Our complex was tented in May of 2021. The rep who spoke with the residents said they would OPEN windows and to put a note on any broken windows. Open windows only. They popped our kitchen screen out from the inside. It can only be replaced from the outside. We are on the 2nd floor and it's a window that is not accessible without a tall ladder. The company left our screen hanging.
It fell out and we have had no screen; since it's not the complex's doing they won't fix it. Every single day I look at the screen and get reminded that no response back from this company was ever received.

Love this company so much! I was referred by my mother in law. James came and treated our home for the first pest control & prevention, he was prompt, very KNOWLEDGEABLE and extremely PROFESSIONAL!
