Talked to a girl around noon on the phone today and she was very short and rude. I've generally not had a problem in the past but was shocked with her lack of customer service.

Such a great experience with this company! From the call for a consultation, the consultation with George, and the extermination. I'm grateful I called this company, two other companies never showed up for their appointments. The staff was kind, friendly, and very informative. My husband and I will be calling and recommending Weaver's for any pest control needs!

They were very polite, quick, and efficient. I had Called them out to fog for brown recluse and then another time to spray for carpenter ants. They were able to get me serviced quickly and so effectively I haven't a single issue since then! They're awesome! 10/10

I don't know if they are in business or not. I call and they seem to never pick up the phone or follow up with you. I called them, provided my credit card and asked for a copy of my invoice via email. The lady said she would, it's been 3 months now.

Had an appointment set for 11/1/21 between 1-4pm. No one showed up. I call them on 11/2/21 and ask why no one showed up. The gal that answered the phone came back and told me that she had called the guy and he said he came and we were closed. We are open 8-5:30 every day. Of course we were open. When I told her that wasn't right, that we were open, she hatefully said, "I don't know, that is what he said".

And when I told her what our hours were she again was very hateful, "I don't know, I'm just telling you what he said". No, I'm sorry for the confusion, I don't know why he might have thought you were closed but we are happy to reschedule for you.nope. I think they need a new receptionist.

I was selling my home and the buyer's inpection company used Weaver's for the termite inspection. They destroyed property in my home during inspection. Started ripping out baseboards in garage and removed a piece of shingle on outside. This is not how termite inspection should be done! Mr. Weaver offered $100 for the damage. I refused money and am writing a review. See pictures. Don't use this company for termite inspection!

Quarterly residential service, inside and out. Had quarterly service today, David Santiago, was the professional that provided the service. He took the time to explain what the applications were for as he applied the chemicals. He is courteous, knowledgeable, polite, and I appreciate his work. Would recommend Weavers! I failed to thank Steve who provided a Termite inspection at my home in June. I had been mislead by another company's termite representative. Steve is the reason I switched to Weavers.

This company stands behind their work and honors their warranty! In a day and age where ethics is sometimes lacking in business, Weaver's is a breath of fresh air. We were purchasing a home and our home inspector found an old termite tube which seemed to be abandoned. Before the sale closed, the homeowners had a treatment performed by Weaver's. After the sale, we noticed something that could be termite activity on our deck, not too far from the old tube, which still appeared to be abandoned. Weaver's came right out to inspect it and determined that it was indeed termite activity, and we needed (and should've had) an entire perimeter treatment, which they performed quickly AT NO CHARGE to us, even though the previous homeowners had only paid a minimal amount for some type of spot treatment.

I don't know why only a spot treatment had been done previously--perhaps because the tube was abandoned? But the owner of Weaver's, who talked to me himself, was not happy with the fact that it had been some type of spot treatment and said a whole treatment absolutely should've been done, and that he was going to make it right. I was astounded that they were willing to do the whole perimeter treatment for no charge, but I figured that Weaver's would make up some of their money by charging us an annual renewal fee for the warranty. However, the owner said we would NOT be charged that renewal fee.

And true to their word, they have not charged us. I highly recommend this company. My experience tells me they care about their reputation and treating their clients with respect and honor.
