American Pest Management

I've used American Pest for the past 5 years. They are friendly, responsive and accommodating. I bought a house that had a sever rodent, termite and spider problem. They remedied the situation and I haven't had any problems since. I also used them when I managed several properties and they went out of their way to accommodate our crazy schedule and we're wonderful about following up. I highly recommend their services. A special thanks to Chad and Peggy for taking care of me all these years.

Peggy, and the rest of the crew, at APM are great! We've used them for a couple years and they make sure our 100+ year old house stays spider-free. (Which is tough in College Hill, KS.) We requested that the tech wear a mask and they were happy to oblige. Absolutely going to keep using their business for bug removal and y'all should too.

Chad does a great job not only taking care of the immediate task, but also contacting staff if there are any concerns. He is pleasant and adapts to special/individualized needs. The office staff are also helpful and responsive.

Chad Pellor did a great job coming out and analyzing the situation we had. Very fair and said what we did to take care of an infestation on an old tree we had, would have been what he would have done and didn't charge us for coming out and didn't spray unnecessarily. This is a top notch company! Their service is wonderful. Curtis was kind and courteous, & very informative. These technicians really know their bugs/insects and the correct products to use to ensure the critters stay out of your home! We are extremely happy with the service Curtis has provided. Also, scheduling is very simple via texting, or calling. Knowing that Curtis will continue to come out quarterly as a preventive measure just gives us peace of mind all year round! Thank you

Darren has taken such good care of us. He is technically outstanding, and does a great job educating customers about pests and their habits. He also is very kind and patient. about my bug phobias!

He successfully got those infamous brown recluse spiders and their favorite meal, silverfish, under control and is working hard to eradicate our store room of pesky multilegged house centipedes (EEEK!). He has "demoused" us and the day I found a black garden snake in a sticky trap in our storeroom (Double EEEK!), he was there.

He also stays on top of rodent and termite monitoring systems for us. We also appreciate that a variety of pest management plans are offered, not a “one size fits all” approach. It was easy to find the plan the best fit our needs and our budget.

I would be remiss if I did not complement their office staff. They are professional, alway cheerful, and altogether delightful. They make scheduling so easy! Another thing that we appreciate is the respect technicians show for your home. Technicians stop at the front door and put on shoe covers to protect your carpets and floors. During this pandemic, they were wearing masks before there was a county mask ordinance and do their work while maintaining a safe distance from the customer.

I can't think of a reason why anyone wouldn't want to use American Pest Management! They indeed “make us smile” and we look forward to continuing to recommend them to our friends!

Devin from American Pest Management is very friendly and organized when scheduling appointments at our apartment community. She tries to accommodate our requests whenever possible. We appreciate all her hard work! Chad was very helpful when he came out to our apartment community to take care of a few issues. The resident called the office to report he was very helpful and professional and really appreciated his service.

They do a great job and are very prompt. AJ always services my house and I've have been extremely pleased with him.
