Hydrex Pest Control

Hydrex does as advertised. They will spray the entire periphery of your house and will sometimes do special measures if you have a certain infestation like ants, as I did once, and help to stamp it out. The only problem is their main source of billing is through a little envelope and paper which doesn't feel as professional as some companies. You can set up occasional billing over the phone through a card on file but honestly I would rather just set it up automatically. They're solid and do the job.

I had thought I was bit by a spider a few days ago and was going to call a pest control company for a quote (currently my son comes and does it every 3 months). I got home today and Hydrex Pest Control was serving my 2 next door neighbors. I asked Stephen (the technician) for a card so I could get a quote. He came by after my neighbors work, gave me a quote and sprayed around the house. Excellent prices and excellent service. They even used a brush to remove existing webs. Very impressed with Stephen and the service.

I have used other pest control companies and Hydrex is the best of them all. They are responsive, follow personal instructions, and provide quality service. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with the Hydrex company. The guy who came to our house (i am really bad with names) was very professional and friendly and did a very thorough job! Our fire alarms went off randomly and he could not go inside but they did let us reschedule and he came back the next day to finish the job! Very happy and highly recommend!

Scheduled an appointment. And they lady ended up never actually scheduling the appointment! So disappointing and unprofessional. If you schedule something, own up to it because it's affects people's time and money. So disappointed.

We contacted a lot of pest control companies in the area for preventative maintenance. The quotes came in but, they weren't as timely or professional as Hydrex. The technician showed up on time, within the appointment window. He was knowledgeable, personable, and respectful of our property. Happy to have found them.

Just switched over to Hydrex on a recommendation from our neighbor. We are beyond pleased with the service and finally have some peace from dealing with the pesky ants! They were very informative and incredibly responsive when we had questions and concerns. They were also very accommodating when we had certain requests regarding our children and our pets.

Big shout-out to the gentleman who conducted the work named Nigel. He was very helpful and respectful which goes a long way. We look forward to utilizing them as out new go-to pest control company moving forward.

Signed up with Hydrex Pest Control End of June 2018. So far my experience has been stellar! Nigel our terminator was very through and knowledgeable. Very customer service oriented. Was willing to show me how and where to fix things to make our home we are renting more secure against bugs and rodents. I'm very pleased with them so far. We will be renting here for a year so I signed up with them for this time frame! When I call to have a service they're prompt with getting someone out as soon as possible too.

Have been using Hydrex for the past 16 years. They're always on time and the techs are really good at answering questions. We had a rodent problem because of ivy on the hill behind the house. We now have bait boxes that they check every time they come. No problems now for a long time. I highly recommend Hydrex.

Hydrex is an amazing pest control company. Their tech's, especially Mike, are so knowledgeable and helpful. Their office staff (Jeni) is very responsive. My wife's family has been using them for years, which is why I started using them at our house and had them do my neighbors house as well. We are a duplex and my best friend lives next door. We never had any bug problems after we started using them. They do such an amazing job for us, I recommended them to my company.

We've used them in two different houses and have nothing but good things to say. They have the answer to every pest question/problem we've had. Best pest control out there.we have been with them for years but had to stop Dec last year for personal reasons. When I started to see the bugs inside.that was it. Yime to start again. Mike ourvtech does a superior job when he comes out. And results show all the time. Worth it. I highly recommend Hydrex.

I'm giving 5 stars based on the first time service I received with the office and with the technician, Rossi, that came out today. They were both very informative, very nice and answered my million questions without sounding irritated or bothered. Also their prices are very reasonable. I had a scare and thought I had bed bugs and they did an inspection and were able to tell me they were carpet beatles (still gross, but easier to kill and harmless). So far, happy with the service. Will do another review in 2 months when I see if it worked.

I called Hydrex and was greeted on the phone by the "owner, " I explained I had a major ant problem and needed same day service, he assured me they would be out between 3-5. Long story short they never showed up or called. Now I gotta deal with the ants and my angry wife. Call a different exterminator!

I have never had a problem with our serice & love knowing that I don't have to worry about finding bugs in the house! I wanted to review this company because the guy who came out did a wonderful job with our first appointment. He took his time and asked me where I was seeing spiders and lots! of ants. He sprayed inside and outside and cleaned up after himself. He was also on-time which seems to be rare these days. I am so glad I took my neighbors advice and called Hydrex. They were also reasonably priced compared to the other bigger companies I called.
