Sound Pest Management

Coty treated my home for ants, following an unsuccessful treatment by another company. He was very hardworking and conscientious. He clearly explained the various steps and treatments he applied, and advised on what I should watch for in coming days. Coty was 100% polite, and (yay!) he wore a mask the whole time he was in my house and yard. I have the highest hopes his work will do the trick and we'll soon be ant free.

All the reviews were very helpful in finding excellent service from Frank @ Sound Pest Management. Got an appointment within the week, Frank is very professional and knowledgeable. He set up baits for rodents and treated around the foundation as well as inside the house for carpenters ants. In addition he provided education. I signed up for the quarterly service, a great deal!

I want to recommend this company. Frank the owner was by far the most pleasant person I have ever had come out to do pest control. He is the owner, and my experience was great. Very responsive, fair price, and local to me but services all along the I-5 corridor. You won't be disappointed!

Highly recommend. Handled our rat problem promptly and courteously. Set traps inside and out. Also recommended a company to handle the crawl space insulation problem. Frank and Coty were great.

Frank was very professional. He was good at informing us of what type of ants they were, and discussed with us the best way to treat them. The price is fair and we will wait to see the end results of his work. If all goes well, I will recommend you guys to all of my associates and friends.

We couldn't be happier with the service Matthew provides. He is always on time and we appreciate his service notes. Sound Pest is top notch in customer service! We became customers of Sound Pest 5 years ago when a giant rat had made its way into our garage and chewed up all the wires in my engine. It was a few days before Christmas and we were having a hard time finding someone that would come help us. Luckily Sound Pest was able to come out the next day to set traps and then came back on Christmas Eve to dispose of the giant rat. Haven't had any problems since then.

The previous company with a known name just used traps and baits and didn't care about the entry points. Didn't feel save. Sound pest came, sealed everything (hopefully :) gave a lot of advice. Happy with the service and they really feel local.

I reached out via yelp, but no response, so I called. Frank appeared flippant about my predicament, so I hired someone else. He didn't seem to care that I hired his competitor. Doesn't seem like a serious business. Surprised by all the positive reviews.

I could not be happier with Sound Pest Management. After submitting a Yelp quote request last night (yay, Yelp!), Frank promptly and efficiently connected me with Matt, who was luckily able to help remove a void hornet nest and inspect for other unwanted critters. Matt was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and patient with my many random follow-up questions.

While I hope to avoid needing their services in the future, I cannot recommend Sound Pest Management highly enough, and will certainly tell friends about them. Thanks, Matt and Frank!

Frank came out a few weeks ago after I discovered that I had a wasp problem. He took care of both a live wasp nest in the eaves of my house, and also spraying under the wood shingle siding of my house to take care of the wasps living in the voids beneath/behind the shingles. Frank was willing to answer all of my questions about reducing the likelihood of a wasp infestation in the future, which I really appreciate. Also, I noticed since Frank came out that there were a couple other spots in the same corner of my house where I was still seeing some wasps coming and going. Frank came back out and sprayed again without any extra charge, which I really appreciate. I hope that I don't have to call any pest management companies in the future, but if I do, then I know I'll definitely call Sound Pest Management again.

They were quick to respond. called Monday, they were out Tuesday. Frank was very friendly and professional.

We've been having some huge ant/spider problems recently and called Kevin on an evening and he was out the next morning ready to spray! He was super kind and courteous with us. We really appreciated his hard work and efficiency. We really appreciated that the chemicals are safe for pets and how affordable! He told us to call if we have any more problems and was very sincere! We will for sure use them again and recommend to friends!

Adam helped us set up mouse traps in our crawl space and attic. He was really professional and responsive and answered alot of our questions. Not only did Adam help with our current mouse problem, he also helped us with preventative measures. He helped us find holes in our crawl space vents and repaired 3 of them (included in the service fee). I bought some vent fencing from home depot and repaired the rest of the spots Adam pointed out. We've caught 4 mice overall and the problem seems to have been resolved. This company's customer service is really good, I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a pest control problem.

The best service provider in the PNW. After using two other companies in our region, I met Frank the owner and explained my occasional ant problem and that I am not a big fan of spiders, he then squeezed me for a Saturday service. We just had our second quarterly service and I have to admit, the customer service and the commitment is beyond compare to the other two companies. Thank you Frank and Matt for excellent service and for delivering exactly what we needed!

I called for pest control based on findings during pre-sale inspection. Frank told me they would bait where the droppings where. When the technician arrived, he would not bait near droppings, only bait at top of stairs and told me the mice might not come that far. I told him he had to do what Frank said he would do, he refused. I called Frank who changed his tune said that they would not go to the droppings. Talk about no-bait and switch. I told the technician to leave And am hiring someone else.

This company earns you business. Why? 1) Punctual scheduling and servicing 2) Superior value--average cost but top notch service (effectiveness of treatment, professionalism, courtesy, and thoroughness of going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction) What a class act. Sound Pest Management responded and resolved my pest concern (wasps nesting around and on my house) within 48 hours.

The serviceman deployed was professional, punctual, and very communicative. He walked me through the process, pointed out where concern areas were, removed the nests and sprayed the areas with repellant. To access my second floor balcony, he required access to the interior of my home and was very courteous--mask on, shoe protectors on, and carefully navigated his equipment inside my home without accidentally bumping into anything.

The spray immediately worked. A couple dead wasps were found floundering on the ground within minutes. The work was completed within 20 minutes, he took payment, checked a few other bushes in my yard to validate no hornets or other wasps, and then headed out. Not only was the service punctual, the scheduling was as well. I sent a request via Yelp messages and received a response within minutes.

The quote was fair and right in the middle of the bunch. Having dealt with other pest companies that have proven to be a long nightmare to work with, this company dealt with my issue promptly and professionally. I will definitely consider this company for my future pest control needs. Thank you!

Very honest guy. Gave me great advice for free and was not trying to rip me off. Could have offered me his services but was upfront and honest. If i ever need pest control i will use this company.
