Both Patrick and Frank were professional, courteous and had great experience. Patrick communicated with the buyer over asking be phone and did a great job of explaining his findings. They seemed so good when they inspect, and certainly know how to sell their services. When asked why their prices for all types of work is so expensive, Frank was very quick to reply that their work is high quality and therefore the prices are not cheap. When hired to do the work, they're not punctual, the workers were left with no supervision.
They said the work was done when somethings were not touched at all, and what was done was awful. I requested for the inspector to come and check the work, he did, and he said that he was embarrassed at the quality of work. They came back and their work went up to two stars, but I feel that I didn't get even half of my moneys worth. They are the worst. When I asked for a price break, I was told that they can give a $300 discount on the $6483 bill. I told them to keep the $300. I will NEVER use them again!

I'm a realtor and was present for my client's home inspection. I ordered a home and pest inspection. Patrick Murphy, the home inspector, sent me a courtesy reminders the morning before and the morning of my appointment. So grateful for that! Once I arrived, he introduced himself and shared the process of the home inspection. Whenever I checked in or had any questions, Patrick took the time to explain things to me.

I recently purchased my first house. During the process I learned there was active termite infestation and a lot of dry rot caused by a drainage issue. There were two pest management companies which inspected the house, one from the sellers and Millennium Termite Control who were called by my realtor. I was apprehensive about going with Millennium because they had mixed reviews. However, I was pressed for time, and they worked quickly to meet my move in deadline.
They even worked with the other pest control company to resolve seller contingencies. I am very pleased to have gone with Millennium. Craig and George communicated with me every step of the way. After the work began and sections of the house were more visible, there ended up being more damage in some areas and less damage in others. Nothing was done without us talking over the options. By the end of the work, the damage was repaired, and costs were reduced for work that did not need to be done. The entire process was completed on time.

Fraud fraud and Fraud. The buyer or potential buyer of our home use this company for a pest inspection- this company claimed our house was basically flooded despite having all new updated plumbing less than a year ago which was still under warranty. After receiving such inspection report, the plumbing company completely contradicted what the pest report indicated.
The plumbing company said there was no way they would install new plumbing if there was any evidence of dry rot-in the video that the plumbing company showed us there was absolutely no evidence of dry rot despite the $23,000 worth of damage Millennium claimed. Further the pest inspection said there was a leak and it look like it had been going on for at least a year but when the plumbing company came out and inspected took a video which completely contradicted the pest inspection report. Because their findings were so contradictory to the other inspections were actually turning them into consumer affairs.

I was happy to have found Millennium Termite & Pest. They were able to accommodate my schedule (twice) after I had to change our original time. The date of the inspection, Frank arrived early and was ready to get straight to work. He went over some of the minor details with me prior to starting & gave me a heads up about what he would do & how long it would take. Frank performed a very thorough inspection and provided a detailed summary for my client and I at the end.
The report was very easy to understand. Their quote for the repairs was also very reasonable. I definitely look forward to utilizing them again in the future. Hopefully next time Frank is also available!

I've been using Millennium for 10 years. I'm very happy with their service. I live on 10 acres with a pond which attracts wasps nesting in my roof. Annually, I get some wasp nesting and I try not to bother Millennium with that, I just blast em with some wasp spray, but when I get serious nesting in multiple areas I call them and they respond ASAP and destroy all those nasty wasps. Their techs are professional and call me before arrival. All they need is an app so I can change cc info and schedule emergency visits.

Ok, we all agree the the three little words "you got termites" should be exterminated from our vocabulary never to be heard again. The grim reality is that they do exist, they look like aliens maybe they are, but it doesn't change the fact that they destroy our investments. The free inspection and being able to repair pieces and no the whole project is ideal. Frank communicates well and listens to my needs. (COVID complaint to sensitive groups). You could get so lucky as to have the tech Daniel, top notch, he is polite and very informational, he answers all my questions. He works hard to get the desired results. Any company let alone a customer would be lucky to have a technician of this caliber.

