I've been using this company for many years for pest control, rat abatement and termite control. I can't rave enough about them! Great customer service. They even call the day of service to remind me to open the gates for the pest control. Daniel, in termite fumigation/control, is honest and logical in eradicating those devils. He's extremely professional and trustworthy. Can't say enough good things about them!

I was just followed almost all the way home by a man driving a cats pest control truck. He was shinning a flashlight into my vehicle so I stopped in a very busy area and got out of my car to tell him to stop. He then yelled at me and attempted to threaten me with the cops who I said that I would happily call so I could feel safer, he claimed to have everything recorded by his gps unit on his windshield. This is extremely unprofessional and is a safety risk. The man was middle aged and white with long brown hair pulled back in a pony tail.

Bad customer service. It's a shame. Our Condo HOA in Huntington Beach really liked this company for over 10 years, but our account manager Sheri who was excellent left the company and our tech Gilbert quit. I tried to talk to the owner of this company to keep our business, but the lady that answers the phone would not let me. So I talked to person who is their general manager and he would not help me and did not try to solve the problem. Oh well. I tried.

Our homeowners association was responsible for alleviating our termite problem. After an initial flawless inspection, subsequent treatment and, particularly customer service was sorely lacking. Coordination between the HOA and Cats should have had Cats being more proactive in reaching out to us which they failed to do. Instead they were asking us to contact the HOA, something that was their responsibility to do. HOA now has a different company. Glad to see Cats go.

I've been managing apartment buildings for 20+ years and have used this pest control Company all those years. The bug guys that come here are very helpful and Professional get the job done. I have NO problems with their service. By the way, the girls that answer the phones have been polite and helpful to me. I highly recommend them. : They other reviews are a joke.

Their customer service is terrible. I'm a board member in an Home Owners Association. We had someone come out and do a pest control for one of our units ($90). They told us that this unit was going to be credited to our annual plan once we signed up. They sent us the contract and in a few days we had the rest of the board approve and went with the annual plan. Well, we get a call saying that they can't credit the $90 to the annual plan because of the timing.
We had no idea why they couldn't do it and even more, why would they lose out on an entire condo association over a measly $90? In the end, the customer service was so bad and they couldn't credit that $90 so we decided to give our business to another company. The main people answering the phones are extremely rude as well.

This company recently did a termite fumigation in the building next to mine. And when they came to take down the tent, they did so at 6:30 am! On a Saturday! They disturbed my building and the one next to mine. If this is how this company operates by cutting corners and violating local noise ordinances, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
