Max was one of the best pest inspectors I have ever met. He was early, ready to go, and polite and professional the whole time. Inspection did not take long for a large house it was clear he was looking at everything very closely. Will be using Bongiorno Termite Control again in the future! One time, two years ago upon closing on our home, and second time last month when we needed another inspection for a refi. I called after being referred by a close realtor friend thinking I had a termite problem at one of my properties. Andy's office scheduled an inspection for the next day. He went there, did the inspection, called me that evening, said there was no visual problem. I asked Andy to send me a bill and he explained they don't charge for inspections. This is one of the best examples of customer service I've seen. I own numerous rental properties and Bongiorno Termite made a customer for life. They are certainly on my list of must calls when I need termite work!

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness I have a client trying to close their loan. Paid 2 days ago and they still are not sending the report they charged $350 for. Which is $200 more than any other company. Buyer beware

Excellent customer service! I had asked for his report to be completed earlier than he normally does, and he did it 12 hours earlier. Great turnaround and also arrived on time, to the minute. Pleasant office personnel too. Better than the best!