We are getting ready to sell our house so we had a pest control inspection and the home inspection they found quite a bit of work that needed to be repaired they gave us an estimate we thought it was a fair estimate they came out they did excellent work they were honest with us between Mark the inspector and the guys that were doing the dry rot repair and a few other things they did excellent work I would recommend them to anyone

Okay company for one time use, but beware of entering into contract with them over time. I called at the end of my contract to cancel and them multiple times over the following months trying to cancel and was told "someone will call you about that" and no one called me back or replied to email communication either. I finally got a response when I called on a recorded line and let them know I was doing so.
Also be aware that they continually arrive without notifying you when they will be there (despite requesting they do so) and when I asked them to review the traps with me they couldn't find nearly half of them. For $500 a year that is essentially covering service only, one expects a little better.

They seriously SUCK! Worst company ever. We got a home inspection done because we were buying a home. Their report consisted of "further inspection needed, hire someone qualified to do it" on every flaw they found. We also got a pest inspection done and their report said nothing but "could not access this area" they knew it was a two story. They took no time at all to inspect anything.
They also will want to charge you extra if you want "further inspection" what the heck was your first inspection?! You pay $500 to tell you that you need further inspection. They are also contractors and who do you think they want you to hire to get things fixed or "further inspected"? I will go out of my way to prevent people from getting scammed from this company!

I really appreciate this Pest-Control company on a lot of different levels I just got off the phone with Frank The manager and when I was charged and didn't know about an extra service he was willing to waive it. I was going to cancel my service but after seeing how they handle the situation and willing to give me a refund I will stick with a company who knows how to treat customers and have excellent Service I've been with them for a little over a year and haven't seen any pets and when I had a rodent problem they came out and handle that situation I'm so glad But I found a pest control company that knows how to keep and get rid of any rodents or insects at the same time know how to take care of people. Milennium's inspector was professional and thorough. They quickly determined our house didn't have termites but had flying ants. In addition, he inspected the attic, letting me know we had had (at some point) rodents and also had little insulation. The inspector gave me several recommendations for action. The office person followed up quickly with an estimate. I appreciated the firm's quick and professional response.

Had a house inspection for refinancing of my home and Millenium said one thing durning the actual inspection and wrote something different in the final report. Bottom line. THEY LIE TO OBTAIN BUSINESS. The inspector insured me at the time he viewed/inspected my property that there were NO Section 1 issues, however; upon receiving the final report he noted several issues and also a Section 1 problem which meant we had to fix the fictitious problem before getting the approval from the Lender.
Why would the Inspector tell me one thing and then write another? Suffice it to say, it was more economical to get them(Millennium )to fix the problem and get it passed. Per Millennium's final report they stated they could fix the issue at an exorbitant rate or I could hire another company to fix the problem (fee)but they(Millennium)would still need to come out to re-inspect before any finish work could be done (feeand before they could clear the Section 1 problem.
This would mean another fee. There would also be another fee for the second report showing work completed and cleared. However, since we were almost forced to hire them they would give us the second report for free. They find problems just to get you to hire them, that's how they make their money! Please get a second opinion should you decide to hire this company.
They don't have honest business practices. I don't like to bad mouth companies but I felt this was truly necessary. Update; Your manager DID NOT call me several times, I spoke to him once and you're correct, I did not let him come back out to my home when his mind was already up. He explained in the phone call that his inspectors are rarely wrong and you trust what he reports so that sounded like you already had you mind made up.

If you are saying all mold and fungus issues are a section 1 problem, you might want to tell your inspectors NOT to make such statements to homeowners. It's deceiving!

The contract was not explained in full at time of signing. It is only transferable if the person you want it transferred to agrees to take it over. Having the contract automatically renew was never explained to me and as far as I'm concerned is deceiving. You give half truths and twist things to your benefit. Jim was supposed to come out and move the washing machine as was promised and that never happened.
Explain how you're willing to do whatever it takes. I was not reassured that I had termites. I chose the outcome for reasons that I don't need to explain and I can address those issues again at anytime. I wasn't always happy with your service. I had called several months in because all the traps had zero activity.

