Excel Termite & Pest Control

Drew was extremely thorough with his inspection of the home, extremely polite and friendly, in addition to being very knowledgeable on the topic of pest control. Excel runs their business professionally, they are consistent in their service and in their follow through. I've had a contract for many years now and have always been very satisfied with the service.

I have been with Excel for a year now. I have service done every three months. Every time I make an appointment, I request the earliest appointment available, which is usually between 8 and 10 AM. I am always told I'm "the first one on the list." For today's appointment, I had to call them and ask them what does being "first one on the list" actually mean.

I was told that means I am the first home to be serviced that day. But it's clearly not true since I am still waiting for the tech to show up and it's been an hour and a half since the first appointment would have started. When I just called them, I was told the tech will be at least another hour before he comes! I have never had service done on time.

Service tech always arrives several hours later, which means I can't go to work. I build my schedule around the appointment time and they're never on time. Every time I have to make a call and I'm always told "you're the next one the tech is coming to and he's about an hour away." People who posted reviews saying the techs are always on time, are super lucky.

I wonder what I have to do to really be the first one on the list with this company. I am repeatedly assured that I'm the first one and I'm never the first one! So frustrating.

Moving into a new home makes a long list of to-do's. But with Drew's help, inspecting our home for pests and addressing issues has been a breeze. He is always on time, attentive to our needs and knowledgeable. Drew is always thorough on his inspections of our property and possible problem areas. He takes the time to explain any issues and answer our questions too. Drew's friendly demeanor, professionalism and efficiency really makes us feel at ease. You're the best Drew!

I noticed we had ants on a Friday afternoon. Went on their website and filled out the contract info. The next morning I got a response from them saying they will be sending someone to check it out. Drew came on time and did the job successfully. He was professional, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Within 12 hours of noticing the ants the issue was taken care of. I would absolutely recommend their services.

I've been their customer more than 10 years. They do a great job keeping bugs away from my house. The technician Drew was on time, polite, pleasant and professional. Today, Rodney from Excel Pest Services came to my house due to my high spider activity. He was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and did a all around fantastic job. I don't usually write reviews but I have to let everyone know. I am a resident of Englewood NJ that is very pleased that Rodney and Excel Pest serviced. I definitely recommend!

Kent came today and I appreciate that he was on time for the appointment. He addressed all my concerns and did what was needed. He was very thorough and even answered some of my questions. I have been satisfied with Excel since getting their service so it was not a surprise to have great technicians come to do the work according to standards. Keep up the good work!

When I saw roaches and rodents in my building/apartment, I called up Excel Pest Services as it was my first recommendation in Google. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. Will came over the same day and explained to me the process very clearly and encouraged me to think about it instead of rushing me into a decision. When I agreed on the service, he came over at such short notice for the pest control and explained each and every thing he was doing to me so I knew exactly what was happening.

I feel so much at peace after the service provided by Excel and Will, and it makes me happy to know that they will always be accessible if I need anything in the future regarding my pest control

I had 2 squirrels enter my home a week apart. My church has an account with Excel so I put my trust with them. This review is for Dave Wilson, account specialist, who was outstanding in explaining everything there is to know about squirrels and other wildlife. He is friendly, patient, so knowledgeable I only wish he was the one doing the job! Is even willing to speak to my cousin, co-owner of this house. Excel is very fortunate to have Dave!

I recently moved to a home from an apartment and was my first time needing a pest service. Based on the positive reviews, I called up Excel. Setting up my initial consultation was a breeze and dispatch of a representative after the call happened within a day. Very quick, friendly and efficient service upfront. On the day of my consultation, Sean from Excel arrived and was incredibly friendly and professional adhering to all COVID-19 protocols.

I proceeded to show Sean the issue. Sean was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the cause of the problem and how Excel can help eradicate the issue in addition to aid in the prevention of it happening again. Even though I wasn't expecting it, Sean was able to eradicate the issue within the same day as the consultation and made sure to set me up so that It was significantly less likely to happen again.

In addition to the great service, Something I really appreciated about Sean was how accessible he made himself feel. He constantly mentioned if anything were to happen to reach out and they would be able to help ASAP. There is nothing more comforting than knowing someone will be there to help before pest problems get worse. Very thankful for the service Excel provided and I'm happy to be apart of their customer base.
