The first guy came out and removed three birds from a bathroom vent, sanitized and installed a vent cover. However, there were birds left behind leaving them trapped. I witnessed a bird trying to escape. Called Trappro and left a message but did not hear back for days. Finally reached someone about three days later and received pushback stating people think birds are remaining but they are just trying to get back in.
I was told it would be an additional cost if no birds were located. The next day, two different gentleman came out and indeed, freed the bird, re-sanitized and even cleaned up the bird droppings on the exterior of the house. Trappro would have received a more favorable review if the service provided was done right the first time.

I contacted Trap Pro for an issue with bats at my Grandmother's house. They sealed the entire exterior, removed the old, damaged wood where they were coming in at and replaced it with new trim. They set up a trap so the bats could exit safely. Have not had a problem since. Bradley and the crew were great. Would highly recommend!

Overall just poor quality service. They take your $95 for a quick "inspection" and then schedule you three weeks or more out for them to return to take any action. Called and asked them why so much time in between when I have a loud animal in my home and I'm loosing sleep, and they explain how they are short of materials and also tell me that calls for bigger animals are priority.info that wasn't explained to me when I reached out to them initially and got their expensive prices.
You are supposed to let paying customers know in advance that you are short on materials and they can be waiting for several weeks or longer and that larger animals are priority to them (a money thing but certainly not a customer benefit). Matter of fact, don't book an inspection if you can't do anything but look around and assume an animal is there until you have the time and resources!
Most people who call a wildlife animal removal service want immediate service and clarity, not excuses about your company! Then finally when the guys come out and I assume do their job, I was told that they will return to my property in a week to observe the trap, remove the trap and provide me a report. More than a week go by, nothing, so I call the company and speak with a supervisor who is short with me and full of excuses as to why they didn't keep their word and return when they were supposed to. Finally, the guys arrive to remove the trap.
No appointment, no advance notice or anything, just show up, and leave five minutes later. I call the company again and speak with the sarcastic, rude supervisor who tells me that her workers don't provide reports, they basically show up, leave and we get an email later. Quality companies knock on the door once the job is complete (like they did for payment) and provide the report right on site and explain their findings and what they did to resolve the issue.
Not this company. Just pitch poor customer service. Its not ran correctly and just stay away and find another wildlife animal removal company. Their prices are way too high for the service they perform.

If you have SNAKES (plural, yes) crawling around your patio and you think Trappro will come to your aid, you are mistaken. I told them i was seeing 3 different kinds of snakes in the exact same location (under the stairs leading out to my patio from my house) within a week's gap, and they just outright said "if the snake is not in your house we cant help you". really, what's the point?
Aren't wildlife controllers supposed to help keep venomous scary wildlife OUT of the house (which includes stopping the possibility of it entering the house if I am able to tell you exactly where they are breeding RIGHT OUTSIDE my Patio door!) Simply useless for a wildlife control service.

I've had the unfortunate experience of an ongoing battle with birds in our soffits/roofline. We have worked with three wildlife exclusion companies over the years and Trap Pro is by far the best. I have hired them for two separate projects--once for repair and another time for prevention (a new feature on our house required exclusion to keep wildlife out).
They do charge an inspection fee, but it's worth it as they are very thorough and careful. They also warranty their work. Additionally, the customer service was absolutely impeccable. We needed a quick turn around on the exclusion services and though they are very busy (because they are good), when I explained the situation, they arranged to have the work done in the time frame I needed. Huge shout out to Morgan and Kara who were exceptionally responsive and accommodating. They went way above and beyond.

I love gardening. But when I find new plants chewed down to the ground overnight, I need help. Humanely. I found TrapPro online and the HUMANE part of the description prompted me to try them. We knew we had groundhogs, and assumed that was the issue. They sent Mike Warboy out with a couple of traps and a whole lot of knowledge and experience in humane trapping.
No guarantees he said. But on day 1 we caught a young female groundhog. On day 2 we caught the big male we'd seen. He came daily x4 then kept the traps open over the weekend, and returned to empty traps and no further sightings. Plants intact! He sprayed predator urine around the areas we had trouble in, and we could not be more satisfied. Gave us lots on new information on wildlife coexistence and we will not hesitate to call him back if we need help again. THANKS!

I have had a great experience with Trappro. I heard scratching in the ceiling of my Capitol Hill townhouse and they came out quickly. They charged a reasonable inspection fee which was later credited towards the cost of hiring them. They explained exactly how the pests were getting in and how they would plan to fix the problem. It didn't feel at all like a high pressure sales situation, and I actually took a few days to compare prices from other people before hiring Trappro to come back out.
I am really happy I did, because they did a great job and followed up at no extra charge. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional, from the people who answered the phones to the employees who came to take care of the problem. I particularly recommend Bradley, who was the original inspector and who came back for the follow up.

TrapPro is great! Very reasonable prices as compared to other companies I researched, and excellent customer service. Bradley came out to remove birds that were nesting in my dryer vent. Didn't realize how much nesting material was clogged in there, which posed a fire hazard. He was very kind and did a great job. Pleasant experience. Would recommend!

From start to finish, Trappro was terrific. The receptionist Morgan was pleasant and reassuring that the problem could be solved - and she was right. David, the diagnostician, and Bradley, the trapper, were as personable as they were professional and very knowledgeable. The squirrels are gone, but past experience tells us that others will be back and we'll certainly use Trappro again.