We were looking to purchase a home last year and looking into inspections, I didn't know anything about what to expect but I knew there were bugs where we lived and we didn't want to bring them with us. I've been using their services for about a year. The service is exemplary. The office staff is helpful, kind and courteous. I keep my yard gate locked so I request they call me the day before service so I can unlock the gate before I leave for work. They always call ahead and leave my invoice in the backyard, not the front for anyone to view. It's their small attention to every detail that makes them a cut above the rest. Highly recommended.

These guys were hired to come out and inspect a mobile home we knew had some issues but wanted to have it inspected properly to make sure that we were addressing all of the items that needed attention in the home prior to commencement of work. The inspector showed up on time and conducted the inspection and we had report within 24Hrs along with a long list of items and a bid for costs of repair.
All of the items on the list were dealt with in an appropriate manner. They were way off on the quotes for the work. So I did much of the work myself. We decided to have a second inspection done by these same folks to verify that the work had been completed and receive a clean bill on the home to help sell. They came out redid the inspection, charged their rate and would not accept the work accomplished because they did not witness the work being conducted.
He had told my realtor that he could not verify the interior of the wall to verify that all of the dry rot was gone. Even with pictures he did not accept and would not sign off on the work. This is a real problem when a company does the inspection and offers their clients to do the repairs as specified. A complete conflict of interest. What a waste of time and money dealing with these guys.
Perhaps if you are having work done by them don't pay because you were not sure if they did it or someone else might have done the work and you cant trust that the work was really done by them or someone else?!

BUYER BEWARE! They will quote you a price.start the job then increase the bid 4x the original amount! So unprofessional. We had used them on multiple properties recently to bid reports on findings only to find out they OVER stated repairs that are not needed.over inflated estimates.and can not back up their findings when you have them "show you the damage". Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE!

Bob, Carrie and the team at Millennium provide a good service for a reasonable price. The monthly service program is convenient and keeps the bugs at bay. My kids are scared of spiders and it gives me peace of mind knowing that my home can be protected by professionals who know what they are doing. Every year at this time we get hit with ants, not this year. Do not use these people if they send Marc to inspect.he kicked my wall like a karate move.really? He said our toilets were loose and probably need a new sub floor to make sure there wasn't any dry rot.oh by the way we just had new floors and sub floors put in a month before.he reported things under the house that HAD to be fixed at about 20,000 and we had two other inspectors that said not really.and we are in El dorado county.why aren't the Realtors using local guys

ZERO is a deserving review. If your looking for a company to damage your home and make FALSE claims of repairs needed and termite treatment when you DON'T have termites. well, use these guys. I have 2 other pest reports stating 90% of what they said is FALSE on 2 homes! What a SCAM! They come i to your home, AFTER a 2 hour wait, take over 2 hours to do something that should take 1. damage it, then try and tell you it will cost 5-10K to fix.
We hired 2 other pest companies, NO termites, 90% of items FALSE. Hired a 2 separate contractors (1 for estimate only) to do repairs that MPT told us needed to be done. NOPE! Was ALL fixed for $500 when they wanted 5K. Tried to hire pest company to treat "so called " termites. NO TERMITES to treat Contacted Jeff (owner). said I can show him proof his reports are false & I want the termites taken off our report. NOPE!

We had the Sentricon Bait Tube System installed around the perimeter of the property and I still had termites come through my dining room wall. As well, we were supposed to have yearly inspections of our property for dry rot, etc.
I was not aware of this and when they finally came out to do the inspection it was approximately 2 1/2 years later. I then had $1,300 in dry rot costs. I just recently sold this rental property and when the termite inspection was done by another company, they found more issues and more dry rot. In addition, the current home I am living in and moved into June 2015, we had Millenium come do the termite inspection.

We agreed to have them do the work but once complete, they used low grade materials, did not replace it in the original way and we had to have it done again! In addition, I had another termite inspection done by another company and they found more issues that Millennium missed, which resulted in more $$$$ to fix the issues. We used Millennium for our home pest inspection. Jeff was very nice and efficient. He was done after a thorough inspection and then walked us through the entire house. He pointed out dry rot spot, missing vents, kitchen sink leak, and even took some photos of those pesky subterranean termites under the house. Their estimate for repairing all items appeared to be reasonably priced and the termite "repairs" come with a two year warranty.
