrived (on time no less) he was extremely patient and answered all of my questions (pet safety) before starting. With customer service being almost non-existent these days, my experience with them was so refreshing. Will be recommending them to my family and friends!

They have the best team; true professionals and very cooperative. I hired them for termite and rodent exclusion and they have been amazing. Haynes Exterminating Inc. Chip, the Director of Wildlife Control and Tech arrived this morning to patch up all the holes that my squirrel buddies used to come and go as they please in our attic. Chip and his team, Bryan and Trevor, were not only nice guys, but professional and efficient as well. They went above and beyond installing flashing around our entire home, patching holes and painting. I hate to spend money on stuff like this, but at least the experience itself and quality of work made it a good day.

At first, it was OK. Theyve always been friendly. However, they can be unresponsive. I was told that there was no infestation, but I continue to see certain critters pop up. Its disappointing as I liked the people. I just dont have faith in the service. I ended our business relationship and, after I got a call back, I decided to give them another chance.

I was sent an email so I could detail what I'm seeing. Well.that was August 21st. I replied on the 25th. Ive not received any contact. I sent another email telling them im, again, not continuing the service. I hope they do better for someone else.

After a long and unsuccessful battle with my old exterminating company to get rid of rats in my attic, I turned to Haynes. Chip came out, inspected, and came up with a plan. Unfortunately it was much worse than I tought and all the insulation in the attic was ruined and needed replaced. Chip sent his crew of mat and Conor, and within a matter of hours they went to work.

And work they did, two of the hardest working young men I've met. They got rid of all the rats, sucked out the old insulation, sanitized, and put in the new insulation, also sealed up the house like fort Knox. All in two days. Chip, Matt, and Conor were always polite, respectful, and on time. Remember, no matter what it is in life, you get what you pay for.

I'll never settle for anything less than the best. I learned a hard lesson from my old exterminator. I hope you never have a rodent infestation but if you ever do, hire Haynes, I promise they'll do the job right and do it right the first time.

Back in March 2018 I hired Haynes to treat my lawn for flees, pest control, and take care of the rodent issue ( wildlife exclusion) They claim they warranty their work for 1 yr and offer yearly renewal warranties at $150 per year for wildlife. After they "sealed" my home in March, I was still hearing rats in the attic. By November 2018 I caught a rat in a trap in my kitchen.

I text Chip and took a picture to show them. They then tell me my home isn't sealable and offered to put traps outside my home for a monthly fee. I had to hire another company (Arrow) in Feb and I have been Rodent Free. I recommend looking else where before you end up in my shoes spending $1000 with a company that does not honor their work or warranty. What really got me was when they sent me a letter to re up my warranty for wildlife exclusion. I just want to give everyone a heads up.

Very upset. We had a roach problem in our kitchen and had this company come spray. We were told it would be take several visits to completely eliminate. First visit helped but when tech came for second visit he only laid down several "traps" which have only allowed roaches to come back and actually has let them travel upstairs. I believe they did this to me problem come back so we would have to pay for extra visits.

Why would they spray working materials in kitchen on first visit but when customer says they still see problem only traps get set to "monitor" with no bait on them for second visit?

If I could give ZERO STARS I would! We have had a cockroach problem since we moved into our home that was relatively minor. AFTER they sprayed the house the bug problem was WORSE. They also did not clarify with the landlord that they DON'T SPRAY THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE TO KEEP BUGS OUT! So they sprayed outside and even now there are roaches running around on our driveway at night that weren't a problem before.

They are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE on the phone after my husband called trying to let them know we needed them to come back out because the problem was worse. The employee even called my husband back GIVING HIM ATTITUDE and yelling at him about calling his boss because she was "cussing him out now"! DO NOT waste your money!

We had our first treatment today with Haynes. As far as results I'll have to wait a few days and write another review. For now I'd like to say I was very impressed with Hector and his professional attitude, friendliness and overall knowledge. Great so far. Thank you Hector!

The technicians who come to my home for quarterly service and for termite inspection and treatment are always friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. It is easy to make an appointment and they are always prompt and on time. It was recently suggested to me that mosquito treatment was available for the summer season, and I have had one treatment with good results. I would definitely recommend Haynes Exterminating to anyone needing this service.

We have used Haynes Exterminating for 12+ years. They come on time, every time, and are very polite, courteous and professional. With each service they provide, they explain what they are going to do and then after the applications are complete, they go over everything they did to help with pest control. If we have some questions or need an additional service between the quarterly treatments, they come out and treat to our satisfaction. We can not say enough good things about Haynes Exterminating and the crew! We will continue to use them wherever we may move to.

Scam Scam Scam! My parent's basement had a mice problem and we called this place to come out and exterminate the mice, seal the entry/exit points and dispose of the mice caught in the traps. Their fee was $800.00 - $400 upfront and $400 billed later. They came out and supposedly patched some entry points and set up traps. My parents continued to hear the mice running around above the ceiling tiles in their basement and along with walls.

They called several more times and Haynes Exterminating came out again & again to seal more entry points. It should be noted they did not come out right away.only after several days! They also kept telling us that we needed to call them every single time we heard a mouse - even at 02:00 in the morning! Finally my father became fed up and said this is ridiculous.why can't couldn't they have fixed all the problems with 1 or after the 2nd or 3rd visit.

They eventually called a competitor that got all the mice with ONE trip. At this point I called the Haynes Exterminating and asked that we get a refund of the original $400.00 and they said they would let the owner know and he would call me. No one called me for over 10 days. I tried to call them numerous times but no one would pick up. Finally, I called them by blocking my number and they picked up but they still would not connect me to the owner.

Eventually that same day we got in touch w/ the owner and he basically told me he will not refund any portion of the $400.00 we paid. In conclusion, this place has incompetent people, unprofessional service, you won't hear from them once they got your money.
