I have nothing but amazing things to say about KEB. They were very accommodating and very efficient. Everyone was so nice and really knew what they were talking about. What really stood out to me was their follow up. they really do care! I highly recommend them!

After hearing horror stories from neighbors about mice, we called KEB Pest Control deciding to be proactive and have them service the exterior of our home once a month. That was 14 YEARS AGO! Recently, we noticed an influx of large black ants inside our home. Trying over the counter baits and sprays at no avail, I knew we had to call the professionals for this job.

I called KEB, not realizing they had serviced the exterior of our home earlier that day, and without hesitation, they offered to have someone come back to take care of the problem. To my surprise they offered to come back THE SAME DAY! The exterminator who came was very professional, respectful of our home, knowledgeable and explained the treatments he was providing.

We even received a follow up call the next day from Jenny making sure that everything went well and she also gave us some helpful tips that were reassuring. We have been so impressed with their honesty, professionalism and willingness to provide satisfactory service. And the price is right! We knew from day 1 that it would be the start of a LONG TERM relationship.

We are so happy that we made that call 14 years ago and would highly recommend KEB Pest Control. They are definitely a reputable and stand-up company who take care of their customers!

KEB did an excellent job for me inspecting for bed bugs. I had spent most of the day calling local exterminators who never got back to me. Around 3:00 pm, I called KEB, who were able to send a canine inspector at 8:00 am the following morning. Thanks!

Hired this company because they stand behind their work. The technician came and got one mouse and left traps and plugged holes. Less than 24 hours later, I saw another mouse. I called and scheduled my free follow up. Due to wrong information written down about the credit card, there were a bunch of phone calls back and forth. After the company got all the information twice via several phone calls, he said he wouldn't charge me and he wasn't coming back. Thankfully there are a lot of other more competent companies that do the same thing. New exterminator will be here tomorrow.

Two days ago I found mouse in my basement - I called KEB off the recommendation of my aunt. They scheduled us the very next day, and the tech arrived early. He did a sweep of the house and the basement and found the mouse I had seen in my basement. He said he plugged up the hole and laid down three traps and they would be back. Sunday night I found a dead mouse in my clean clothes in the washing machine.

We paid with a credit card over the phone. On Monday morning I received a series of EIGHT phone calls while I was at work asking to verify various pieces of the credit card information. Each time I confirmed all the information was had and was told it was the owner who copied it down wrong. They had all the information they needed, but each time more calls.

I kept explaining I am at work, and cannot do this. Next, the owner called us back and said they couldn't have our negative energy and wouldn't be charging us and they wouldn't be coming back to finish the job. He took responsibility for copying down the wrong information, but refuses to do business with me. STAY FAR AWAY from these people - they cannot operate their office and the customers have to deal with it.

They won't stand behind the work you paid for if you need them to follow up or the job they did didn't work. All the 'experience' and 'professionalism' disappears after you pay. Less than six months later, the infestation remains (a very real possibility) and if I PAY AGAIN they'll send the necessary follow up. After asking for a meaningfully discounted visit to deal with the infestation I paid good money to get rid of, they offered what amounted to about 10% off another service. Any fly-by-night company could have given me that. Go elsewhere, good luck choosing a better option than K.E.B. No stars.

I have never written a review before but after receiving services yesterday I felt encouraged to do so. After dealing for almost 4 months with mice running around my apartment I one day just had enough and decided to call an exterminator. I wasn't exactly sure who to call so I emailed 3 different pest control companies in Westchester and decided that the first one to email me back will be the one I choose.

After sending the emails I received an email back from K.E.B. literally 3 minutes after I sent in the email. I asked if they can close the holes in the apartment to prevent the mice from coming in. I was told they can most likely provide this service and I can call them to go into further detail at my earliest convenience. I called the next day and spoke to a very nice woman named Sable, who also happened to be the person who emailed me back so quickly.

She was able to give me a price for the services up front. She also was able to send out a technician that very same day but I preferred services for the following Thursday which she was able to schedule for me. I have never called an exterminator before so I had no idea how this process works. She patiently went over everything with me and reassured me that it would be safe for my boyfriend who has asthma and for my three month old.

The day of a very nice technician by the name of Herman arrived and he asked me where I had seen the mice activity and did a quick inspection. He quickly went to work on filling the holes and also put in some type of poisonous powder to kill off any mice that try to go through the holes. No worries about breathing it in though as it is put in the hole before it is sealed.

He gave me an explanation of everything he did and answered any questions I had. He sent in a report to my email address about the service done and I was able to pay over the phone with a credit card. I love that the price Sable gave me was the exact price I was charged. No extra fees or anything like that like some companies will try to charge you. I'm very happy about the service and feel a lot better about this pest problem. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends who are being harassed by pest.

Keb did a an amazing job as always. Didn't think it was possible to eliminate bed bugs from a home. But after only 2 visits keb did the job! Thank you!
