They do the job and the ladies at customer service are amazing

Edited 7/26/2021: I'll give the owner of the company a lot of credit as he called and apologized over and over for missing the appointment and not calling to give us a heads up. He offered to come out immediately to make things right and the fact that he acknowledged their error and wanted to make it right, meant a lot. He immediately changed his schedule and made it a point to come by a few hours later and he was extremely pleasant to deal with.

I changed the rating from 1 to 3 stars and will provide an updated review once we get the quote for quarterly service and have a few more interactions with the company. I will give the owner a lot of credit for reacting so quickly. I hope to have a more positive interaction with them similar to the one I had with the owner going forward. 7/26/2021: Can't say anything about the company's actual service as they couldn't even bother to show up for a scheduled inspection.

I cancelled meetings and waited for 2 hours during the scheduled window for no one to show up or even call. When I called after the 2 hour window to ask what was going on, the representative said that the tech was somewhere else and asked if we can be available later in the day. If this is how they choose to make a first impression I can't imagine how terrible the actual service would be. Yikes, glad I found out how bad this company is before we signed up for any services with them.

I never write on-line reviews, but they were great. Friendly, responsive, on-time. They came out and examined our pest-ridden furniture and told us how to solve the problem. Turned out to be no charge, because we could do it ourselves (with their advice). Highly recommended! Service: General pest inspection

Hire these guys. Ricky came out to help us out with a wasp nest. Took care of it in a jiffy. Courteous, professional and honest. We were pleasantly surprised with the level of service. Recommended!

These guys are just the absolute best! They come out right away and always solve the problem. We have used them for our home and for my husband's construction company for years. From ants to bees with cockroaches (:-( in between they have taken care of it all! Just love this hard working, family business. You will not be disappointed with the service that they provide.

Alexandria Pest Services has been my go to pest company for eight years now. They became my vendor of choice when they accurately diagnosed that a hole in the pipe in my wall was the entry way for a "guest pest" that was causing a ruckus in the wall. They told me that I needed to call a plumber to have the pipe fixed to resolve the problem as this was the source of entry.

Thanks to APS, not only did my "guest pest" issue get resolved due to their excellent work, but so did my corroded pipe which was unknown to me. Competency, skill set, experience, and great customer service is what I look for in a vendor that I will continue to do business with and APS has all of those factors and more. This is why I have no problem recommending APS to my friends, coworkers, and family members.

I have been using Alexandria Pest as a consumer for almost 18 years. They were able to find the source of carpenter ants in the woods in my personal residence. They didn't just treat the house like 2 other companies (and the problem kept coming back). They went above and beyond. They are the ONLY pest company I refer in my Real Estate business. The technicians are curteous, use foot coverings in your home and are experienced.

I have been a customer for 7+ years since I purchased my home and Alexandria Pest Service was recommended for my termite inspection. I decided to keep them on for routine inspections throughout the years because my home is an older home. The staff is nice and very professional from those that call to set up my appts. to the inspectors that come to my home.

I have used APS for two of my properties and they are professional, reliable, and courteous. The account managers and office staff are responsive and professional and their technicians are patient and efficient. Marvin is fantastic at explaining the process and following up with any concerns. I have not had any recurrence of pests after APS treatments. I highly recommend them for your pest elimination needs.
