I am a Local Realtor, my clients bought their 1st Home with a VA Loan. We needed a fast, reliable pest company to provide a pest report. 1st of all they were super easy to book, once the inspection happened Michael Nash our inspector took the time to explain everything to the buyers throughly. THEN HERE'S WHERE CASCADE went above & beyond THE BANK had a hang up on a small hiccup on the report. MICHEAL WENT TOOK PHOTOS, TALKED TO THE BANK AND LITERALLY saved my client whole escrow.

I called to schedule an inspection as I'm selling my home. The inspector was very short with me on the phone (I'll be there tomorrow at 1). I had to stop him from hanging up to ask for the payment info/cost. He quickly said it, told me he would text me for more info. When he arrived at my house (which is under repairs because we are getting it ready to sell), he was very rude to my husband saying he would send the report to the lender over and over (which there was no cause for as they're not involved at all).

He never told me we needed to move things off the wall in the garage and was upset he couldn't inspect there and is claiming our toilet moves when it does not. I will not be recommending or using this company for anything. The customer service was just poor all around. Showing up on time got the 2 stars but I felt the whole thing was uncomfortable. I do not recommend!

Personable and friendly and not just after your money. He explained things that were positive as well not just negative so you learned more about ur house than you did before. Would definitely recommend.

Michael arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection for dry rot and any termite damage. He provided a comprehensive list of items that needed to be addressed, and we scheduled the repairs for the following week. The technician (I think his name was Dave) came out, and was able to resolve all issues and get us a compliance certification within the day, for a very reasonable price. I'd recommend Cascade Pest Systems to anyone dealing with selling or buying a home.

Michael saved me by squeezing an inspection in to a property my clients were purchasing! He was very responsive. The inspector was professional and kind and even facetimed my clients to go over findings. We had repair work done with him and it was completed by the deadline we needed. Will use again!

Love these guys! We were in a pinch to have some work done on our house to close our refi. Mike was able to fit us in ASAP and his quote was 50% less than the other company! Both of the gentleman that showed up to do the work were on time and very polite. Mike got us the reinspection report by the next morning and we were good to go with our lender. Thank you!

As I was sweeping my eaves for cobwebs, I noticed a family of big flying NOPES. I could've took my chances with a can of spray but I decided to let a proffesional handle it. I called Mike and he came out within 2 hours to handle my Yellowjacket problem. I like to think that they roll out the red carpet for me by providing me with quick, professional and very courteous service but it appears that Cascade Pest treats all their customers with that level of service. My clients appreciate his ability to communicate well with them and his attention to detail.

I'm glad you folks had a great experience with Cascade Pest Systems. I have not. I am doing a refi and I started doing the inspection in May, knowing I had until July 31,2019 to close. We had some issues gaining access at first but that was cleared up. The man does not call people back like you all have said. My loan lady called him and he was rude to her.

He found some things wrong so I said go ahead and fix it. It took him about 30 days to schedule me, so now were at 7/22/2019. Now I'm getting worried. He did a further inspection and found something relating to flashing that I would have to remove my front porch to fix. So I got a concrete guy that was going to fix by end of the month. Amazing that Wally from Munoz Concrete in Dixon was going to be able to do it that fast.

I just had a feeling that it was't going to be all done by the end of the month and i was going to lose my loan lock. So I called another company and they came out thursday 7/27 and found dry rot that he missed, and started the work the very next day. He said you don't have to remove the porch and just said keep an eye on it. Definitely not a section 1 or section 2 item. I will be able to close my loan anyway. Famous mike has still not called me back.

Love Michael best out there is my opinion I'm a Realtor with Re/MAX Gold and my pest company "go to" is always Cascade Pest Systems, 5 Stars, professional, on time and wonderful to work with, My vote goes to Cascade Pest, best in town!

He lied about whats going on under my house when I bought it and now Im trying to sell it and there old termite evidence as well as new that he didn't report on the current report but a full home inspection inspector report found. So Now I have to tent the house and treat it. I could have easily have done that when I bought the house as I had other remodel work on the inside done and I didnt move in right away. Basicly he lies on pest reports.

Excellent, thorough inspection--Mike performed the inspection for the buyer on the home we are selling; we were so impressed with his service that we asked him to do the inspection for the home we are purchasing and he did not disappoint!