I have an office upstairs and in mid fall started hearing scratching above me. I suspected squirrels. I consulted Angie's List and found Trappro. George came out and assessed our problem. It was indeed squirrels. Traps were set- first with bait, but no trap set to get animals used to trap over the weekend- Then Monday traps were set- Over the next three days 6 squirrels were caught ( and released a far distance from my house) Then an exit only was set up.
Finally all entry points and possible entry points and damaged areas were addressed. All very quickly and professionally- with a warranty- and at a reasonable cost. Wendy is the lady that set everything up and did a great job! Kudos Trappro!

To my horror my adventure began in June when I heard scratching sounds over my head in a three story townhome. I had a friend go into the attic to figure out what was going on and he came back with the news that I had new tenants ~ bats. I immediately started my research on the internet to educate myself on how to encourage my tenants to leave. I began my research on "Angie's List" as that website has been very helpful in the past, as far as experts that could assist.
I contacted two companies that specialized in the safe removal of bats. In getting the estimates on my new project, I was distressed at how expensive the endeavor would be. To my good fortune, I was taking a walk in my neighborhood and saw a company truck for TrapPro Humane Wildlife Removal. I contacted the office and spoke with Wendy and she sent a gentleman by the name of George to review my property, observe the attic, and finally to confirm that I did have bats. George was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions, as I thought I was now a subject matter expert.
I was given an estimate, next steps, and a timeline. Within 24 hours, Wendy contacted me again and we had an appointment set for the early part of September. The three vulnerable entry points of my home were sealed, an exclusion trap (a customized box that allowed the bats to safely fly out, but with no return) was installed. This exclusion trap was left in place for three weeks (I did not have to be home for the removal process), and a note was left on my door to let me know that the project was complete.
The whole process was very convenient, Wendy in the office was very efficient and kept me informed of all of the steps necessary to complete my project. The gentleman that came to complete the job was very informed, patient, cleaned up behind himself and most importantly ~ punctual! I would recommend this company with no reservations and can promise you that they are very competitive as far as the fees charged for their services.
If you have a project that requires the safe and humane removal of wildlife, I would call TrapPro first! Take a peek at their website - www.trappro.com. I hope that I will not have any other adventures with wildlife trying to move in, but you can bet that I will use this company again.

We used trap pro for a mouse situation in our garage. The technician was great & very knowledgeable - to be clear this is not a complaint about him - but the services were way, way overpriced. We paid over $200 for some snap traps. Turns out there was a small mouse family in the garage, but the technician made it seem like there were likely dozens of mice infesting the place.
In fairness, hard for him to accurately know quantity. At the end of the day, the traps killed the two adult (presumably parent) mice. There were 4 babies that were so small they thankfully didn't set off the traps. We ended up catching them with a have-a-heart trap & releasing them into the wild. I wish I had caught them all with the live trap & just returned them to the woods.
It would have been much more humane & way, way less expensive. Then they recommended a bunch of unnecessary sealing (the mouse never got into the house) for a ridiculous price. I would not use this service again.

Eek. Is there 0 stars? Or even minus stars! So I used them in June for trapping foxes in one of my tenant backyard. There was a family of four that was living in my backyard and I wanted them trapped and sent back to the forest. They were not able to trap the foxes and there is no guarantee so my $500 was just gone down the drains but no complaints there.
I knew that it was no-guarantee. The real joke is from here. Since they were already doing the fox traps I also asked if they can give me an estimate on mouse issue on the same property. They said sure but did not tell me that there was a $175 inspection fee! And just charged my credit card! They had my credit card because I paid for the fox trapping.
Who in the world would pay $175 for pest inspection. OMG I know I would have declined that charges as soon as I would have head that but long story short there's a loop in the system that these people use and I got half of my money back! (It a real long story) Who would accept a $175 pest inspection charge? I got one for free just this past week and got the issue resolved. Neways never ever using this company again!

Great Service. On time. Professional. Helpful and informative. They came, captured the birds and cleaned out the venting system very quickly and easily. I was impressed and felt as if they were really experts at what they were doing. They gave me advice on preventing such issues from occurring in the future. Thank you. A +.

----Update----- The other company (Shumakers) came out and did a fantastic job! They were very knowledgeable, fast and thorough. One guy went on the roof to look for signs of entry and his teammate went into the attic for inspection. They communicated to other the whole time and identified a small opening in the roof vent, fixed it quickly and identified the source of the noise.
It turns out it is most likely some mice and not the squirrel or raccoon we thought. We live in attached town homes and the raccoon lives in a house two down from us. And a squirrel lives in a house two down from that. So from coming out and doing a great job, it looks like they will get 2-3 additional business opportunities. After they identified the cause, they also inspected other parts of the house for any other signs.
They went into outside closets, looked behind appliances in the kitchen and by our fireplace. I highly advise going with Shumakers, I felt comfortable with their level of knowledge, resolution and with them accessing my house.

Great company and customer service. I had 3 bird nests in roof eaves. The tech Larry came out. Vey professional/knowledgeable. Closed out 1 opening, where there were no bird bests. I waited until the others flew away. Trappro came back out and closed out the other two openings. rare is the business that shows up and when they are supposed to! I am extremely pleased and would recommend without hesitation.
