The owner of this company is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever dealt with my entire life. The service promised to me at the time of scheduling was not performed. When I placed a call to ask for them to come back out to complete the job, I was met with a very rude and condescending man named Mike Mason, who did not like being asked to come back out and complete the tasks I was told I would receive.
I asked for spider and ant control spray as well as having the spiders webs and nests removed. After confirming height length with the receptionist about spider web removal. That was not done. I was told "we don't clean houses" and I wasnt asking for a power wash. I wanted what was told was part of my service fee. The owner refused to come back out, give a partial refund and proceeded to hang the phone up on me after telling me I was being removed from thier schedule. Customers be very careful when scheduling with this company.

The technician, Caleb, that came out was very good & knowledgeable. Everyone from the company that I have spoke with was very kind. I signed up for the maintenance plan where they come out 4 times a year to treat our home. They have been out 2 times so far & we have had minimal issues with any pests.

Technician Caleb arrived on time and prepared to address our concerns with roaches that we had seen. Very friendly and knew his stuff. Took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Could not expect anything better from this company. Was very professional and thorough. Took his time to do the service right. Fair pricing and professional service. Could not expect more. Would recommend. Excellent company.
