I have been advised by the company owner to not reveal the name of the person they sent to my home however that person was the only person alone in our house since the start of the pandemic. When this person left my house, all of my rings (engagement ring, gift ring from mother) we're gone. The owner asked me to call the police to get a case number. I had no response from owner. Stole approximately $3,000.00 worth of jewelry. No offer from this company. To help. Thieves. be careful. Don't use them, they will rob you.

There have been multiple times that my technician Shane has gone above and beyond by observing certain situations at my house and acting on them to give me the best possible pest control. Had the initial inspection and service with Shane and Scott today for the initial inspection and pest control service. Absolutely lovely folks. Came on time, and was very professional. We have had an issue with a lot of ghost ants in our kitchen. Shane came out to do our first servicing. He was very friendly, and very thorough. In fact, he treated the inside of the whole house and then baited for ants, then did around the whole perimeter of our house on the outside. By the time he was done we could see a lot of the ghost ants going to the baited areas, and a few hours later we no longer see any ants.

One thing I was very impressed with was how Shane spoke so glowingly of the owners of the company, Howard, and his wife Wendy, and also of the company. So often those who come out to do service will complain about the company, the management, or the owners. Shane really represented his company perfectly. Although this was the first pest treatment done by this company, we are truly impressed with the company, and look forward to having them service our home in the future. My wife and I both said we wish all companies had someone like Shane. It made for an incredible first experience.

Superior company. Because I own 3 parrots I requested factual information regarding chemicals, it was promptly provided. Additionally, I texted and called the company numerous times which they responded Quickly and professionally. Lastly, my Technician, Sam conducts himself as if he were the CEO. Maybe he is! If I hand picked him, I wouldn't add or delete a characteristic.

Excellent customer service. Their technician (Shane) went out of the way to include me in his route and set traps for a rodent that was recently seen. The service they provide is the best in the business and they make sure their customers are satisfied. The owner of this business truly cares about his customers and his employees that they strive to understand the mission and vision of his business. I have been using Anti-Pesto service for 2 years now for routine pest control. I recently had a flea infestation between their routine service call. I tried bombs and sprays. I should have called them first. Nothing worked. Shane is our regularTechnician and was out here the next day and took care of the flea problem. He is very professional and explains everything he does on every visit. This is an excellent company with very knowledgeable Technicians.

I have been serviced by Shane who's been my rep since I moved into my home. I can't remember meeting a more conscientious person than Shane. Always on time and I've watched him work, he's very thorough and doesn't cut corners. I've lived here for over 5 years and have seen only one bug since he has been servicing me. I called about 6 months ago when I had a miniature ant problem in my kitchen and Shane was here the same day.

I'm not making this up but since that day I haven't seen another ant in my kitchen. I've had other pest control services in the past but none as good as Anti-Pesto. I highly recommend them.

When I first moved to Florida I was concerned about the bugs. Anti-pesto has put my mind at ease! They are an amazing company to work with. Our technician, Sam is very knowledgable and always listens to my concerns and knows how to fix them. He also does a great job following up to make sure the problem has been fixed. He is very respectful of our home and even lets us know when he's coming to spray for mosquitoes so that we can keep our dog inside while he sprays.

We appreciate him caring about our fur baby. Not only do they service my home, but they also service my rental properties. If there is ever a bug issue, I just call and they come out immediately. I've been using this service for almost 6 months now and I can say that we're seeing great progress. Our technician, Derek (I hope I spelled it right) is always here on time and is always professional. He's also really knowledgeable about everything and open to insight. Overall cool guy. The services are great and they're very responsive. They normally text right after a house meet to remind me to call and set up my next check. I would definitely recommend for pest and rodent problems!

Can't believe how well these guys operate. Always a text the night before and a follow up tap via phone or email. I didn't think you could get rid of mosquitoes in FL but Antipesto has somehow done it. The technicians always keep me in the loop of what they're doing and if it rains and washes the solution away they're super responsive in getting back out and repeating service. Would HIGHLY recommend.
