Bust A Bug Pest Management

I have had this service for years. We've had 3 or 4 different technicians during these years and all of them have been awesome. They are very respectful of your time and your space. If you're reading this to try and make a decision on trying this business out, you just need to do it. We have not one regret! I wish I knew the name of our current tech.

He's great! If his boss is reading this you need to give him a raise! He's respectful, on time, friendly, Very mindful of our space and our belongings. His presence isn't intrusive. If that makes sense. Sometimes it's a struggle having repairmen etc. come into your space and they make it uncomfortable. This tech is very easygoing and my family has never felt uncomfortable with him around. Quite the opposite. He was at my house this morning April 27th and I'm over on Paradise Lane, Bentwood. Hopefully that lets you know who he is.

Very professional and courteous. We have a regular technician that chats with us every visit to make sure that we are both on the same page. We especially love the fact that he's friendly, an animal lover and a football fan! Services: Flea & mite extermination, Ant extermination

Critical: Responsiveness Took my $250 with a verbal guarantee they would return if the problem came back within 30 days. Called twice and no one ever came back out. $250 down the gopher hole. Service: Rodent extermination

Bust a Bug has taken great care of us for over 5 years now! We briefly switched to another company a few years back and it was a terrible decision- ended up with a black widow infestation! I gave them a call and they got us back on track. They're always super responsive, the techs are polite and follow directions if I need specific areas done. I recommend them hands down above any other pest control service!

Great service! They came out for additional services whenever needed. We were originally having issues with cockroaches, black widows, and carpenter bees. Our house and backyard are now pretty much bug-free!

Hello I just wanted to pass on how awesome my grandfather and I feel that Clint's customer service and work ethic is. Going from Terminex that to be honest had the worst customer service and rude employees to Bust-a-Bug has been a much welcomed change. Thank you. Honestly, I know nothing about this business other than some lady used my phone number and then never paid them so i got a lot of calls but even tho they deserved money from some lady they were always super nice in the voicemails so i say hire em

I've lived in Brentwood for about 4 years, but had never contacted Bust-a-bug. Recently I moved a couple of miles down the road to a new construction neighborhood. After a couple of days while unpacking, noticed an infestation of black widows at night around house and on neighbors. It must have been close to midnight that i emailed Bust-A-Bug asking if they could send someone out right away as i have small dogs and a 19-month-old.

I'm sure they emailed and called me that morning while i was busy working at home office, yet without confirmation or credit card Randy showed up at my door, confirming i needed help with Black widows and explained the whole process with me. With so many on neighbors house and in neighborhood, he made point to tell me to keep checking. When a couple migrated, they sent someone out right away at no charge to hit again.

They did a great job both times and the response and initiative to send someone to help me without confirmation was refreshing. Stephanie always called and left voicemails in addition to receiving emails from company. I will be using them for as long as they are in business.
