This company sprays my mom's house, she has never had a problem with them- or bugs

I called RR Webb after our previous lawn spraying company dropped the ball. This local Old school business is great and they come on time. Their service is slightly cheaper too so you know I like that. Brenda in the office is quite courteous. Frank does our lawn spraying and our lawn is now the greenest in our neighborhood- true fact! Because they did such great work, we just added Charlotte on their team for extermination and she eliminated my contractor ant problem. So glad we nipped it in the bud as they can really do a number on your house. I highly recommend!

I recently replaced my front lawn that RR web Had been spraying for years. After spending $4500 on a new front lawn they were caring for Developed fungus. This is what they were spraying for and has now reappeared on my new front lawn after web sprayed. The person doing the work had no answer for why I was getting fungus that they were supposed to be getting rid of. I just call this incompetence and a waste of my money. I would have given them one star but after using them for 10 years I thought maybe I owe them two stars.

Ask for Mark! Very professional and communicative! He would let us know the day before each service as we have dogs, always friendly and hardworking. He brought our lawn back to life! Had weeds and drought damage, has filled in, green and healthy! Thank you all! Service: Fleas or mites

DO NOT USE THEM! if I could do less than 1 star I would they are the WORST lawn care and pest control company I have ever dealt with. I had roughly $10,000 worth of landscaping completed at my house that was beautiful. RR webb was in charge of the lawn pest control. I got a grub infestation AND fungus infestation that killed 75% of my entire yard.

I asked for any help with remediation and was essentially told to pound sand. I could not and still cannot believe the complete LACK OF INTEGRITY from this company. The owner did not even have the courage to speak with me for months and had a secretary shield her. Then when I finally caught her she was quite rude. You are better off fertilizing your lawn with salt. I cannot stress this enough - DO NOT USE THEM!

Our lawn has been in excellent condition ever sice we started with Webb service. Outstanding value in every aspect. Any problems that crop up are are attended to in due time.

Assuming what a customer is thinking and approaching customers rudely and dismissively. Not listening to customers needs. Who ever owns this company should remove Frank from dealing with paying customers. Thanks to a one sided condescending blurb from Frank you have lost another customer. Some employee's just should not be near customers. Oh well no sweat of my back. Guess I will call the professionals ' True Green'.

The technician Frank is always up front and very informative. Always polite and calls the day before to remind you that he'll be out to spray. If your home and there's a problem in your yard he'll talk to you about it and what to do to correct it. Very pleased with Webb Spray Company

My lawn was on the brink of being overwhelmed with pests. When I called R.R. Webb, the response to my concerns about the ineffectiveness was "take it or leave it". Very rude but the wake up call I needed terminate the agreement and get better lawn service. Thank you R.R. Webb.

Good concept but has growth limits that prevent expansion and consistent growth. In the past, they were a well known small market business with a great reputation. Through my neighborhood marketing campaigns, I have found fewer and fewer of their customers to be as satisfied as I once did.

I love this company! I had a moth issue and they came out right away! It was a process to kill all the moths and they would always get me in there schedule quickly! I appreciated that so much! Now they do our house and our rental on a monthly basis and our house is bug free and the lawns are greener than ever now that those grass eating bugs are gone too! Thank you Webb team!

We had RR Webb Spray for only a few months I happy at first then one day the lawn guy was here and said he was done in less than 10 min he said he did the back yard was never went through fence and when i called they said he said he did the backyard but I was here and did not see him enter the yard or the dogs would have barked so we do not use them anymore but they still sent us a $75.00 bill so we now use Anti-Pesto Bug Killers Inc
