We hired Horizon Pest Control for bug and insect extermination. We signed up for the annual "Home Guard" contract and couldn't be happier with the services we received. The prices are extremely reasonable and the services are completed in a timely manner. While all the technicians are wonderful, I would highly recommend James. He was so kind, friendly, and passionate about his work.

In addition, he was considerate about pets and any special needs that are required if they're in the home during the spray. James started working outside of my house before I even arrived and made sure that I was highly satisfied prior to leaving. The technician was on time and was proficient / diligent while performing his duties in my home. When he entered my home, he put on booties so that he did not bring dirt in with his shoes. He always wore a face mask and was attention to my concerns. He answered all my questions regarding the products that he installed in my garage, back porch and my home as well.

Technicians are always very helpful and very responsive to questions. During our most recent inspection, the techician spotted a hornet's nest and treated it before we had the chance to ask him! Great job!

Hired Horizon for bats exclusion. I am impressed with their professionalism. Seems to be a very well managed and well run organization. Should be a couple of weeks before I am sure the bat exclusion is successful, but I feel confident in the how they've handled my situation so far.

I initially chose Horizon due to the great reviews and I am happy I did. During a window installation 5 hives were discovered in the skirt of my bay window. 2 of which were the size of a football. The window installation could not continue. I removed the hive but the wasps still hung around and i couldn't find the queen. Michael from Horizon came same day for an estimate and was very honest and did not rush the job since i had already removed the hive.

He told me to wait and did not want me to have to spend the money if i didn't have to. The next day the wasps were still hanging around they fit me in next day with technician Ron. This whole situation had gotten me stressed out since there were wasps coming into the house and i have 2 toddlers and a dog. Ron's voice was very calming, didn't expect someone who was going to have to face 20 wasps to be so calm haha.

He is very knowledgeable and taught me a few things about the wasps behavior. I was also stressed about how much this would cost me on top of the cost of getting this window installed, but to me it was very reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend Horizon Pest control. Group of professionals.

They address my needs and focus directly to my problem and didn't try to sell any more of their services that didn't apply to my home. price was very fair and they inspected the property inside and outside to cover all bases.will recommend

The Representative was knowledgeable. He explained the process and what would be the course of action. Set up was done in a timely fashion and without any inconvenience or obstruction nor destruction of property. I was assured that traps will be properly maintained and deliver the most humane process available but still efficient.

Had ground bees in the back yard and the tech removed them within half an hour. Excellent service.
